I went there last year when their management had just changed. The new owner is nice but I had a terrible experience with the massage lady. I got a shiatsu massage which went well but I had a very bad acne breakout on my face and after the massage the lady slathered my face with the same oil she massaged my body with. She didnt even ask me or warn me that shes about to douse my face in oil. That oil irritated my skin beyond belief and my face was RED immediately... Shocking.

The salon doesn’t give any discount/concessions. The waxing was just average as the lady who waxed my arms and legs made me very uncomfortable. Also they don’t provide any waxing dress to wear before waxing, you literally have to get it done either in your own dress or not wear anything which makes things uncomfortable. Pedicure and manicure was good.

I did three services, morocan bath, face threading, and the full body sweet with Omneia. All the services were amazing specially the full body sweet, Omneia is so professional. I will definitely come again and get sis as well

Management so bad experience & not flexible at all. Losing all clines old & new one. Never visit the salon any more after now! Tv not working,, no products in saloon,, shower so slow in Moroccan bath,, door with no lock need to fixed since a year,, a/c not working upstairs its like steam room,, cleaner lady doing massage for clients & lots lots more things.

Worst salon Ive ever been to in my life, definitely do not recommend.

Went here for a haircut and they messed up my hair so badly. When I asked the lady to fix it she said shes fasting and had to leave even though it was still afternoon time!! Theyre not worth it at all dont take a risk here.
