If there is an option to rate negatively,i would not shy away from doing that for the horrible services I have received from this salon.I did my hair treatment two weeks ago from a person working in Piano salon who I later got to know that that person is not even a staff of the salon ,he is a freelancer and no one ever bothered to infrom me that and which was misleading .I clearly mentioned that I want frizz free and straight hair and after the treatment they suggested for which they charged aed 500 was supposed to stay for 6 months which didnt even stayed for 6 days. I tried reaching the guy directly however he STOPPED RESPONDIFG TO MY CALLS AND WASSUP MESSAGES EVEN AFTER READING THEM AND SEEING A PROOF OF THE HAIR BEND WHICH I SENT .Then I tried reaching the lady who is the owner as per her and she called me to her salon to check my hair.With great difficulty during this covid time i managed to visit them wherein she admitted the guy did wrong and she will correct without any charges. Since I wasnt available that fay, we decided for Friday and she gave me an appointment for which I have the proof with me (I am sure she is mature enough to understand that she will only agree to correct free of cost when she know they made a mistake )To my surprise, thrusday evening she called me saying she cant do anything and DONT COME .Then she is telling me its not her staff he is a freelancer.I mean who on earth will call a dissatisfied customer give her an appointment and then cancel that to make that Customer more DISSATIFIED.After this the guys called me and started telling what you told her and disconnected the phone on my face . I dont know what is their internal arrangenent but as a customer I feel helpless here and those 500 aed was a hard earned money and times are tough dur to covid but they were least bothered.I am attaching the pictures for your reference as well so that you all know the reality.

Not recommended specially for hair protein I did before Eid I’m not happy at all when I inform them that after I wash my hair doesn’t look even I did protein straighten I have been I told I can do sechoir ...but the worst I paid extra for protein as per them super good just to not have such results but in vain but the guy was doing really good I think the issue quality products
