Belle femme has been my favourite salon in Dubai since I arrived here a year ago. Theyll save you on a last minute emergency, theyll treat you like a queen and you never leave that salon but with a wide smile on your face. I wait passionately for my regular appointments there as they make the perfect me time after a long working week!

Worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life :( Got a gellish french manicure and it lasted less than a week before the polish began chipping and literally peeling off in some of the fingers… I wanted to love it because the girls who did my nails were super kind and professional, however, the manicure itself was a huge waste of money. Would not come here again sadly.

Seen tonight 27th of June at 8 PM. The salon allowing one of their clients to leave her dog tied outside in this HEAT WITH NO WATER while she does her nails. Spoke to the receptionist, very unprofessional lady who kept laughing. How does your salon allow this animal abuse??? You should refuse the service of the client or not allow her to tie her dog to your door. Gives your salon and staff a VERY BAD NAME. SHAME! Not to mention that this type of breed (Chow chow) is banned from being in the UAE.

I visited the salon last year to color my hair with Ede... She is professional and knows what she does... I stayed with my color for almost a year and the amount of compliments on my hair was enormous... What I dont really like is just the overpriced services and products.. Other than that I was happy and fine...Always ask about ede she si amazing and patient enough and above all very honest and she wont do something that might damage your hair... I love her

It’s a nice cosy place .. I love Sara the nail technician and Rabiah’s blow dry (on her good day) is great .. stays as is for days. Uber better than driving and parking there.

Terrible staff… first I booked online and then they called to push the time I said sure.. then I arrive here and they haven’t even started with the client before me. Very Terrible with timing and extremely slow. Made me late to a very important appointment. I don’t recommend this place

Very bad quality manicure

Came upon this place by chance and it became my favorite spot for nails. It has this quiet, calm, cozy atmosphere and the girls were always super nice. Then I discovered one of the hair stylists is amazing and understands my hair (thats a rare find). Ill always go back there if I return to Dubai.

So disappointed with the customer service am a regular customer, I booked around 4 appointments past two weeks (in advance). I was talking to them to make sure what time is my appointment on the 31st and the lady told me there is no booking! When I booked it two weeks ago. The lady did not apologize for the mistake nor believe that I made that booking. She then booked me a new appointment, but if I hadn’t asked about the appointment I would have had no appointment for the new year! How unreliable! So disappointing to see how this place treats their regular customers!

Not upto my expectations ....

This is the place I do my nails and my hair. Love how the ladies starts knowing exactly what you like. It also helps that it is across from my apartment. I love this place and it never disappoints me to look good on a night out.

This salon looks very nice but the beauticians aren’t professionals at all. I went there for manicure and pedicure. She cleaned my nails quite nicely but didn’t know how to do the gel properly and each hand looked different. I got cut badly during pedicure. Before I left the salon I told the receptionist what happened and she was laughing and all she said was if she cut me on purpose. Highly unprofessional and would never go there again.

The place is good but Big Warning about “Rabeaa” the Morracon hair dresser , she is unprofessional and she destroyed my hair by her color and lowlight the first time I also give her a second chance to fix she destroyed it more and then instead of apologizing she rais her Voic on me and she used insulting words ... the worst attitudeThe worst Rudness I ever had and Also I used to be regular client.I expected more respect or apology from there management though the manager apologized to me by phone... Any way Such rude person should not be in a beauty lounge.. so frustrated.

Terrible worst blow dry overpaid and just redid it now at home with my straightener not sure how she was considered senior waste of time and money

The place is nice, unfortunately my experience wasnt so nice, went for pedi and the next day my toe nails got infected.

Just an average service , I felt like staff wasnt very well trained that i ended up asking my manicurist if she is new in salon ,Might b i will try other branch but definitely not Bay square branch.
