This is my kids favourite and the hair stylist is very kind and courteous. Especially Ahmed is very knowledgeable for different kids styles.

Thank you to this amazing team that makes my son feel so comfortable with them every time we go for a haircut. Im thankful to have find this place!

Fantastic, would highly recommend them. Ahmad cuts our sons hair (he’s 1.5) and is SO patient with him (and us!). Theyre always easy to book appointments with & on time too 😊

They need more experienced staff with the amount that they are charging.

Friendly and qualified staff. The only issue is that the salon is small and usually busy as it is inside the mall.

It was my sons first haircut. Of course he was crying like crazy. I was very impressed with the patience & professionalism the stylist had with him. He took his time & made sure to be safe to not cut us while my son was screaming & waving his hands everywhere. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I was happy with the haircut and to my surprise he received a certificate with a piece of his hair attached! Hopefully his next haircut will be alot quieter! 😅

First time visited the store, the place is clean and quite small though. For children less than 2yrs old they are not that good to handle compared to other shop Ive tried but nonetheless, still good enough that someone can cut toddlers hair.

Went there second time today (I had very good experience previously). Today we went there for my son’s haircut. The staff has noted our mobile number and said that I will have to wait (even though few chairs were empty!!). When we politely asked the staff how much time we have to wait the tall guy with beard said ‘I do not know how much time. May be 15 minutes, may be 20 minutes...’ I couldn’t believe the customer service. Even the other staff she noted down our number was surprised at his behaviour. She politely told us she will call us once the slot comes and we left from there. But the call never came!!

Only place I take my son for a haircut. Very busy so the earlier you get there the better.

I took my child here for a hair cut as this is considered as kids salon/barber but my experience was not that good, the hair cut was not as expected from a place like this, my son was full of hair on his clothes as the barber didnt clean the cut hair properly, I spent some minutes shaking off the hair inside the salon before leave!! The hair cut was not good. Not recommended.

Absolutely horrific. I was waiting with my baby while the others got free, when this barber just came from behind and unbanded her hair without as much as greeting her or making her comfortable. I then politely asked him to first say Hi to her so she gets comfortable and then he reluctantly did. I ignored this initial glitch and made her sit on the seat. From here on he just started cutting her hair while she cried and howled and I had to keep telling him to give her a breather till she stops crying. He kept combing hair in front of her eyes when I have seen previous barbers pull it to the top and cut so the baby doesn’t realize someone is dealing with their hair. He was just harsh with his comb (now I was almost sure he was a replacement from an adult men’s salon) and just went on like a robot till I couldn’t watch her cry anymore. I decided to leave and may be come back on another day. I left within ten minutes of coming here and they still made me pay the entire amount. Never going back for sure.

I just went there for my new born daughters first hair cut , I was so hurt by their treatment towards my 11 week old child. The hairdress was a white Arab. He left the baby twice to attend a phone call with hair all over face and hair going into her mouth. And to clean the hair on her face he was so rough on her. I WILL NEVER suggest this place to anyway. My blood boiled with the attitude. My first borns first haircut hurt. The experience was ruined by this particular staff.

Rip off! The following happened twice...first time we went there, we asked how much the haircut was for my daughter and the guy says 35dhs. Once it was done, the cashier lady asked for 45dhs. After a bit of arguing, they agreed to 35dhs again. Second visit, again he (tall guy with a full beard) said 45dhs before starting, which my wife and i both clearly heard, but at checkout she says 85dhs!!!! He insisted he said 85dhs and would not revert to his originally stated price. These ppl are ripping off customers on a daily basis using this childish method of making money. The staff are clearly in on it and do this everyday. All parents, PLEASE ENQUIRE ON THE PRICE BEFOREHAND, SHOUT IT OUT LOUD OR RECORD IT IF YOU HAVE TO, AND THEN PAY JUST THAT, NO MORE! Trust me. Otherwise dont bother asking how much and just pay whatever they decide to charge you in the end. There seems to be no price list. Rubbish. Quality of haircuts are mediocre. Will never go back!

2nd visit today was bad!I was outraged at an insensitive barber at the Caricature kids’ salon at Dubai Mall today. He kept trying to hurry up the barber who struggling with my son’s haircut because Yousef is scared of razors and sharp things. This barber didn’t even care that my son and I were so distressed. Of course he got to experience my outrage firsthand.Be kind to parents, especially mothers. We need empathy, compassion and space.———The tall Syrian hairdresser was friendly and helped my son relax, and gave him a funky haircut!

The place isn’t clean. The chair has a lot of hair which they didn’t clean before I come. Not recommended.

Bad cutting had to cut the bangs by myself because it wasnt straight, the place is not clean at all!!
