Got an amazing and refreshing new haircut by Danni Chauhan at Salon ink Dubai. They were professional and prompt at the get-go. I had a bunch of references for my haircut and Danni was really good at suggesting which style would suit my hair texture and face shape. She also added her own creativity and tailored the style to fit my hair type. The usual concern for most is how the hair would set post a hair wash at home, when you dont have the magical hands of the hairstylist to help out.. But I was pleasantly surprised and thrilled.. love my new haircut! Thanks Danni!.

Come to Salon Ink for the talented stylists, warm reception staff and great coffee; stay for a lash treatment by Noreen who is hands down the best in lash tech in Dubai. Her lash lifts seem to last forever and she helped me grow my lashes so theyre even longer and fuller than before. The woman even perfected the art of threading while wearing a mask - shes that good! I dont trust anyone else with my lashes and brows after discovering Noreen and neither will you after your first appointment!

I have been seeing Kelly for the last three years and she is honestly the best hair colourist/stylist Ive ever met. Kelly took my thick black Asian hair and made me blonde without compromising the condition of my hair. I have never had someone so considered and courageous with my hair to match what I wanted but she also gives you her professional opinion with what will work - I followed her recommendation and get so many compliments on my colour so youre definitely in safe hands!She takes the time to consider your lifestyle and your hair care outside of the salon (not just while youre in the chair!). And on top of all of that she is a true friend and a beautiful human being.I never used to enjoy investing time in to my hair but my appointments with Kelly and Salon Ink are definitely a highlight of my calendar! The best salon in the UAE (especially Kelly C) would never trust anyone else with my hair! She transformed my broken, badly bleach damaged treated hair from another salon. Amazing service at InkSalon hairdressers.I have called and checked in a lot hair salons in Dubai for my colour by Kevin Murphy but none had it. Only KM products not the colour range. I emailed InkSalon asking if they did this brand colour and Karen (Manager) replied they didn’t but then Karen went the extra mile and got the colour for me! That was it I booked an appointment not only for me but my daughter too.From the recption welcoming to an overall experience while at the salon, I have to say I was well impressed.Leah did my daughter’s colour and hair cut. She was amazing. She was patient with her and listened and advised accordingly. As a result I have a very happy daughter. As for me I had Stephany who again was excellent. She understood what I wanted and not only applied the colour I needed but did my hair blow dry as I explained and wanted.I can’t recommend this salon enough. I had such an amazing experience during my facial here I wanted to share.I had the absolute pleasure of a very relaxing, pampering facial at this salon.I can highly recommend Julie. She is super knowledgable, experienced and on top of that so kind and friendly I cant wait to go back again soon. I paid 700 dhs just to die my hair and a fast blow dry, with my own color... Service was kind of rushed and definetely not good value for money... The manicure was good though, professional and worthy.

My first visit and this Salon didn’t disappoint. I entered with serious ‘Mum-hair’ (waist length hair with some pretty bad ginger highlights) and I left with a glorious mane! Liberty added a bit more time to my appointment to talk through all of the possibilities and we decided on a look. She was very efficient at applying the colour and the end result was so much better than I could have hoped. The whole team were friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this Salon to everyone who asks where I got my fabulous hair done.

Most luxury, professional salon I have ever visited. Each time I’m there I spend anything from 4-6 hours with Katie who is incredibly attentive, completely focused on her client and the best at enjoying every moment you spend there. Katie does my extensions and cut and Kelsey for my colour who also did a super job. I work incredibly long hours and I’m so excited when I have my appointment with the team, they find my perfect colour match, and Katie is just amazing, I highly recommend her to everyone. Karen the manager is just fabulous, she really gets involved with all the clients and wonderful personality. Well worth every penny you spend there and the best service with an update of your appointment in advance perfect for someone like me that always forgets my time slot. Honestly, their great. This was my first session & my hairdresser was Kelsey. I had asked for an undercut & I was not disappointed! I also have a sensitive ear since it was pierced so she handled it carefully as well! The outcome was awesome! It is quite pricey though, I admit, but I feel like its worth it.

From the first time I came to have my hair done at this salon everyone was courteous and welcoming. Kelsey gets my hair colour perfect every time and i leave very content and happy. The teamwork between all members of staff is fantastic with exceptional customer service

Im from Saudi and this is my third time visiting Salon ink. I would fly to Dubai to just do my hair in this salon and believe me it worth it! I came with a really long thick hair and i wanted ro do a make over, short hair with different color. Sara walker did the make over perfectly and i was so happy with the results and I became a regular customer since then. My Last visit last week was with Yvonne and she exceeded my expectations, i came to salon feeling sad because i had a yellow gold thick highlights that I really hated (this is because i tried a Salon in Saudi and they really ruined my hair color) - Yvonne fixed it and made it Perfect , all my friends ask about her name because she really made a transformation! If you are planning to visit Salon Ink don’t hesitate, i trust them and they are really professionals and experienced. What cool is they keep a profile for you so they can keep track on what’s going on your hair after each visit, how cool is that! Sara and Yvonne can’t Thank you enough ♥️

After going into so many hair salons to change my hair color and being told multiple times that going lighter doesn’t suit my skin color; here I was at Salon Ink, surrendered my hair to Sarah, and Oh what a phenomenal job she did! I ended up with a beautiful balyage! I love how she spent the time to examine my hair during the consultation and listened to what I wanted, she even explained thoroughly the process and how we will achieve the wanted result slowly; Now i’m anxious to go there again this week to continue the journey!!

Called up and wanted an afternoon appointment and was told only 5pm available so went ahead. The day before my booking, I got a message confirming 3pm so thought great they managed to find me something earlier - just to drive 40 minutes from home to find they made a mistake and was sent the wrong time!!The manager couldnt be bothered to come and speak to me herself, no discount or alternate treatment offered, terrible customer service and experience. I got an apology that because of the festive season they made a mistake. Awful.Theyve lost themselves a loyal customer of 3 years - all they care about is making money. Off to Jenny Rose Beauty instead :)

Very expensive and yet I am never quite satisfied with the quality of cut OR colour. It is not bad, just deeply mediocre.

Been a customer here for 8 years! Good hair specialists, good products, and personalized attention. On the expensive side, but its worth it. Sometimes difficult to get appointments on weekends or evenings, specially for working girl like me, so book well in advance. Ask for sara shes great with cuts and color, always offers great advice and takes her time with customers.

Never in my life have I been treated like that! Maria the haidresser kicked me out of the saloon because I had 10 minutes delay after doing my full face waxing with Noreen. My booking was done more than 1 month ago and she knows that I do not leave in Dubai but in Muscat. I explained her that I have small baby and my nanny was late and I cant just let a 7 months old baby alown in a hotel room waiting for my nanny to come. Right!? I called in advance to let them know and apologized even.I was Marias regular client always on time but she trearet me rudely and was completely inflexible for 10 minutes delay she agreed to give me in advance because Noreen needed them to finish the waxing.I cant believe it.

I’ve been going to salon ink for quite a long time. Every time I visit I’m made to feel welcome by all the staff, including those not working on my hair. Kelsey is my stylist and colour technician. She’s awesome!! We always discuss my request and agree on how to achieve that gorgeous look whilst ensuring my hair looks healthy (I love lots of blonde!). Wouldn’t consider looking anywhere else now and I’ve been disappointed with many other salons in Dubai. It’s been hard to find one with standards I’m used to back in the UK. I’m spoilt with a head massage everytime my hair is washed too. It really is a treat to go. A great team of professionals with a pure, creative passion for fabulous looking hair!

If you want an expensive place to just steal your money and give worse costumer service go ahead to Salon ink. I’m new in Dubai and I was looking for salon to trust with, I searched in google I found this one as one of the best but they just have name and huge interest in taking as much money as possible. Client satisfaction? They just care u take the lazy service the offer and u have to like it or “this is not the salon for u”. I payed a lot of money for an “ombré” for long hair in salon ink, and when I went to just to cut my hair in another salon 3 days after the color I just sat on the chair and the stylist told me exactly all what they did without me to say a word... just make me on fire to know this people take me as a fool to steal money saying they gave me an ombré and they just painted lazy highlights in my old balayage with my hair looking almost the same as before the ombré because the hairdresser said the style was impossible to get on my hair...the worse was how I was treated when I complained doesn’t even try to fix what happened just want me to shut up and leave.

My friend went there and she didn’t get the service that she want... after paying the total amount of that service she was totally unhappy and not satisfied... hope they fix her hair. Not anything more just we want what we agreed on..Kind regards

They charged my wife 1500 Derham for services they didn’t do and when I went to them with my wife they were so unrespectful , and they didn’t want to fix her hair and they don’t want to give her the money back either,when we call them they say will call you back and they never call us, they steal our money for nothing ,actually service she didn’t receive , you didn’t offer her to come any way if you offer we will come to fix it tomorrowThanks

I went to Ink about 10 days ago for a hair trim and a silver ombre. My hair is very short on both sides and the back, and the only long part of my hair is in the center, which is still very short. The color covered about 40% of that part only. To my unpleasant surprise, the salon charged me almost 600 AED for the color saying that my hair is medium in length. I raised concerns that the color had blonde in it and it was not really silver grey, I was told that it will adjust, and that I should come back in 3 weeks to rectify the color and may another 250 AED. It has only been 10 days or so, and my hair is blonde instead of silver grey... I am very disappointed....

The team behaved unprofessionally with my wife because of a lack of coordination between two therapists. Result was one appointment cancelled for no good reason (10 min delay should never justify a cancellation) and being insulted over the phone when trying to sort thing out with the manager. Either this place is making too much money to care about customer service or the contrary puts the team under pressure. Either way, a detestable experience never to be renewed!
