Nice and professional hair stylist ladies salon.I went there for a cut on my long hair. Around 5 minutes neck and should massage to relax, then the staff will wash your hair with aveda products according to the condition of your hair .Then the hair stylist will communicate the idea will you and did the cut.Well, I am satisfied with the cutting and the service.By the way, they have no membership card, so nobody will try to sell you anything during the service and I like that.Also, they have very good business so better make reservations!

Absolutely love the experience every time I visit the salon. I usually do not stick to the same stylist, however since stylist Rashmi has worked on my hair, I have been to no other. She is absolutely fabulous , knows whats she is doing and is doing it right!

I visited the galleria mall branch and it was exactly what I was looking for. Staff were very friendly and professional, I got a French mani pedi and it’s the best one i’ve ever had I also decided to try their facial (not sure which one but it’s 160aed) and it was the best facial i’ve had as well (so relaxing). It made my skin feel so clean and hydrated. If your skin needs extra pampering or cleaning I’d suggest trying their other facials as mine was an express one. The salon felt like a spa and aveda is def gonna be my go to salon! Beyond impressed!

A beautiful rooftop oasis in Dubai. I have been using Aveda for years, so I was thrilled to learn there was an Aveda Salon in Dubai. Made the drive from Abu Dhabi multiple times just to visit this salon.I have never had a bad experience. Aveda salons are known for their excellent service, and this salon is no exception.Be aware: some Aveda products are not available because of customs regulations.

Extremely bad experience in this salon, I will never go back again. After the stylist damaged my hair with an unusual product and hair tool combination there was complete denial that the procedure was wrongly done as well as complete denial on the technicians mistake. After I complained from the post treatment damage and asked for a consultation with a senior staff, I was treated as if I were a liar not any gesture was done to even compensate for anything at all. At the end, I was asked to go home and apply hair products and stay away from salon. We pay premium price to get to Aveda because we trust their products and processes worldwide, but if at the end of the day technicians are not accountable and responsible over their jobs and mistakes, then the experience becomes disappointing.

I’ve been going to Aveda for the past few years and it’s been the best choice I made. I always book with the highest level of stylist and don’t mind paying the extra charge because I am very careful with who does my hair. The experience and the customer service is amazing. I honestly feel like a queen the minute I enter the place. They focus on giving a full experience starting with the positive attitude of the receptionist to the complimentary shoulder massage you get before your hair service and the amazing spirit of the hair dressers. I’ve been going to Galleria branch to Metta and Ludmeela who I absolutely adore. I would definitely recommend the place and my hairstylists for a really high quality experience. I also use Aveda products which are amazing and made of mostly natural ingredients. I love how ethical the brand is in terms of being cruelty free and environmentally friendly. I can’t express how thankful I am for finding an amazing place to do my hair and get an experience I didn’t get in any salon I tried before.

This place just has this feel of serenity and calm, the staff is super polite and helpful. They are experts at their art of anything to do with hair. The other services too are done to make you feel that you are most comfortable. Their prices do vary according to the expertise level of the stylist.Pricey? yes indeedee! but you can trust them with your hair and a feel good experience. O and try and smell their chakra mists!

I have been using the Aveda salons for a year now. I always look for Alena for my hair color and just recently I visited her in Aveda, Mall of the Emirates branch. I love my appointments with her. I found this place coincidentally a month ago and I think I’ve finally found my go-to salon in Dubai! I had lots of questions about the brand and the staff were more than happy to answer them. The stylist took the time to assess my hair, test whether it can handle another round of bleach (my own request)...and made thoughtful recommendations that were not promotional, but actually useful lifetime care tips. The express back massage was a positive plus as well! Hoping this quality of service never changes.

The worst salon experience. I went in hoping to get a trim however ended up getting my hair chopped off in which they took at least 10 inches off. I dont understand this standard in which they cant differentiate between a trim and a haircut and when I called to place a complaint, no one was cooperating professionally with me, really disappointed, hair isnt something that grows out in a day, it took me three years to grow it out and now its gone due to an unexperienced employee who isnt taking responsibility of her actions. Nevertheless, this isnt the first review regarding this issue yet still poor customer service.

I went in with my hair length covering my entire back, even when brought front it would reach by belly button. I asked for a hair trim, which according to research is about 1-5 inches, and I left the facility with my hair at shoulder length removing 10 full inches. My hair is now above my bra line and is the shortest it’s ever been in 2 years. I clearly booked an appointment for a hair trim and left with something I never asked for and it took 1 hour to reverse everything I have done for my hair in 2 years. The hairdresser’s name is Erum Emmanuel and clearly she was not trained to know the difference between a hair trim and a hair cut. She cut so much healthy hair and now I’ve lost all that length at the cost of an unprofessional hairdresser.

This was the worst hair salon experience in my entire life. I went in with beautiful long hair which I had grown for over a year with a view to getting a trim and getting rid of split ends. I left the salon utter shell-shocked -- my hair was chopped off in one huge chunk before I could even react. I have lost the length, the volume and l have short bangs. My hair has been ruined ahead of a special occasion and I will have to wait months and months for it to grow to a length that is barely comfortable for me. I would highly recommend staying away from this salon. The staff is completely unresponsive to customer feedback -- I asked to speak to the Manager and am still waiting days later.. Do not waste your time and money and avoid the stress.

I often visited the flagship salon in London so when I moved to Dubai I was delighted to find they had a salon here too and I was not disappointed. The salon is beautifully laid out and lends to a very tranquil but luxurious experience. The staff are friendly and experts in their individual fields. Their attention to detail is second to none making each service Ive received there an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend this salon.

Hit and miss. I keep trying as I love the brand, but am disappointed most visits. On a couple of occasions had to wait more than an hour between colour and cut, when switching stylists. Loads of service recovery offered every time they mess up (hand/foot massage, mani etc.) but it’s time that I don’t have. Had to escalate a brassy colour job to the regional manager before they would fix it, at another branch.On the plus side, salon is gorgeous, can get a little chaotic with loads of staff... product is the best (for my hair anyway)

I love Aveda when working with Manuela. You know if she is working with you or simply in the salon it will be the ultimate Aveda experience it really doesn’t get any better than this. She has expertise, professionalism, talent and most of all she is the most caring, kind personable hairdresser I’ve ever met. I’ve watched her upskill her team and remember every single one of her clients, everyone loves her! I’ve always felt cared for and trusted her with my pre wedding cut and colour completely. I also always appriciated the fact she understood the client experience and what it takes to create loyalty and emotional connections with a brand experience. This is the flagship store.... what they don’t say is that it’s a ladies only salon....But they carry the entire men’s product line for sale.This is a massive disconnect.I am quite literally standing outside their store while the sales lady goes back and forth bringing me the products as I cannot view them in store. No one on the phone informs you if this.Been a loyal user of their product for over 20 years and I had some clue of the product I needed, and it’s the only reason why I accepted this.Why carry men’s products in this store in the first place? Absolutely ridiculous.

BEWARE ... By the end of your service, when you pay they will over charge you, and call it an extention of ur time! Something i never heard of for a hair cut or any other styling. Like it not my fault she took forever plus it is NOT a custom practise for salon to change the price by time in the end and claim they told you so! Honestly one big fat zero to them for using these conniving techniques .. they did the same to my friend on her hair coloring. Save urself the time, money and headache and DONT GO THERE!

Well, I visited this place once and it was completely empty with zero customer! the place is really nice and I do speak with one staff and she was really nice, I checked out the place and I did not do any service. the problem is with their call center or customer service team or whatsoever!! every time I call to book an appointment she claims that it is not possible the first couple times I said okay maybe there are busy but calling for third and fourth time and have the same answer come-on!!!!!!!!!!! are you kidding me.I decide that I will never call or visit such a place but I want to place this review! maybe one of the management will care to read and check what wrong with the timing and the lady who pick up the phone and kick the customers away
