Absolutely unprofessional behaviour from Charlie. 20mins late to a 45min appointment and client is kept waiting for nothing. He never showed up and we had 2 back to back bookings for 2 people. Incredible that staff behave this way in this kind of market. Reflects very poorly on the brand. Level of disappointment: 100%

Quite simply, some of the best haircuts Ive had in my life. Done by Mark, who, if Im not mistaken, is also the manager. Hes a true professional, a master of his art and a craftsmen, meticulous in the execution of the cut. He listens carefully to what you ask for, discuses it, then delivers every time. He discusses the length, shape etc as he goes about his business to make sure you get exactly what you have in mind. Hes also a very friendly guy with some great chat. A 5 star experience all round.

My hair stylist Marc did a marvelous job... most experienced hair dresser so far ..he transformed my long hair to short and achieved the exact look that I wanted. cant wait to visit again!! The guy was in a hurry to finish the haircut and made it extra short even though I asked for a medium. Was in a hurry to finish a beard trim as well and barely did anything. Not worth anything near the 100$ that was charged

I was never really a regular customer at Toni & Guy until I had a haircut with MARK! My hair is relatively short, really curly, AND I don’t like high maintenance cuts!! So I was stuck for a long time with just standard boring trims to be safe cause very few stylists here have the skill. But what Mark does every single time is absolutely magic! He cuts just the right length in the right places to give me an amazing coupe and super easy to maintain and shape at home. He spends enough time listening and discussing options, so you feel very comfortable about the outcome. No unpleasant surprises or a cut that had nothing to do with what you really had in mind or needed, just a much better one 😊. Absolutely meticulous and a perfectionist 👏🏼💯.

They work masterfully at creating playful layers textures, and meticulously colour to compliment the overall hair look. They are wonderful, patient, so natural. Mark is amazing! Best cut I’ve had in Dubai and I have short hair which requires proper shaping and style. He is also amazing at colour, platinum blonde for me which is very hard to get right in Dubai. Highly recommend particularly if you want to have a good giggle whilst you’re at it.

A client since 1999, beginning with a 10 pound haircut at the academy in London, yesterday we were at Toni&Guy as a family. No, we arent insane or spoiling our young children. A cut from Toni&Guy looks good when they finish, stays looking good after you wash and style it yourself and guess what? It grows out looking good.Kristian cut and styled the 5 year old and the Dad. He took his time, was careful with our child, asking his opinion, developing a realtionship, carefully guiding him throughout the cut. Both gents look dashing- their cuts really suit them. This was thick, full hair and straight, thinning hair.Sophia cut and styled for the 7 year old ensuring he wouldnt need product, while fulfilling his desire for hair wax to style just today, and no cowlick!Mark cut and styled my curly hair, artfully maintaining the length I love while reviving the lightweight curls, layers, overall shape and style with light product and tastefully diffused.We always leave Toni&Guy feeling like a million bucks (since 1999) and keen to return. They dont push product on you, simply making logical suggestions.

The first experience in this place and Im happy. I wouldnt pick any hairdresser to just cut my long hair, so I can make sure that I made a right decision to come here and Marc did his best to give me a new look. I was looking for professionals and took a bit time. Because I wouldnt trust any hairstylist to cut it. I have been going to Toni&Guy for over 15 years and I have never left a review not because there were not worthy but I am just not a review type of guy. However, this time I wanted to take some time and put my appreciation for Mark @ DIFC branch. For me he is not a every day Barber or a hair stylist, he is truly an artist. Typically, you go ask for what you want to do with your hair/style and they try to come close to your expectations - but with Mark we spent more time in consultation then the actual hair cut and his guidance based on how my hair grow or the importance of the curvature makes the style look great rather than what you see in GQ. Can’t go wrong at Toni and Guy. A bit expensive for a haircut but nevertheless worth it. Over time hair grows out beautifully and the texture doesn’t feel coarse like it happens when you get your hair chopped at a regular saloon !Ask for Mark, the manager but also a brilliant top level stylist and he is up to the task to help you reinvent/ reimagine yourself. I feel great every time I leave TG and that, in my opinion, is what matters !

Hence,I took an appointment for a haircut in Dubai, the lady at the reception was very rude to talk to.Unfortunately, I was running late,When I spoke to belle (guess that was her name) to explain the situation, she snapped back at me without letting me even finish, as if she was doing me a huge favour. I have been a Tony & Guy customer for few years and recently moved to Dubai. This was worst haircut experience I received with uneven sides and guy who was cutting my hair did not feel comfortable with scissors. It seems Tony and guy standards are not respected in Dubai and would not recommend for anyone to go to this Salon

Colored my hair today in this branch, used to go to this salon in LONDON thought to try it here , worst experience ever the stylist Georgina unfriendly cold person , did not even listen and advise when explained what i want to do and simply said next time bring a picture when I did not like her work, if you did not understand what I want why did you work on my hair in the first place. ? not worth the money at all

It was a very much a negative experience , the hair cut it was done in a less then 15 minutes without focusing on details and even impar both sides , defnately not of the standards of what Im used to with Tony & Guy .
