Couple days ago I’ve been there and all I can say is excellent service and I really enjoy my new change ❤️The staff is very kind and very professional! Definitely will book again.

My girlfriend visited the saloon this week for root touch up, without doing any proper assessment of the condition of her hair the colourist  started to apply the bleach, covered her whole head with an aluminum foil cap and then placed under a heater for about 20mins or so. The process had to be repeated as her roots were previously dyed with a darker color and lifting it to match the rest of her hair which is silver/platinum blonde will take some work. They bleached and let her hair sit under the heater again (with foil) for another 25 mins, not properly checking if the hair was starting to get damaged.With utter shock, whilst removing the foil, my gf noticed that big chunks of her hair was breaking and falling out - even then, the colourist still went ahead and applied more bleach to her hair and left it for another 5 minutes.Whilst washing and drying, almost 50 percent of her hair fell out totally leaving her in a mess.The first suggestion they came up with was to cut it all off and make it short probably to hide the fact of the incompetence of the staff.After much discussion my girlfriend suggested and the colourist agreed that he would fix her hair with 200 pcs of extensions and adding more length to help ease the misery of waiting for her natural hair to grow back. Seeing that its obviously not enough she asked to add more extensions to cover the short broken hairs above her forehead. However she was only made to choose  and compromise with the amount of hair and style to save cost.The owner of the saloon granted her request to fix the front part of her head but didnt do much to follow up and make sure that her hair is completely sorted out. The colourist never even cut the hair to blend it in to her little remaining hair, or get the proper colour matching.Now she is wearing a head scarf and seeking advice from another salon as she can’t walk around like this. what turned out to be a simple touch up has ended up with my girlfriend having to spend more money for the reconstruction of the extensions.Basically your on your own, this establishment it’s an utter disgrace

My fiancé came home after her haircut in tears. The Jacques la Coupe hairdresser had ruined her hair and tried to convince her that it was a great haircut (You can check the work of the artistic genius below - my fiancé’s face is blurred).After she came home, I held my laughter in because I saw how sad she was but it’s ridiculous. This place is a butcher shop.DO NOT GO THERE LADIES unless you want to be disappointed for a 700 AED price tag.

One of my worst hair experiences in Dubai. Don’t believe what you see on social media. They ruined my hair and they were rude about it. Such a fraud. Bad hair coloring bad hair cut.

Really bad experience asked for a natural ombre and it ended with a balayage (brown roots and blond balayage), awful!!!I was crying and a hairdresser (probably a manager) who spoke better English came to rectify. I spent 4h in the salon!!!!Prices are definitely much too high for the quality, similar prices than Paris or London but not same quality at all.Hairdressers english is very poor unfortunately. They should at least understand what a client asks for and be able to communicate clearly about hairs...I do not recommend otherwise make sure the hairdresser understands what you want by reapeting twice and checking during his work.

This place to the rescue! i have been living here for years and i wouldnt go to any other salon! The hair dressers are very trustworthy and care about my hair more than I DO! I always get compliments about my hair everytime i walk out of this salon. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!

You would think for the price tag you were going to get an amazing blow dry. Think again ! Unprofessional hair dressers who dont speak English and cant do much apart from blow drying straight. Dont be fooled by a beautiful salon.. quality of hairstylists is below average and close to 0

Great pedicure, but the worst manicure.The cuticle has become inflamed and looks terrible.Don’t recommend manicure there at all

This is what you get after 1,5 hours on manicure! I had my appointment for manicure and pedicure, but lady on reception forgotten to tell me that its going to be only one technician for both and then I have to spend in the salon 3 hours to do both. When I said that I didnt expect to spend 3 hours for services, it was my fault at the end that I didnt ask, if its going to be one technician or two. One of my natural nail was completely destroyed with nail file and full of scratches and chipped now, after I asked technician to remove side of nail extension. Funny thing- part of extension is still there. There was not even word sorry for that neither form technician no from supervisor! So, if you have 3 hours to spend in such a kind of salon, this place can be right for you.

At the recommendation of a friend, I called to book an appointment at the JBR location with Milad. I confirmed twice with the receptionist that I was booked with Milad.After arriving and heading for my hair to be washed, it was as if I was put through a express car wash. The hairstylist spent less than two minutes to discuss how we would cut my hair, but immediately tried to up sell other services. When we returned to the chair, this is when the the stylist introduced himself and he wasnt Milad.The haircut was less than 10 minutes and I left the salon after 20 minutes. They would have spent more time on my hair at Super Cuts. Since the hair was curled, it was difficult to see that the layers cut are disproportionate with the longest layers 3-4 cm longer than the others.It is one of the worst haircuts and experiences I have ever had. The receptionist had no explanation for why I wasnt booked with Milad and what happened.I would recommend to stay away from this salon as they are not professional and not worth the money for a terrible haircut.

I had my hair color and haircut at yesterday alex made an incredible work. I highly recommend him if youre looking for a hairstylist.Im also looking forward to my schedule eyelash lifting and facial appointment with them.❤️❤️❤️

Awful experience with this beauty salon. My booking was done in advance, but the staff called me 2 times close to the appointment, to push it for later. I accepted the first time, but the second time I found it very unprofessional. They didnt have the courtesy to inform me in advance so I can maybe take an appointment somewhere else.

I got and appointment to do Gellish manicure and pedicure. The place is really clean and organized with different, separated areas. The staff brought me to a very comfy massage armchair inside an open, lightly and chill space (with 6 more spots) where I was offered a drink before the treatment. Staff is really kind and polite.The treatment was perfectly fine. Pedicure includes a little foot massage too.Thxx a lot, Ill come back.

This place is a disaster. I went for highlights and to trim my bangs. The hairdresser decided to color only the backside of my hair, not the bangs which resulted in having different shades in the hair. It was so visible, the backside was cool blonde and the bangs yellow. Trimming of the bangs was terrible, it was not straight at all. He even noticed this when I was already at the cashier and came back with scissors to fix it..! Obviously the result wasnt any better when he was finishing it while I was standing. Very unprofessional.

Excellent Customer service, Den on the front desk is amazing, very friendly and gets things done.Jovy did my nails and she was professional and sweet. The salon is very clean and nice. I have gone twice and plan to go again!

I tried s footlogix pedicure last week, was a wonderful experience! The level of hygiene is better than other salon Ive been to in Dubai Marina. The best part were the massage chairs! Will come back again soon!

Awful experience received today! Stylist was absolutely arrogant, called my hair “terrible and ugly”. And it was after 45 minutes of waiting. Thanks god at least his colleague changed him and did the job instead, but the day was already ruined. You come to salon to relax and recieve some positive vibes but instead I was angry and frustrated. No one said sorry or tried to make it better anyhow. DO NOT ADVICE THIS PLACE!!!
