My first time at kiddie express and i absolutely loved it! Rene who did the haircut for both my daughters was just amazing! He is just super friendly n really has a way with kids. My 6mths old had her first haircut there n she totally loved it thanks to Rene plus got her first hair cut certificate! My elder one also got a super cute haircut! Definitely will be going back there for all the upcoming haircuts!

Hello....i just saw it online for my 4.5yr old girl....it was so quick...i booked the appointment and they took her....very friendly....impressive....happy to visit....and sure that i will visit them again....this guy is so polite and he understands your things easily

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I took my little 6.5 month old today and she had her hair perfectly cut all the while being enthralled by a dance performance by one of the staff members , to keep her distracted ! No tears at all!! They have a wonderful collection of kids songs playing on screen too beside every seat. Its just lovely.

I prepared myself to the drama that is going to happen when we will be at the saloon with my 2 years old twin girls - its gonna be their first time. But to my surprised, everything went well starting from letting my twins sat on the chair up until the end! No crying but instead the room was filled with their giggles and they were both enjoying the experience! Thumbs up on how they handle the kids - Its definitely a 5* for me.

Hayden is a godsent when it comes to young toddler hair cuts. Trust me he knows how to keep his cool when a baby is screaming at the top of their lungs. But more importantly he also manages to cajole and entertain them back to good spirit too. Highly recommend him for a baby boys first haircut

Took my little girl for her first hair cut at 13 months as she’s a bit fussy and I have always cut her hair at home. The gentleman who cut her hair (didn’t get his name )did such a good job. Made her comfortable, and was friendly. Most importantly he was so quick and yet did a proper and neat haircut for her and still kept the length as I had asked him to. Good value too!

We took our 2.5 year old for his first haircut since he was an infant and we were very worried how the experience would turn out.We were making plans of dealing with howling , loud cries and tantrums of the Twoos.Our experience was a complete 360 degrees of what we expected..The staff was professional , knew what they were to expect , had arrangements in place like nursery rhymes on screens , a toy seating environment and friendly staff to tackle any untoward situation.Our boy sat thru his haircut without a sound and we were were impressed with the end result.I apprecreciate their attention to detail to sanitize the work area after every hair cut and as much I wanted to be in the saloon with my wife to experience the first hair cut , I was politely told that only one parent is allowed inside due to Covid distancing protocols.The experience for the child who receives a cute lollipop and a cartoon sticker sheet at the end of the haircut was simply amazing.We know where to head to for his next hair cut.THANK YOU Kiddie Express for taking away the stress involved in a toddlers haircut.

We were absolutely amazed by the proficiency and fast work of the barbers here, they were so helpful to us to cut our sons hair who was very reluctant to get it cut and kept trying, but the salon is well equipped to deal with kids keeping them distracted with a tv screen in front of each cutting chair as well as giving kids treats like stickers and lollipops, all in all highly recommended .

Hayden and Rene were superb with my girls especially my three year old. Quick, thorough and very engaging! She didnt cry or fuss. Very professional and great with kids.

Kiddie Express Kids Salon is one of the most organized and kids friendly Salon for infants and kids in Dubai. Its located in the neighborhood of Al Karama hence the parking could be little difficult specifically in the evening hours or on the holidays. However, there are enough RTA paid parking slots available outside the Salon. The staff is nice and they know their job very well. Once you explain them the way you need to get the haircut of your baby, they manage to finish it nicely by engaging the baby so as to keep him / her calm and happy. The booking can easily be made through their whatsapp number which is very easy. For baby girl haircut they charged AED 40 which is fair enough. It was good experience visiting them except the parking which consumed 5 10 minutes extra.

Customers should also understand that this job can be done only on best effort basis and totally depends on the hair texture. I took my son who had 90% straight hair and I looked at style online which may suit him somewhat if not accurate. The barber did a great job. I was satisfied. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work.

This is a good place to give your little ones a haircut. The staff were friendly and professional and did a good job even when my son was not sitting in one place. Good jobThe only improvement they can do is upgrade the car seat as it was worn out. Other than this, everything else was great.Good experience and will go back again.

We used to face a problem when it comes to hair cutting because my son has autism and ADHD but thank God, we found this place where the staff are very professional and patient when it comes to dealing with a fussy kid. Now my son can do it without needing to be restrained. He is even sitting on the chair alone as soon as he arrives the place. Kudos to Kiddie Express! Highly recommended! 👍🏼

My kid was crying all the hair cutting shops visitied except this one. Very friendly staff and very nice experience. My kid loved it .. he is just 3.

The groomer was very patient with my son who was not comfortable with the haircut.Having bigger TVs will help in distracting the kids even more. The current TVs are barely visible and are not properly placed

I visited this place for my daughters haircut for the 1st time yesterday. The guy didnt do a good job as she got the Dora haircut but the length at the back was not in line with some hair strands longer and some shorter. I went again today to correct this but there was another customer with 3 kids and the 3rd kids hair cut was pending. The same hairdresser felt confronted when we told him that i wanted to fix my daughters haircut and a bit rudely told us that we need to wait at least half an hour because he had another customer. I drove from Silicon Oasis to Karama because this place had good reviews but after this disappointing experience, I would not recommend this place to others especially since the hairdressers have a bad attitude. Do not waste your time here as there are multiple options to choose from

Great salon for kids. I was a bit apprehensive before taking my daughter for her very first hair cut but the experience turned out to be just awesome. They played her favorite cartoon on the screen and at the end of it they gave her a lollipop and a sheet of barbie stickers. Great Service!!!!
