Nice place to buy your essentials..however Staff is cold and need to be more active

The shop is very clean, everything is well disposed. Even though it is a little bit more expensive than other 24/7 shops, just for the cleaning I was able to pay more. But then I arrived at the cashier, the guy just gave me some random coins that doesn’t reflect what he should give me back, when confronting him, the guy just like throw the coin and don’t say anything. That is sad, really I was excited to have found my new 24/7 shop …

Great variety of groceries and quick deliveveries

Shopping at night at Al Maya Onyx can be unpleasant these days, especially if youre having to go through the grotesquely unfriendly and rude male cashier at checkout.Im sure Al Maya can do better, at the very least perhaps offer this particular staff member some training on how to deal with customers.

Inflated prices even for basic milk products. And if u ask price or tell your prices are high, cashier behaves rudely. Very unprofessional

Hello,I recently purchased a VUZE VAPOR device at this supermarket and was given a used and faulty device in the box. Went back next day to return it and explain what had happened and the manager refused to exchange it for me and implied that I was lying about the whole story. At the end the manager declined to help me and gave me the name of the employee. The money is not important as it’s only 100 aed but it’s about the simple fact that this type of incidents might happen again in such a safe space as a local supermarket. I just want to warn people about the VUZE stand in this place next time they decide to purchase something from it. Great selection of British Imported Products!They’re the only store I’ve found so far that offers pork sausages (we found that the caramelised red onion suffolk pork sausages taste the best) and Greggs Sausage Rolls in DubaiDefinitely our go-to store to order from in Instashop. You have the option to pay in the app, bring a card reader or pay with cash and let them know how much to bring change for.

One of the best supermarkets in Dubai.Prices are between mid and high for the products.Products are high quality.

THE LAZIEST, RUDEST (MALE) STAFF AT AL MAYA, ONYX TOWER!!!I usually shop at Al Maya in the Marina or JLT. The staff at both those branches are lovely, very polite, professional and friendly.The staff at the Onyx Tower branch however, are lazy, arrogant and rude and I will never shop in this branch again.

Delivery service not good I like to oder 2item next building but they can’t do delivery, I want to make order 50aed, what is this only next building

Just been there, next to the parking entrance, on the right there is a toilet, next thing, on its side its a fridges with fresh produce, this is not ok, all the supermarket smells like public toilet, I will report this to specific authorities, they need to check this place, it is not ok to serve food from the toilet 😠😡

I just wanted to warn everyone - this supermarket keeps taking the order and literally not delivering it. When I try to call them, at least 10 times, they would not pick up. It happened 3 times now and I will not be ordering there anymore.
