Its really a bad service when it comes to delivery. I always faced that they took more than 1 hour to delivery and I just stay 1 block away, and today it was pathetic, they were not able to deliver even after 1 hour 30 mins, I have called them multiple times requesting to make it fast, but no result. Really poor service

Just got off on the phone with a very rude and disrespectful staff. He didnt even get my address and just hung up mid order.Its a shame because this store always has fresh stocks and has everything I need but I will order from Seven Days Supermarket from now on as they have better service.Pls hire someone who can answer the phone politely. Open 24 hrs good for me and people like me

Placed an order at the karama branch and they missed out on sending something . After I called them they argued that I had not placed an order for it in the first place after telling them multiple times that I had. After agreeing to send it the staff called me back to argue on the same point . Horrible customer service , very rude, non apologetic . They need to be trained on customer service and communication.

This one is good. Small shop but they have almost everything. They deliver small water cans compared to the regular ones. They deliver quickly for almost all orders and for small bills also. They are available 24hrs and friendly staffs . You will get a lot of parking this area. Checkout isnt time taking, so its good for quick buys. The road bear to this is also a quiet most of the time.

24hrs Service is nice., but 2nd time Ive order for a delivery, theyve just waited me for like an hour., a bit disappointed. 😔 I was calling the store but theyve talking there own language,👎🏻 that I dont understand what he was talking to the phone..😑👎🏻and still Im not yet finished talking, he bang the phone down. So sad.😔😞

Al maya supermarket you can buy fresh vegetables.

Left my wallet in Al Maya burjuman last night and had gone to collect it right now. I am told that they have the wallet however the money was missing from it.

Helpful, since it is a 24 Hr working shop. But cant do shoppings as we do in lulu or any other supermarkets. Prices are high compare to other supermarkets. Felt , preference to Kabayan products. Still have much items. A supermarket with Grocery prices.
