My go to grocery store..in discovery gardens... Fresh veggies, fresh fish & fresh fruits are their only +points which is making it the best in the market

It’s a nice place for groceries in Discovery gardens at a competitive price. Most of the items required for day to day house hold stuff are easily available. Door Delivery is also available.

No cleanliness inside. Air conditioning is not good

Frequently some thing or other problem comes in billing or delivery of items. If we point out the discrepancy it ìs sorted out, else money is gone. I have valid proof of these. Surprisingly there is no mechanism of complaining to the higher authorities or redressal of complaints. If someone can throw some light. Thanks.

All staffs are good and supportive..cashier counter staffs are really helpful. Child familiar. They treat my kid very well everytime.. great keep it up good job.

The customer executive especially the Philippine lady is extremely rude on the phone. While placing the order on call, I felt as if I was speaking to myself. I had to ask her if she was listening. She gave me a waiting time of 4 hours for the delivery of a distance of one km. I asked her to cancel the order and she hung up the phone.

I want to give zero star. Super irresponsible.If u are working women and order here some grocery to cook, they wont turn up until someone die of hunger. Its 12 pm and my order has not come and they arent answering calls since last 30 mins. I ordered grocery to cook by myself though it was late, as I was not feeling good and stomach refused to eat outside food.Its too late and no choice to get out now, I need order ready food from outside and wait another 45 mins for it.I ended up Ordered for items worth nearly 70aed as he refused to deliver goods of amount less than 25aed. Imagine I stay one street away from this place.Dont order, specially if u or ur kids are depending on it and waiting for it. Worst ever...Flavor supermarket team,Do not play with customer, dont commit if u cannot do, dont be irresponsible of ignoring calls.PATHETIC

I had a very very very bad experience from the cash counter staff (sarika), her attitude to me wasn’t so good. Most important she is very rude. The management team needs to take responsibility when you are recruiting the staff, and give them a good class about how to deal with customers in a proper way. At least teach them how to put a fake smile on there’s face. I don’t want to come back there only because of your rude cashier..

In complete discovery gardens there fresh vegetables are the best between all competent stores near by. They seems to be slightly costly than other market to maintain their quality.

The supermarkets Bakery is not properly sanitized. In my recent visit to the bakery section, I saw small cockroaches freely roaming over the chicken pizza. On informing the bakery worker who was present, he just removed the entire tray of the chicken pizzas and kept aside near the freshly baked cakes. It was shocking for me to see such kind of approach towards hygiene. It is a supermarket with heavy footfalls from the local community based in the Discovery Gardens.

They dont display the prices on all goods in the rack. This is try of not faithful with customers and its cheating.

It used to be a place couple of years ago. The lady staff at the cash counter is extremely rude. I dont know why she throws so much attitude around. I have been requesting them to put proper price tags on the shelves for 3-4 years now. They initially said everything will be done during the renovation. It has been at least two years since the renovation, and yet no changes. A lot of items do not have price stickers on the shelves.. and some of which that has the price stickers on the shelves are not the prices of the products on the shelves. Though these things arent uncommon in supermarkets here, the cash counter lady just makes the whole experience horrible. I truly hope the staff are given some sort of training in customer care.

I visit this Supermarket specially for Vegetables, which are the best thing here. Such a good and fresh veggies.

Conveniently located at street 1, Flavors is good for quick shopping. One good thing is they provide fresh vegitables, however i felt they over price the items. I bought one item for 32 AED, but the same item is available in Lulu or Carrefour for 27 AED. Staffs are friendly and efficient.

I come there to buy something, last week and its really very poor customer service in the whole supermarket of dubai.! cashiers are very rude.! no manners.! unfriendly environment.! once you ask something, the answer is always no without checking if really there is or no..! I will never come again as this people reflect your supermarket. I hope management will do something about it.
