One of the biggest(if not The biggest) supermarket in Dubai. Located in Mall of Emirates on ground level. Attracts great choice of grocerriess. You can find variety of fish, sea food, fresh fruits & vegetables. Also you can buy local specialties and many more from all around the world. Great service and hard working people there. Full respect!

There is a lot of different interesting staff and food, but unexpectedly we couldnt find any Gazpacho. We have some delights for gifts, coffee, sweets and passion fruit juice, what is quite rare to find. And tried a samosa with vegetables, tasty with a bit of spicy.

I have a no issue with grocery, but very disappointed to Electronic store. Date of 5/9/2021 I bought Panasonic washing machine 😡after couple days receiving was happy to day will be exactly one week only, yesterday late night my washing machine be came Waterfall Victoria.... Called them back they refused Replacement!!!! I have not completed 10 days ...

This carrefour is my favorite branch in Dubai besides the DCC branch.They do have everything, especially in the global section.And the bakery side is so good as well 😋

This is our go to grocery store! Incredibly big and pretty much has everything you could need. It is very similar to how a Walmart or Target is in the USA. They sell pretty much all house hold items there. Just note it is pretty much always busy but if you go early Friday or Saturday mornings it is a lot less busy.

The big branches of Carrefour are still useful as the breadth of goods offered makes them, in effect, traditional department stores, albeit with the largest dept being food. However, what has really changed since they first entered the UAE market in the 90s, is that they no longer offer good value in food. People probably still assume they do, but a bit of basic shopping around will show you that theyre now comparatively expensive! So - do not blindly go here thinking youre saving money at every step. On food you definitely are not. On other things, theyre very competitive but still you should shop around.

Carrefour is Located on ground floor of mall of emirates and provides a wide variety of shopping options. There are electric items with an array of televions, mobiles and electrical appliances. There is also a wide array of food and drink provided with the shelves regularly stocked although the shop gets busy at peak times which can lead to queuing at till area. Carrefour provide express queus for 10 items, although there are a large number of customers that do not abide by rules and take significant volume of items.

Go to place for all supermarket needs home supply items, electronics, fresh farm produce. Little crowded in weekends but the place is big and can accomodate the crowd except on sale days which really is too crowded.

This is the biggest Carrefour in the UAE and its very popular and busy. I came on a Friday morning to buy a water dispenser. The salesman was very helpful and went back to the store room to find the dispenser I was looking for so I didnt have to drive to another branch. I really appreciate this personal service in such a busy and big store. Always happy to come back.

Just want to share amazing customer service that I have encountered in Mall of the Emirates Carrefour today.I came to exchange my Bluetooth earphones and was very surprised with the service from Mary (unfortunately dont know her last name), but I believe she is mainly working with electronic section.She is truly amazing and assisted me to get exchange quickly. Today Carrefour has 50% discount on ALL biscuits, cereals and frozen vegetables.IT IS NOT TRUE! Check your bill carefully! Most of the items are NOT discounted! Do not be misled! I cannot understand how they get away with it. It is unbelievable that the biggest super market in the UAE behaves this way.

My favourite place to shop for groceries.They have deals every week especially on Fridays so I look forward to that. Tresemme Shampoo and conditioner is about 21 AED each and I was able to get both at 18.75 AED on a deal day. Some with Bathing soap and other personal care products.You can also get very beautiful water bottles here, just maybe itll motivate you to drink more water 😌. Drink more water people, Im a personal trainer, i gotta chip that in 😂.

Hi, i purchase one teka kitchen hood from carrefour online.recently it started complaints.it still under warranty. i contact with teka when they come they install wrong parts. so its the issues not solved.i contact with them many times.they said they don’t have stock the parts. i’m waiting more than two months. still the issue not solved.i make complaint with carrefour customer service complaint number 490705.please do necessary actions to solve the issue.

Huge hypermarket with every thing you need under one roof and very important for those who has very less time to spend in Dubai. As we didnt have time for Spice Souk. Well we got all we needed here. From laptop to smartphone, fresh fruits, cigarette and household items are available here. The clothing section, well Im not fan of them. Hmmm unfortunately no beers.

I wouldnt recommend ordering from Carrefour as they do not deliver on time. Today is the 3rd time they have messed up. 1st time, they delivered several hours earlier but thankfully I was at home. 2nd time (a NOW delivery) they delivered several hours late after two phone calls and no call back... And today hes at least an hour late and customer service cannot tell me if the driver is on his way or not nor can them contact him...Très déçue par le fait que les horaires de livraison ne sont pas respectées du tout. The biggest ever supermarket must have seen anywhere... the market is so big that this supermarket have 72 cash counters to pay your bills.... the placement of every product is excellent... the vegitables are placed on one side & the non-veg products are placed on diff area...

Their closest competitor in terms of deals is LULU Hypermarket.The one big reason I prefer Carrefour over the rest is the scanning gun that you can pull off from the stand at the entrance as long as you have the share app installed on your phone. What a mess! This is a great example of a low end retail outlet .. food.. clothing.. beverages.. electric appliances.. you name it .. so big, noisy and certainly not a comfortable shopping experience..

I have never had high standard customer service expectations from carefour, but at least someone must give them training that restocking of unwashed items can be done a bit later after giving the customer his order of Pizza or Shaurma. Only reason I and my colleagues ever buying food from this place is we need something quick so again no high expectations on Quality. My food orders getting open and throw away level nowadays. I am just opening it and after one bite you have to throw away. Used to be at least eatable. Come on guys seriously!!!

U can find almost anything u need. Large varieties of bakeries and fruits. Fresh products everyday. Competitive prices.

The store itself is great. Just dont expect to find things from your home country that you think will automatically be there. The ladys are very knowledgeable and helpful. The men is useless when comes to helping when trying to locate a product and to top it off a lot of them has awful body odor.

Positive:The store is large and offers a wide variety of products.An nice appeal to the shop is that they offer a lot of fresh counters. In addition to typical fish, meat, poultry, cheese, olives, they have also fresh juices stations, honey, nuts, etc.I even have some ideas that could enhance that hypermarket characteristic.The shop maintains new add on. Such as a wide screen at the back of the fish section that gives the impression of an aquarium.Negative: not many, except that the hypermarket seems packed every day regardless of the time, therefore long queues. Overall cleanliness and products structure can be improved.Staff presence too.

One of the top best Carrefour outlets in UAE. Interior has designed in such a way that more space and gaps are given between the racks comparing to other Carrefour (inside malls). The most useful and helpful feature they introduced recently is SCAN & GO where people gets a barcode scanner using Carrefour club card at the entry, used to add the items in the device can be used to checkout easily at the scan and go counter. That really avoids the long queue at the counter. One of the biggest Hyper markets in UAE with all departments under one ceiling , Electronics , Fresh foods, grocery , cosmetics , appliances and everything you need at home. A variety of products to choose from. Sometimes they do great offers and discounts. Customer Service is great.

An experience that left me content since I found what I was looking for, blackberries, black currant jam, mascaporne cheese etc for a dessert I intend to prepare this weekend! Personally, I would have loved the fresh blackberries but found them very pricey for the quantity I was getting, so yeah... headed over to the frozen fruits and found frozen blackberries at less than half the price of the fresh ones! What can I say..girls got a budget! Anyway found everything I was looking for today and THAT is truly satisfying.

The worst service everI get it item bisslle from Carrifor MOE which was I get it also under two years warrantyHowever when the item didn’t work after one year I give back to the Carrifor service center in MOE and the said in 14 working days I will get it fixedHowever until today which is more than one month now I didn’t get it back and also they are asking me to pay for the service

Went to Carrefour MOE this morning and it was heaving! Im all for businesses getting back to normal and doing a roaring trade but I think this branch may have been caught off guard. Not enough staff to serve customers at the deli and long queues and waiting at checkout. I had to leave two puffs in the microwave oven as the lady who put them in there walked off, and I thought twice of abandoning my cart because I had to meet someone and time was getting very tight. (I didnt and was late instead). I also noted there were lots of instances of items not priced (one example below).

The fact that there is a food court where you can sit down comfortably waiting for a friend makes mall of the Emirates one of my favorites.

A massive department and grocery store that has food, clothing, and many other things and is located right in Mall of Emirates. Clean store, lots of staff and fairly quick check up lines, however, the store is incredibly busy. So much so that you barely have room to move your cart - even at 10 p.m. at night! I would avoid down there with large crowds as it can be very stressful.

Carrefour at MOE started to trade used items! I purchased garment steamer and at home I discovered it has water under wrapping film, sales person convinced me that item is NEW. Well see how shop will explain it and solve this issue!!!!!Few days later driver from carrefour replace it to the new piece.
