Helpful staff, just drop your documents at reception, they will call for ur turn ,give u the recipt to attend lecture. It will take some time for queue to attend the class but thats fine. Expect 2hrs stay there. After attending pay the fee of 166 and thats it.

Today i try to apply saving plan and i called before visit there just incese BUT i went there doent work some technical issue ...i feeling very sad because Good for saving plan and iterested make plan for my family future BUT i cant register ...however, i just discuss today issue and he relly look after me he get my number and he will call me after slove issue.as you know some time bad luck but some one can chage the luck ..thank you Mr, Ali and his counter 14

The lady at the reception is an absolute gem. So helpful and polite. As well as the rest of the staff that work at this branch. They are very helpful.

In the middle of pandemic you are allowing people to seat near to each other in small non ventilated hall?? Staff on reception are extremely rude with no manners saying to each one “sit” on the way like you are ordering to animal.Shame on you and the treatment of people in this branch.Not to mention that they were late for an 30min without apologizing.

Worst service ever recieved. I came to TAWJEEH centre@Noor Bank to know more about the National Labour saving program which i heard at the LABOUR class during my visa process which was 5 months before. I tried to get any information from 4 peoples but still no use. Not even a single person gave me what i want. Not even a single person is willing to help.I asked at the reception, he told me to come on sunday.?????Dont know why ? To get information ?Could have sat at the room, more than wasting time at TAWJEEH centre, Noor Bank.

Over all the service is great and staffs are very accommodating as i am always go there EXCEPT for the cashier i encountered today (03-03-2021, 11AM) as he is VERY RUDE and has no CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITY.

WENT FOR A TRAINING CLASS AND I LEARNED ABOUT THE UAE LABOUR LAW AND THE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT.

If u have already completed the test in the past, you should have the option to opt to not waste time watching the same video. It doesn’t make sense to go through the same video when you have already gone through the ordeal in the past

The staff are all welcoming, efficient,always smiling. Attending lectures here is so cute as no time is wasted. Lectures every 10 minutes from 8am to 6;30pm. The centre is a citadel for hospitality.
