You can’t do the attestation there anymore , only online process , take a picture of the documents you need to attest , create it as a pdf and save it on your phone , desktop or laptop , then start the process and follow the steps , you should get the documents attested on your email after making the payment

Without keeping me waiting he helped me and cleared all my papers for attesting .Such a nice service.Hatts of appreciation for such a friendly work especially to the customers. It seems that this guy is having a lots of experience and knowledge regarding his work and his post.Thank you Ministry of justice and especially to the staff RAHUL .One more thing to add nowadays I recently went to the office for some paper clearing work it was the worst experience I felt. I think so the earlier staff Rahul had been left or might be changed his postion.Rahul was a very talented ,experienced person.

I went today to do my documents, security guy met me in the lobby, and said I need to do only online (I came from motor city in 40 minute) and he said they cant take my documents, then one local employee came and told him to take my documents. So kind , so helpful guy. I didn’t asked his name , but definitely he need to get promotion for his kindness and help. documents done so fast . Thanks for the Justice team

Many employees struggling in UAE Many employer do not pay salary. They knows even after cour nothing will happen. In my case cour order came Feb 10 2020. After that I pplied for exe ution. Still waiting for amount. Now I dont have money even for medicine. I CAME August 21sr 2919. Even I didnt get single salary.

Very efficient service. The only lady officer on duty there is very friendly and deserves to be best employee. I like that it has separated female and male waiting area. The wifi is quite fast. They serve coffee/tea for customers waiting, and also has a small corner for children to play with. very family friendly place, yet serves us the most professional way. Good effort. I wish the lady officer had more help though, she was all alone handling all the customers.

Zero customer service! I reached the ministry 15 minutes before closing time, everybody had already left, except one lady who looked at me disgruntled because she had started grabbing her bag to leave. She then got rid of me by telling me to go to MOFA first. When I explained to her that I was coming precisely from there based on their instruction that I should first visit the Ministry of Justice, she said just go there, I cant do anything. I asked to speak to her supervisor to get the right guidance, she looked at me with surprise informing me that he had already left. I wish His Highness would do an unannounced visit to witness the terrible lack of service at the so-called Customer Happiness Centre in Al Qussais. Other government agencies and service centres are much better, specially GDRFA.
