For several days tried to reach their call center, and kept waiting for hours, no one attended the calls. Finally, when a CSR answered, he asked to send an email. No one replied or acknowledged my email either!!! Now trying to call their call center again, and AGAIN NO ANSWER. It is 10:30 am, Ive been calling since 8am, choosing different options, no one is responding!!! no one is working at this GOVERNMENT MINISTRY. Why are they getting salaries????
As a local, l’m ashamed of MOHAP being unprofessional and unhelpful. I will be travelling soon and I have been trying to get you guys for the past three months to update my first dosage correctly on the Al Hosn App. I have been on calls, sent emails, and done everything yet there is NO change, and I had to wait for 4 hours on the phone for someone to answer.I don’t usually write bad reviews, but it has gotten to this point that I had to rant about it online. I’m still not sure if I will be able to travel to Austria with my incorrect information on the Al Hosn app.Please do something about this as it is unacceptable!!Edit: there is an app called Covid-19 UAE where you can download the vaccination card 👍
I called today to the call center (80011111) regarding my covid 19 second dose vaccination. by selecting options , finally i reached to the option of communication with operator. but after that i hold the phone around half an hour. while i am waiting hopefully for the conversation of customer care representative it was disconnected without any pre information.i think this service is not at all good.totally i am disappointed because i am calling by the worry of second dose vaccine of pfizer. yet not i get appointment. i am trying to get it 22 may onwards thorough mohap mobile application. but still cant registered.mob:586378925
Extremely disappointed with the service provided. My friend had a vaccination appointment yesterday at 7 PM . Upon reaching we were informed by the local security guard that they shut the clinic at 3 PM as they ran out of vaccination . There was no text message or update from their end . I tried calling the call center it was bunch of automated messages that kept playing for 15 mins . I am applaud by this service . Its about health and vaccination we cannot be giving wrong information or no information to the person .
I called about 4 times before 2.30 Pm today and on the toll free number from 5 pm for 3 times. No one answered the phone, extremely unprofessional long voice notes that dont have any benefit, stayed every time on the phone for long hopefully someone will answer but nothing. All this just to inquire about a simple thing. What a mission !!!!!!! I really hope that i dont have to call them anymore.
Dear sir / madam. My kids got 1st dose 12 + Pfizer vaccine on 30th May. Now its time for their 2nd dose. But I m unable to book an appointment for them thorough mohap covid app. Plz help. Thank you.
Very bad customer service, not possible to reach . No one unswerving the phone . 0 help,we drove all the way to the centre to speak with someone in person and the centre was empty ,like no one works there. In times like this its understandble that visiting offices its not best thing to do ,so they should hire more telephone operators. Disappointment !!!!!
I came at 2.30 and they were closed !Coz info on google is wrong (it was mentioned that they should work till 3.30!So I just came for nothing !
MOHAP dont answer calls. Al hosn app doesnt work impacting business severely. Embarrassment to UAE.
These people never answer the call at all. The automated message just repeats continously, we have to keep listening to it while no updates about the waiting period. Sluggish call centre, they have a job not knowing the value of it.Just recruit new call centre staff.

I am not rating the center itself but I am rating al hosn app which is not updating my results after 48 hours keeping in mind that I received it via sms mohap but it’s not updated in the al hosn app
Calling the toll free number and no response for almost three days.
Very rude people working there, and when asking about anything regarding medicine no one answered, they promised to call back for answers and more than 2 months passed no one called back... reflecting the best manners......
