So disappointed to say the least. I have many Azerbaijani friends and I have been to Azerbaijan and I know how friendly and helpful they are. They take hospitality so seriously. I dealt with an extremely rude guy at the counter (Wearing glasses). Not only was he rude, he was intentionally making it so hard for me to finish the process. Treating me in such a rude manner. When I police officer walked in to finish his papers, he treated him way differently. Not only was he rude, he was hardly available. They did not even put a phone or a bell to ring someone to assist clients.

The location and the contact details of Consulate General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Dubai was changed. The Google doesnt updated the new location yet.

The slim man wearing glasses at the embassy is very rude, mean and racist. He doesn’t smile which makes him very unprofessional. He doesn’t deserve to work there.

I travel to Baku for business and leisure. My experience with the Consulate in Dubai is far positive. They visa officer is quite supportive and understanding. One of the best treatment I ever had at a diplomatic representation.

Fast and easy

Amazing consulate ! Really helpful, fast and nice embassy representative. It was so easy to get my visa here (within 4 days, you can get it), whereas I was quite afraid, because of all information I could find on internet, about how hard it was to get your visa for Azerbaijan. I didnt experience anything like this. I am really thankful.Moreover Azerbaijan, is an amazing country, with delicious food and really nice people.

I was very crusted as I had applied for the visa multiple times and was rejected. I came to the consulate and Mr tamerzan as kind enough to answer all my questions. He told me where I needed to find the appropriate documents. I have always wanted to visit Baku and hopefully this time I will get a chance to. Im so lucky I came across Mr tamerzan, he is one of the kindest and friendliest staff.

The staffs are very accommodating and they have an excellent service indeed.

The person who picked up the phone when I wanted to inquire about something was very rude! She wont let me finish my questions and was in a hurry to put down the phone. She just talked and talked without letting me finish what i wanted to say and just assumed what i would have asked.

Very friendly and helpful staff at consulate and simple and transparent process. The only hurdle was that visa fee needs to be paid at ADCB bank and not at the consulate.

Very efficient in arranging visa service. Recomended to visit the consulate in advance to gather all the informations about visa application as the website is not so informative.

One very nice man recived paper from us he is very kind and helping us and very nice with all costumer his name is mr tamerlan and one lady in the phone her name is ayan she is very sweet and nice talking in the phone he help us to know about all paper need and tell us how to fill application thanks for every body and we will happy to visit azarbigan and see all city and come back thanks a lot azarbijain to give us chance to visit you good luck for every body ((( tamerlan - ayan ))) we will not forget you

Very bad treatment and the guy is not giving the right answer in one time and no one answering the phone if you ask the guy more then one question he will says that is your problem habibi 😂🤣 and the more bad and hard thing that you have to pay 20$ from ABDC bank in their account and no any exchange ready to pay in their account still you pay by the same bank
