Very pathetic service. I had filed a complaint (CMP-21-173640) on 10th April 2021 against a company for not providing service and I felt like they are scammers. I provided whatever details I could to inform the inspectors that these people are working in a suspicious manner but of no use. The inspector just called to ask if situation is solved and I found no progress with case at any instance.After almost 3 weeks later I get a call from inspector stating that nobody is answering and they are closing the case !!! So what is the use of filing a case with consumer protection department if at the end I am supposed to hear this.Total disappointment !

I called DED authorities to get guidance of my issue few days back, staff was very polite. I am sure if I go personally, they will be generous in person as well. God bless those who help victims. Thank you.
DED and consumerrights are amazing. Its the second time in 5 years that Im using them and they always protect their customers. No need to fight with a business, no need to hire lawyer, just contact DED, they are fantastic and will protect any resident even against massive companies.

Refer Complaint CMP-19-74163 Dated 26/05/2019 no response yet. Very poor service my complaint for the refund is still pending almost 3 months. When I call they said it’s been followed but I didn’t get any proper feedback. I am very unhappy about the service provided by DED.
Called 11 times and no help.. I’m in a bad financial situation and this Dubai furniture store stole my money and no one is helping me to get it back. DED has not responded to me and my consumer rights have not yet been met. CMP-20-117999

I think the time I have visited this place made it difficult, because it was a Thursday, some needed a light day since the weekend was just next day.They needed to take care of the customers better and treat them better too. They need to get their act together since everything counts.

Pretty good when you visit in person, but forget about calling because the operator never answers the phone and unless the query is straight-forward and directly in the specific area, staff will not work outside the box, and will refer you back to the operator.
Paid parking. 10dhs an hour. Dont try and park outside. Its a headache. Area is great, with views of the clock tower and a good truck selling sliders outside. Lobby of smart office for ded has counters with phones connected, so you can go Stand next to any counter and speak to a operator. Pretty empty when I went. Lots of good entrepreneurship books on shelves, you can sit at th e tiny Starbucks and have a read.

Poor service from telephone operators , place on hold and then hang up after several minutes intentionally.
Very difficult to get connected to DED as the number mentioned in site does not help.

Consumer protection complaint, they took two months to tell me that they cannot help me with the subject matter of the complaint !! Two months of contacts and follow-up, all without any goal or benefit
