3 straight years we have brought our dog to have his annual vaccination, before they would accept walk-ins. but even with appointment booking its still easy and hassle free. although there was a bit of a wait when we reach the clinic, over-all experience is good. staffs are professional and friendly! not to mention the price is good in our pockets too!!

We were very satisfied and impressed with the level of service provided it n the vet clinic. Dr. Kombelani was very professional and caring to our cat together with his assistant. Diagnosed the problem well and also provided us with the right treatment. Very confident team and also to mention the professionalism and attentiveness we received at the reception by Ali who was more than welcoming and professional at all times during our visit. Very reasonable pricing of all treatments. Very clean, hygienic clinic and staff throughout the premises. Thank you all. Keep up the good work.

Its first time my furbaby for vaccination and registration. I was have problem when doing booking online, so i do walk in.And i met Mr. Sahid whose welcoming me with friendly and helpful. Then he took me to Mr. Ali, he is amazing, so helpful, and friendly.It was fast processed and reasonable price to get initial vacation, registration, microchip, passport.This dubai municipality veterinary so “recommended” for your furbaby!!

The consultation is free of charge and you only need to pay for the medicine in case of need for any.Purely humanitarian section concerned in animals health not money! They really do care. I took an appointment online and was able to reschedule given appointment to fit my schedule. In and out in maximum 10 minutes my pet was checked, issue solved and vaccine in less than 10! cost? 188 AED for all the vaccines.Parking were available and doctors are so friendly and efficient and really kind.Thank you.. I wish i knew about this vet section 7 years ago.. but now i know better and i trust my pet will never be mistreated or caused sickness for cash gain! Thank you Dubai municipality for helping pet owners afford taking care of their pets.

Very happy with the services provided by Dr Ajaz at Dubai Municipality Veterinary Centre. He is very knowledgeable and guides us through all the processes really well. I bought my baby girl for her vaccination and she was managed well. The pricing is very reasonable also. A must visit for all pet parents.

Incorrect Timings, could use timing and ease of access improvement; as it’s not the best idea for a Veterinary Clinic to close around 2 pm.People work or have school or college to attend to, so the timing isnt the best. The COVID-19 situation is understandable though.This is just a suggestion because this is a critical service.My cat is bleeding since before 2017 after being spayed, and I took her to a different vet to fix the surgery, and I took my cat to Dubai Municipality Veterinary Section every few months (for years) to get answers, and I have documents and photos as proof.A different vet requested a minor surgery to figure out what was going on, so I requested a consultation appointment to ask if it was worth the risk; as giving anesthesia to a senior pet is risky.I wanted to know if worth the surgery and anesthesia was worth the risk, but I felt that they were rushing the appointment; they just wanted to get over with the appointment.Please update the timings and make the website easier to use, and update the equipment; because some patients are allowed to have a walk-In, and I was before allowed too; during the COVID-19 pandemic, they said that we were not allowed to enter (that was before), and we needed to book an appointment. Of course I did that, but I didn’t know that other patients were allowed to have walk-ins too even with the pandemic going on (emergency situations are an exception of course).I am saying this because I am worried for the other patients, and all that I ask is to improve; this is a Municipality Vet after all.

Special thanks to Mr. Ali, he has provided us with good customer service and hats off to the friendly doctors and other staffs. I had issues in placing an appointment for my new kitten, but once he understood that it was something related technical issue he advised me to come to the clinic and also taught me how to place a request on the website.

If I could give 20 stars I would. We visited this morning for my puppys first vaccination, tried to make an appointment yesterday online but unfortunately didnt know how to. I called in and Ali answered the phone who tried his hardest to guide me but unfortunately I still couldnt. He told me to just come in the next day at 7:30am and he would help me. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with care, professionalism and just his willingness to help! He showed me how to make an appointment for the future and we were seen to straight away. Ali is absolutely amazing, such a gem and so comforting, THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your help!!! Luca says thank you as well! The Vet was quick and helpful, he advised us on many things.

We have visited today for our cats annual vaccination. The place never disappoints. Starting from the local gentleman at the reception who made us feel so welcomed and was so friendly to the lady doctor and the nurse who were so knowledgeable and careful of our cats needs. It was the end of the day before the weekend, yet no one rushed us at any point. I believe we saw the manager of the place too, who personally asked everyone if they were ok and created an awesome environment. I truly believe that all the people working there are very happy at their working place, thus it creates a happy atmosphere for all the customers. Please keep it up

This is the sixth year in a row that I have taken my 2 cats and 1 dog here for vaccinations and registrations, there was a new system today, to which Ali was super helpful in explaining and helpful in setting up our new account. The staff, from the vets to Security, to the guy who cleans up after your dog and wont let you help are ALL super friendly and helpful! Thoroughly recommend this service for animal registrations and vaccinations.

We brought our cats for vaccination today and I am truly amazed with the professionalism and warmth of the entire team. We were happily welcomed by the lovely local gentlemen who helped us through the entire process and our vet Dr. Khumblany who was very gentle with our fur babies. The place is very clean and you will feel the friendly vibe from everyone.It is indeed incomparable with other clinics.

I used to hear how difficult was to get hold of the vets at DM, so I was (more than) pleasantly surprised about how efficient and friendly the staff are.Though they didnt have an avian specialist and they couldnt do much for the rescue baby ostrich I brought, they were very helpful, attentive and got me the contacts required. I would strongly recommend a visit to DM vet if ever needed.

I had amazing experience even though I jumped in late. Mr.Ali helped me a lot and walked me through the whole process easily. Dr khumblany was so kind to help us know what has happened and how to take care of it the whole staff was very welcoming and it was a great relief to get such a great assistance. Great service. I went a while back for vaccinations and I was very impressed with their service. Prices are extremely low compared to private clinics and It was empty so I didn’t wait a long time to see the vet. Ended up getting the vaccine along with a consultation regarding my cat’s digestion issues in no time. Very convenient and the staff is happy to help. My cat usually gets anxious but she seemed fine too .. I guess she was just as comfortable as I was!

I took my car for vaccination today. The clinic is well kept and spacious with separate section for cats and dogs. COVID protocol being followed.as wellThey had a new software being installed today and so there was a slight delay, but that was being managed well by communicating this upfront.. The doctors were professional and friendly. Allina all a great experience and would certainly recommend it .

Please m not able to take an appointment online and i have been calling several times every day to take an appointment for my cat vaccination and check up and when the employee answered my call after 3 days of calling he said to take appointment only online please help me what to do !!!!

After driving all the way and reaching there and waiting for 20 minutes I got to know that the warm medication that my cats should take every three months is not available because the contract is expired and Municipality is looking for a new supplier !! I have been calling them for the past 2 weeks to book an appointment without any response...!! Like seriously someone answer the phone!!!

One of the best Veterinary clinics i have been to. Took excellent care of my dog and was very friendly with the pet. The only hard part is to get a booking as they are booked out way in advance. Which again shows how in demand they are. It is fairly cost effective and can be trusted because of the well qualified Doctors who are even available on emails to address queries and help.

Very polite stuff and helpful.The place is very clean.Sometimes they are very crowded and other times you wont wait much.Dont expect to get much information on the phone so better go and inquirie.Prices are very reasonable compared to private clinics.For vaccinations and registration of of small animals plus light medical and surgical procedures you can go there.If you have a critical case that needs intensive care you will be disappointed as they deal with emergencies and critical care.They mainly do preventive medicine.So dont have high expectations and get benefits from the services they offer.

Most of the strays here are/will be Tnr by our beloved TNR groups and other nice residents. A neat and appropriate feeding is also needed to keep them in good condition. It will never compromise their instinct to hunt. If those cats are collected by pest control (which means sentenced to death), other cats might come and take over the territory since some inhumane people are regularly leaving them behind. I don’t think that TNR group will still have the energy to spent their time to TNR again for nothing since their mission will not have been considered the very first time. Then, there will be more conflicts between residents and rodents, with birds, other cats, more kittens. Cats are never dangerous except if they feel threatened, like any person would be. Cats are no pest. These poor innocent animals are already the victims of some irresponsable people who dumped them. They have a hard life leaving outside in these awful temperatures, sand storm, humidity. You might not like cats. It will never be a reason to harm them or accepting anymore to harm them. You think there are too many cats, wait till there are no strays anymore. Rats are smart, avoiding traps ... soon you will cry to have strays back. Cats are not spreading diseases, on the contrary they are the natural best pest controllers you can find. Maintaining a healthy stray cats population is essential. The source of cats overpopulation must be fought, not the consequence, I.e. banning breeding and animal shops, sterilization mandatory for any incoming pets, etc... so, blame the right ones. Cats are no pest, there are living beings like you and I. And do not forget what is written in any religious book : every animal deserves food and protection. Be human... better : be GOOD humans and be KIND to them. So kindly open your heart, stop the trapping and the killing fight the root of the issue. Not the consequence!

This place is the worst place a ever visit , they dont want to help with a stray kitten because she is too small and they dont have a space. Brought our cat to register for a microchip and vaccinee. She has a passport now at a reasonable price.The vet was friendly. Worked really swift and the cat was calm and not at all traumatised.Due to Covid19, best call to get an appointment before going.Highly recommended.

I am shocked Dubai Municipality is taking such extreme measures to remove cats from the streets. Its discusting the cruel way it is done too. Either by euthanasia or relocation to areas with no means of survival. Please can we have support for the program of the TNR. There are many people helping with this already and paying out their own pockets. Its very effective. The cats are not the enemy or pests.. YOU WOULD NOT DO THIS TO A CHILD. I had just fostered a cat that got injured after getting into a really bad fight with some aggressive street cats, and this was the closest place to me. I was really scared because my cats leg looked broken and had to ask 3-4 times for a repetition on his medication, but everyone was very patient with me! please dont forget to reserve an appointment though, I didnt know it was mandatory to do so :)

They should have a TNR service for stray cats as a humane way to control populations, reduce suffering and keep communities safe and clean. Disappointed in the Dubai Municipality Veterinary Services. Neighbouring Emirates are doing this why can’t we as a progressive world renowned city step up?

Dubai Municipality are EUTHANASING all Dubai stray cats whether neutered or not or belong to owners. Why? In order to promote an aesthetically pleasing and safer UAE. They only care about malls and big buildings. There is now a AED500 fine if caught feeding as they want the ones they cant tranquilize and trap to be left to starve. And fining rescuers AED50,000 for rescuing cats and finding forever homes!!!! Insanity at its finest. RIP HUMANITY. They have already collected and euthanized cats from several of my colonies across Dubai.
