We went there on a weekday. it wasnt crowded everything was done very quickly this year we got registration also there a machine... just go there enter your details pay fines and you will get the card.P.S they accept cash and card both

It all depends on what time you reach there, I reached there at 9 in the morning, very quick service, friendly staff, only took me 20 mins to get my car checked and I was on my way back at 9:45. I am impressed how UAE has made living really easy for a common man.

Really fast service in normal work days. The only thing slowing things down a bit is the vehicle testing area. Friendly and supportive staff are an added bonus.

Vehicle testing procedure and its waiting time is good. But getting Mulkia renewal and its waiting time is very long and there is no proper response from the employee.

Its very good, systematic facility, but the Insurance issuing took lot of time which generally doesnot take more than 10-15 mins.

The testing procedure was quick, but the staff at the reception were not helping. No guidance were given. Asked to do the renewal procedure online. The online process was so complicated, says no vehicle registered for the details entered.

One of the bigger Tasjeel establishments in the emirate and the service level can vary from time to time depending on the staff attending to you. The information desk is not really helpful especially for non Arabic speakers and that bias can be noticed through the difference in their body language when speaking to an Arab and a non Arab person.

It took me 20 minutes to complete renewal of my cars registration. Way to go RTA. Excellent customer experience.

Good service, staff is friendly and did everythink fast no delay. All facilities well equiped, also want to add covid safety, only issue is that teller machine is only 1 which why atvlast stage getting delayed. In general it was ok. Recomend people lives near Al Qusais and Sharjah easy location.

Its good but very crowded. We went for Comprehensive test and it took almost 3-4 hours in the queue. But after that, passing and transfer was quick. Within 2 hours we finished all the process and my friend got the car which he was looking for. 😁👍

Very bad service, employees laugh between them in a loud voice, and let the customer wait, use a named Abdelkader at GCC SPECS service Indian or pakistani nationaly, was not in his office, I had to wait almost 20 mins, reason he was in the bathroom hhhh, no any respect, in my turn, I wanted to register my car, and get my hyaza, at the time of payment, I wanted to pay by master card, the employee a woman told me that the payment is in cash, ok, and guess, their ATM machine was broken , so I had to find a solution, go out and look for an ATM outside, and come back with cash, real chaos

One of the worst center in Dubai. Unprofessional staff. Always busy and no respect for the token numbers. They will charge you 157 dhs any time you go in Friday as a vip service and still you wait in lines. No one will tell you about the extra 157 aed in Friday, it’s like a hidden cost. All the insurance paper is online but still will ask you to bring a copy ( depend on the center staff ). No wifi connection is there. I don’t recommend at all. The center behind sahara center was better but unfortunately closed.

Orientation is a must for Office Staff. They have big attitude problem. They dont know they are charging excessively for their service (and they are getting salary because of this). The other day, I was there, the lady who was serving me in half sleep. It was counter number 7. She was not bothered to check about my requests and even gave me a wrong bills!!!After paying the registration fee and number plate fee, I went to collect the number plate..The guys who is sitting in the counter again asked me 5.50 dhs. He is just putting the money in his pocket! no bill nothing. I asked him this money is for what, as I have already paid over 490 Dhs for all these.. No No.. this is our fee and he showed me his A4 size notice.. pay 5.50 AED for number plate .. But where is the bill??? For the number plate we are already paying 35+35 dirhams minimum. I got the number plate and I went out side.. To fix the number plate one guy is sitting on the door side ( like the RTA staff). To fix the number plate he is charging AED 15/- Again no bill!!! What is happening there? In one side, authority is trying to improve the service and image, the other side, some people completely destroying it. More orientation needed. More professionals should be appointed.
