I received my drivers license on the first try. My time at Excellence Driving Center was incredible, and Im going to miss my classes, institute, and everything there is to the institute . The staff is wonderful and friendly, and I had the option of changing instructors if I so desired. My experience was fantastic.I was fortunate to have Mr. Saeed , he was great and provided me with encouragement and lot of advice and tips .I was also fortunate to have Mr. Irfan Badshah as my instructor, who was really encouraging and motivating.One of my instructors, Mrs. Shaheen, was great and pleasant.I was also fortunate to have Mr. Khaled as my instructor, who was fantastic and provided me with excellent instructions.

This is the worst Driving school ever!One of the sales representative (Aftap) came to our office to offer the voucher for the driving license. He took money for 4 people and we came to know that he was lying about the unlimited package. We tried to contact the driving school to get our money back and they never care! This is so frustrating. You couldve got 4 clients for the driving course but you did this instead.I hope it will not happen to other people.

Excellence Driving is on TOP 🔝 when it gets to learning how to drive and getting your drivers license.. The call center agents has been very helpful especially Sarah, she’s got a way of assisting and resolving issues.. I appreciate her and recommend her for assistance.I’m in the process of getting my driving license.. Classes schedule has been very challenging for me and few other students I’ve spoken with due to the fact that sometimes it takes more than 2 weeks before you can get available class/classes or instructor which is not good since we need constant practice to be able to drive perfectly. It would really be great if the Excellence Team can help with this matter and assist us because some of us are trying our best to manage our work timetable with that of the driving school and it’s not easy at all. I bought this 110 dirham voucher yesterday night in front of sharjah abu sahara nesto market.This is marketed by IDEAL APPROACH MARKETING MANAGEMENT LLC on behalf of excellence driving. They didn’t inform that this is only for dubai visa holders. They told if you’re not interested we will refund immediately and they gave their personal number and office numbers(5,6 numbers) all are not working and wrong numbers.They told this a new branch in sahara centre but there is no branches. It seems like scam. The primary expectation is to cheat the costumer they are selling there promotion in sharjah but this promotion only for dubai visa holders. They should tell us the beginning it’s for dubai visa holders(even though they mension in terms and condition in the leaflet)Kindly attention to the excellence drivingIt will reduce your goodwill 🥺

An area where they should work on is the class bookings as it takes a lot of time to book classes other than that it’s amazing .my instructer was Mr. Irfan badsha , who is vey professional and teaches in a very good manner aswell as makes you aware of the rules and regulations we need to follow in order how to drive safely . big thanks ! to him i’ve learned everything from him , i cleared my internal road test first try and my rta final road test first try as well , he’s taught me really well and given me confidence . once again big thanks to Ifran.!

Now I have finished my motor bike license after more than 4 months. They are charging less money than others thats why they will fail you in assessment many time. And second thing they have assessment examiner named Samar who is totally corrupted. He will fail you without any valid reason.I appreciate only Mr. Mohammad ( Examiner and instructor ) who is pure from his heart and never did any partiality to anyone.I will not suggest to anyone to go there unless you have lot of money to spend there.

I got my license today.. I want to thank my main instructors who help me achieve to get this.1.Mr Jeffrey- kind and patient for a beginner student like me . Hi to Everyone,I just want to let everyone knows about the Excellence Driving School.First, the registration which made very simple and the staffs guided very well.Secondly, scheduling my classes, Miss. Salma from call centre was very cooperative and she schedules the classes according to the students requirements. Salma.Third, I had all my classes till my final Road test was with Mr. Tambal ( My Instructor). He is really superb and excellent in his work and very professional trainer. He used to taught the classes the exact way it should be and the examiner wanted in the final road test. During his classes he gives excellent training and fullfills the actual requirements what the EXAMINER wants in the final road test. I am sure who ever learns with him will obtain his or her UAE Driving Licence in the first attempt like me.I had taken by UAE licence in 40 days all the internal test as well as RTA Smart Yard and Final Road Test in my first attempt. All the credits goes to Mr. TAMBAL and my hardwork. Thank you so much sir.Fourt Mr. Abdulla, the cab driver who picks and drops at the correct time from International City Phase 2 when we wanted. Thank you so much Mr. Abdulla Bhai.Finally, the examiner on the final Road test. They are very nice and polite. The only thing they wanted is a clean and neat DRIVE with rules, regulations and speed to maintained according to the road conditions. I got my brother registered in excellence driving school as it was recommended by my friend. It was very good experience with school, however school management should add more cars so that the class schedule gets better. My brother was having issue with the class schedule in the middle however Mr Danish supervisor helped him to get it done with proper follow up. Very supportive and very helpful driving institute, especially the admin, Mr. Azam was very cooperative and was very helpful throughout. Instructors are skilled and were calm and friendly. Overall I would recommend this institute.

Overall I was satisfied with the driving school but also many points where I was not satisfied.The sales team which sold me the coupon for their package was misleading. They state the package includes free of cost internal tests including 3 fail attempts which is WRONG. Everything is paid for including failing your internal test which is not the case with most driving schools.The sales team which sells the coupons will tell you whatever required to buy the coupon.The location of the driving school is inconvenient and the free transport offered is 4/10 at best. Travel time was an hour one way every day from bur Dubai. The driver I had was very rude in general, not specially towards me and the bus was almost always full and felt very hot.The driving school itself is nice. The cars are new and maintained well.Since I already knew how to drive it was not that hard for me but I would suggest for a beginner make sure you get an instructor you like and that you can communicate well with. I had a total of 3 instructors. Two of which struggled to speak English and only spoke Arabic so they basically taught me nothing. So it is very important you get a good instructor. You can always change your instructor.The average wait time for my RTA exams was 1 week but parking exam dates are harder to get so it will take longer to get a good date.Most people will complain saying they aren’t getting exam dates for weeks because they are asking for specific timings and if you are flexible with your timing you can get an earlier date.I finished my entire license in about 2 months including theory and all tests.I spent a total of 4200 with one failed attempt in RTA parking.Any questions you have about my experience you can feel free to ask me I will try to explain as best I can.In conclusion if you have the money you can get it from elsewhere but if you’re on a budget and have time to get it I would recommend it.I would rate the school a moderate 6/10

I recently got my license just this Sunday only so here is my review on themThe staff and the instructors also admin are really helpful and understanding and pretty comparative too . First of all i want to express my gratitute to my instructur Mr. Noufal. He is amazing. He teach me the leasons very well and understood where i have to be alert and he make me aware of all that points. He is the most dedicative and friendly instructor who will make us a perfect driver. For Mr. Noufal i will give 5 starts but for the institution 2 or 3 only as they are not corporating with us if there is any issue and its getting too late to allot the classes. Because of this delay we lost the touch and we have to attend more classes.

I got my license in one rta road test, I’m so glad I had Mr Walid as my instructor! He’s passionate about on what he does and he always make sure I remember all the key points to make my driving safe.For everyone who’s planning to take their driving license I recommend Excellence Driving School but make sure to pay a little extra for flexi course, it will make your life easier! And book everything in advance especially the tests and assessment as it usually takes a week or two for slots.Also if you don’t like the way your instructor teach, you can always request or book a new one. it would also help you to learn more from each and every instructor you’ll have.

Excellent school I recommend taking classes with mr Irfan Badshah if you’re a new driver, his instructions and advices are on point and very helpful. Taking a class in the beginning It was stressful but after the first class with mr irfan Badshah I became very calm and while driving because his instructions if followed keeps your driving safe and relaxed.

My worse experience is with Pakistani Instructors, always dominating and never says+ve always negative...I just feed up of this instructors....My recommendation not deserve EDS, because if you dont have good instructors how you will teach people? I am Sorry I never recommend anybody...

Good Afternoon,Allow me to share my experience for which I have gone through yesterday dated (12/8/2021), First of all, Pardon me if I spelled her name wrong, there is a CSR I guess Noorin as far I know she handled my queries very professionally and explained to me every step as a student I must know, so guys if you had any sort of issue or want to clear doubt and queries you must contact the CSR as she will solve your query no matter how long the procedure might it take.I completely disagree the service they provide is a disaster because I had not faced any sort of issue till now.

Unprofessional!Came early to the school and went to the location (stage 1 ussual meeting place) but the instructor is off upon getting in touch with him. Headed back to the operations walking in the scorching heat of the sun and upon reaching the operations instructed to wait outside someone is going to call me, and waited again almost an hour but no one did so and had to check them back inside. Upon getting the subtitute instructor and just roamed around for 30 mins. and the class is done and let me again walk back to school under the scorching heat of the sun, Horrible! ( Not to mention the attitude of the instructors )The reason why came to the school is to learn, not to feel bad!

My overall experience with the institute was not that good. We have to wait almost 2 weeks to book the classes after we fail internal road test, internal parking etc. As far as beginner’s are considered it is very difficult because by that time we will forget everything. During my initial practical training I was thinking to give up driving because of the way I was taught. I was very desperate. Then I got a very good instructor, Ms Shagufta Habib. She gave me confidence & taught very well. Her way of teaching made me to get the RTA license in first attempt. Also Mr. Noor who guided me in parking was also good. Ms Dalia failed me many times in the internal road test,until I gained confidence and gave me the right advice. I’m giving 3 stars only because of my instructors.

This one is only for the institute . In my personal experience i struggled for more than 6months just to get my licence .however ,im thankful to my instructors especially Mr. kashif and Mr.Santy jacob who motivated me and helped me to get my license.They are really very professional and helpful .I recommend them to all .however,i must point out the disrespectful behavior of one of my instructor Mr.sufain .He is not at all professional and de-motivates and also a racist. It was my bad luck to get him during my parking classes .Coming back to the institute, they never give class at proper time and there intake of students are more than the staff availability . Thus leading to getting the classes after 2to 3weeks,which almost means one loss his/her entire month for just one class .The institute is recommended for people who have ample of time and energy to spend on .

Everyone is there to help and guide you.My instructors Asif & Sufiyan are amazing people, always ready to help and Syed Naseer the assessor is wonderful person as well.However I would specially like to Thank & Appreciate Muhammad Junaid from the customer service team, he is a most professional and humble person I have met in the excellence driving, he is a very helpful in nature and always guides whenever I am in doubt. Also he is always there to motive me, if I fail the test.I am still with excellence doing my course, coz of this brilliant team. I know ill get my license soon. Customer Service very rude and unprofessional. Yell at you at their convenience and wont allow you to speak to their leader.Some instructors are not good at mentoring i was in a situation where i was asking the questions instead.Timing and booking for class is very ill. Even if you pay more u will have separate dates even 2 weeks separate class. Regardless of you paying morePassing test can be rigged. There was a situation a guy was told he had failed and he asked to see the evidence and the assessor went on to say if you did it correct i will make u pass which makes me wonder if people really fail sometimes or just another money making scheme.Regardless the school has its own good sides and people.

I got my driving license today. All thanks to Nagesh sir who is one of the best instructors. His teaching style is amazing and he teaches students every single detail that is helpful when it comes to any test. Would definitely recommend Nagesh sir for any student.

Theres a guy Aamir he was so humble,kind and presentable and I cant stop my friend to open a file with excellence driving school because of this guy Aamir his presentational skills was so perfect that he made us to join excellence driving school and in further I will recommend it to all.

As per my experience the sales guys telling lies to get the customer from this driving school. So I will not recommend this driving school at all. I got card from the salesman in Al Nahdha after giving assurances that the Friday class will be there for Aed.3393 in the flexi course. This is the full expense we need to pay till we got license from our hand. But when I went in their office they are telling there will not be any Friday class for this price. It is not acceptable for me.Waste of time and money...

Got my license yesterday, their service is amazing. If you want the best of the best instructors go for Mr. Nagesh. His way of training is the best. I passed my test so easily with his instructions.2nd instructor Id recommend is Mr. Adil. He will teach you till you get tired 😂😔 but is indeed the best instructor.

Instructors are excellent but when it comes to scheduling, be ready to wait for a very much long period of time. I had to take my internal parking test for a number of times but each time I schedule the exam, I have to wait a minimum of two weeks before I can retake it. Same happening with my final test. Failing student for silly reasons just to earn money its been 7 month I havent got my license yet. Wouldn’t recommend this school if you wish to finish your driving course at a reasonable period of time. The way they schedule appears to be very inefficient.

Please solve your telephone connection error. Whenever I try to connect the line with customer care, the line gets droped, after Five or six tries, its getting connected.Kindly solve it, customers losing money each time when they are calling your number (As its not a toll free number).The Free Transport is very bad, student needs to go to the diver area on drivers time. We need to go 1 or 2 hrs before to get in to the transport that also where the driver tells you.

Trainers at excellence driving school are really good they teach you really well. I recommend sir Jeffrey who trained me and I was able to get liscence in first attempt. Am really thankful to the management of excellence driving school and sir Jeffrey who trained me and save my valuable time and moneyI appreciate their efforts happy customer and student

Parking for training classes changed without any prior notice, too far from school, walking in traffic and hot son before and after training very risky and tiresome. No arrangements for pickup and drip too. Loosing vlass timings too.

I got my license today. Highly recommend Noufal as instructor. He is very committed and professional instructor. It is difficult to get his classes as he will be fully scheduled. But it is worth the wait.

One of the worst worst worst Driving school in Dubai I never ever seen what dramatic staffs.. U know.. They are treating like beggers.. No respect no proper commitments.. All drama only when I went to book RTA I clearly informed them I need morning then he said OK u will get msg.. After I got msg I went to supervisor Mr. Danish he told me no problem u can come morning..then I came for test RTA did not allow me to do test.. He told me wait for 30min I will give test then I went after 30min he said come after 10 min then finally he told me come as per schedule... Still iam waiting here no response.. Plz before joining think.. Dont fool ur selves.. Iam sorry to say this I dont have enough words to say about this driving school about staffs about respected RTA officers.. Please dont cheat us dont play with us.. Its very difficult to earn respect ur clients dont look for only money.. I got failed 6 times Only in Angle parking.. I paid around 2, 500 aed only angle parking.. Thats not a problem they are treat g like beggers really really sware I fed up with this driving school.. Irresponsible staffs.. Think before join I dont want Takei licence in this driving school.. Thank you for everyone iam always oblizde to ur driving school.. Plz dont cheat with customers...

Hi guys I just transfer my file to this driving school keeping in mind sure will get my license .With that trust and positive got my license in 3 mths time .From reception to office staff to instructors to internal test people helped me a lot to learn me keep doing my classes to go on . That’s doesn’t matter how many times u fail it’s gud to keep learning and move on positive mind . I took my license after 15 years in first attempt .I like to thank Elena,Noufal,Hakkim,Hosam,Yasar,,and Imran for being with me and guiding me valuable skills , techniques and comfortable . Thanks to this driving school and give 5 stars to this school. The important thing to join school which having gud quality of staff and instructors.

If you cant resolve the issue, let google remove your listing.Please dont join this Fraud Driving School. one of their sales guy Name (Sahil) has sold me the coupon of 105 and said i will be able to open the file in dubai even if i have visa from RAK and he told he car license offer for that day is 5570 which is absolutely. Please dont go with excellence driving school, their team is fraud. I called excellence driving school customer service, first they dont respond to my request later they denied and went answered for 10 days even after multiple request. yesterday i went to their al quasis branch and met the reception Vijay and Zaki. They simply denied and asked me to call the person who gave this to me. i showed the emirates ID photo of that sales person and asked him to check. they told me i need to go to their 3rd party office and denied the payment. i asked them that i already spent 30 aed to travel to their place and asking me to go their 3rd party.

Booking/scheduling;Booking is one of their main issue, it takes atleast a week for rescheduling or booking test, or even in between classes. Lack of cars/instructors might be the problem. Should have resolved since its demanding. Students might feel the discontinuity when there are unusual gaps between various stages.Instructors;Most of them are good and friendly, haven’t experienced anything bitter from their side, other than one night class postponing issue, which was due to their over scheduled duty hours (I recon). Waleed is the one name I remember who helped me alot with the final stretch of course.Reception/help desk/call centre;Sorry but its useless. No technical info. They are just there for basic info and package details. They lack knowledge on technical aspect. Still it’s appreciated they handle the situation very well even if its out of their grip.Counter staffs especially ladies are ARROGANT. They dealt with me like they were providing some free service. Not at all acceptable as I have experienced their arrogance almost every time.Ambience;Crowded, which I think is due to recent push in every institution which is in relation of RTA’s NOC rule change.Seating facilities are very low. Waiting areas are occupied with a maximum of 10-12 chairs, which is also comprehensible as its covid season.Recommended for those who are not in a hurry and are looking for comparatively cheap package. If you are in a hurry and prefer faster service over cheap package, its better to go for another institute.

Excellence Driving is one of the best driving schools in the UAE. They hv got amazing instructors (especially Ms.jehan) , you could be very comfortably learning driving in your own language
