I wish I read those reviews before I got stuck now with Galadari, because when I wanted to write what happened with me it is obvious that this is what happened for most of the people.I have been driving for 14 years, even in my first class the trainer told me that I drive perfectly and we worked on a small things, then nothing else to do for all other classes, however the school exam is made to make you pay again and again witout a real purpose.The last examiner told me I will fail because I hold the driving weel very stiff!! but my driving is fine, he writes on my exam report that I had collision with a moving and/or static object!! When I told him I am driving fine and Ive been driving for years, he told me yes this is why i didnt give you many extra lesons just another 2.I dont have any experience with another schools to compare, but of course my experience was more like dealing with a fraud than a service.

I got a best instructor Mr.fazal maeen. He teach me lot of driving skills n good driving confident. He found it my lots of mistake nd rectify it. I had faill in 2 times assessment test. Finally got a Mr.fazal, now i passed assessment test. Thanks god giving me good person.

Galadari school is the worst driving institute that exists. DO NOT GO THERE. The people are rude. They arrange the classes and test dates 15 days apart. They just want moneyand they are not professional. The worst choice of my life was to go to this school !!!!!

The worst experience I ever seen. How come entering an office and finds the guy in charge sitting on the desk giving customers his back . When I talked to him he answered a very bad attitude. I felt like asking for help not a service I paid for. Very unprofessional service especially from the guy called Haider not answering calls or email. Have no sense of dealing with customers. He was talking in rude wayHe even said do you understand English 2 time. I will arise a complaint to the RTA about this incident

The worst experience i will not recommend it for any one. they asking for money onlyI had been driving for six years and i failed ten times because they want money and they didn’t care about youThey give a very far dates and the classes with different instructors becouae they didnt care to learn you a good point just gain money

Don’t go with the reviews and what people talk about.Yes, It’s a little lengthy process and the school trains you and gives you repeated classes and test so that we become expert in real life driving.I got my license in 5months but the process went really smoothI trained with Mr. Faheed Khan and i must say he has been really professional and supportive throughout my learning.He helped me gain confidence and motivated me till i got my license.Galadari should have more and more trainers like him.I wish him all the best for his career and may he continue with the same zeal.

Please Do not study here. This is my 5 month studying. But yet I didn’t have my license . Space between exams are 15, 20 days. God damn that company.

Worst driving school in the country, very bad customer service, rude workers, unprofessional instructors, they never answer the phone, an official complaint will be made to RTA regarding this attitude. I don’t recommend anybody to apply to this school as much as they promise you don’t let them fool you.

This has been the absolute worst experience i’ve ever had with a company before. I started in July and until now (November), I still have not received my license due to their unprofessionalism.Firstly, they are so unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Every time I used to enter the office the man there would always be on the phone chatting with God-Knows-Who making me wait 15 minutes. What’s surprising is that they never EVER used to answer the phone when I tried to call them, and it looks like I’m not the only who has experienced this if you look at other reviews.My friends who have registered in other driving institutions have finished their license at a very reasonable time whereas, I have been doing my license for almost 4 months and yet have not even received it! How absurd!On top of this, it has never been more obvious that they love to make their customers pay. They only contact you when you have a payment to make, but when you have an inquiry to make they never ANSWER YOU!I have wasted so much money on a company that is so unethical with rude and unprofessional staff. This has been the worst experience of my life and I just wish I listened to my friends who told me to not register at Galadari since they have a bad reputation. I could have saved so much money and spent it on a better institution.Whoever is reading this, do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this institution. They don’t deserve neither your time nor your money.

I wish there could be a star to give less than 1.The worst driving learning experience and worst customer care.Save yourself the trouble and the money and dont register here at all.They only want to take your money and keep on making you come back to use you as a customer. They wouldnt answer emails and calls for days but the moment they want a payment, they keep calling and nagging without anything happening in the end.I had many complaints and emails to the center throughout the past year but I have been ignored or the issues have not been resolved at all.The latest issue is the bad treatment at al Quoz center which resulted in mix up of the final exams and wasted my exam and time as well.Related to that issue is when I booked my exam at Al Qusais but they put it at Al Quoz center and they promised to call before 5 pm after many calls on behalf yet no one did. This resulted in me doing the test in an unfamiliar center with rude staff and a bad experience.

Poor service and follow up from the front office guy. He didnt follow up on anything. We had to keep going there every day to remind him of our appointments. He almost lost my wifes learners permit and insisted that he gave her, only for him to find it in his pile of unkempt paperwork.

Had booked exam date n a class with this guy in silicon oasis. Called him to confirm the date he sounded not knowing much n rude. When I asked when is my class he said I can’t look because I am working.Mannerism and good behavior is the pre requisite for a customer relations job, how did he get it is a question on galadari HR team. Would ask client relations officer of galadari to look into it so that no other customer is humiliated. #galadarisiliconoasis

I prefer to go with main branch. Worst services. They book the assessment after 3 week you completed the classes. However examiners will fail anyhow if you are going first time

Investing your money with them will bring you wastage of it as well as your time. Such a hopeless customer service I have ever seen in my life. They would be very serious till you pay them money. After that there is no assistance from them. Their employees have no value for your time plus they are most rude and careless people I have seen. Specially the ones at their branch in Silicon Oasis. They never answer their phone, do not reply to your emails and will always give you rude answers when you finally get hold them. I am writing this after they have disappointed me countless times.My reasons1. Once they forgot to send my attendance card to the instructor which wasted 30 min of my pre paid class2. They gave me parking class in fully booked slot that too in Al Quisais. The whole class my car didn’t leave the parking for the lesson because there was no space at all. Wastage of time and money ( I take taxi to reach that center)3. After my complaint about above mentioned parking class their supervisor gave me another class next week saying it is to compensate that class. And now the compensated class appears on my account as an UNPAID CLASS4. Not to mention they never inform you about the changes in time, never answer the phone and very very rude!!!!5. Now that after this lockdown was pulled off I received message from RTA that I can resume the process. It’s been weeks. I have been trying to reach these guys through phone - not just one number - different phone numbers that I could fetch from web. All in vain. Obviously when I reached out their head office then I finally got a call back from their branch just to tell me they can only offer me class next week. I was again given a phone number to book that - guess what - NO ONE IS ANSWERING that phone, been 3 days.Now I have no choice but to reach out to RTA directly. Question is what did I pay this driving school for???INVESTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH GALADHARI IS JUST A WASTE !!!!!!!

Staff is good and cooperative in silicon Oasis. But Not all trainers are professional..I almost wasted my 40 classes with an unprofessional trainer. I failed 3 times in road assessment and as per examiner I dont follow many rules while driving.Later I changed my trainer and asked for another, named Faheed, and with him, 1 session is enough to realize that the way I was driving after 40 session was not ok.Galadhari needs trainer like Faheed who is very professional and strict about the rules and regulation.

Very lazy guy at counter who does not bother to handle customer and rather is always on phone. Waited for 15 mins for him to finish his chatter. Never recommended this place for poor customer service. I had a wonderful experience with Emirates Driving Institute. GMDC is really bad with always system being down and no response from the staff to handle customers.

Very bad service. Unfortunately, the staff is not professional. There is no responsible department for complaints that need more than 3 months to obtain a license, after the test dates.I would not advise anyone to train on their experienceDelays in appointments and lack of respect for the client, in addition to the disregard for hearing complaints from the school
