For those who visit first time, finding the entrance to the facility may be a bit confusing - Great if there was sign board a bit ahead itself aa a guide to the entrance visible from the road. Its next door of Belhasa driving school.Bring sanitizer with you. Have to punch in details in the notepad at reception. Service level is good. Can see your car being tested and will get an idea how long it will take.Professional staff. Overall great.!

I live in Dubai 11 years.Today I have very bad experience from RTA test vehicle passing center outside the guy very nice but inside counter no 9 name Mariam Abdullah at 11:55 morning time.She was so bad attitude angry face & she was busy with phone Please check the cc camera she was don’t think that I am an human.it’s hurt me a lot but I didn’t say to her anything still my heart burning Allah is great Alhamdulillah

Very quick and efficient service. Lots of testing bays and counters inside. They now have a smart kiosk as well so if you complete the testing, you can print your registration card on the kiosk itself. They have number plate printing and fixing and ample parking. Go around 7:30 am and you will be in and out in 15 mins flat. They also have a tyre shop, insurance desk and car wash.

Very easy location in al jaddaf just beside Belhasa driving institute, very huge sand parking area & if you visit in night time your turn will be processed quickly. Just pay AED 170 for vehicle test after that you may register via online or with kiosk machine which is available there also

WOW…experience, receptionist was knowledgeable and guided correctly, at counter lady was very professional and proceed my vehicle transfer transaction within few minutes…number plate printing & fixing went so smooth that we didn’t realise, tram sitting at number plate printing were really very helpful and supportive. Whole transaction finished within 15 minutes.

Transfer formalities; Number plate issuance, change of damaged ones; buying a number plate of a special number; motor vehicle insurance etc. All things vehicle related can be completed here seamlessly. Big facility to conduct the said testing, cleaning of cars. All here. Theres not much public transportation in this area. Taxis mainly & bus only if you know the route.

A good one-stop place to get a number of things sorted for your car/registration. The service could be a little better but you can see see they are doing their best. No photography allowed so I cant add any pictures.

I love this place, the staff are very friendly and operations are open till late. Everything is done efficiently and quickly without having to wait in a big queue (since its not very popular)

The concept is very good, but the RTA website looks to be having insufficient instructions for the public to do the registration online. The website needs to be much more userfriendly.

I generally tend to go here in the evenings as it is less busy. I renewed my vehicle registration yesterday and the system has changed.Once you are aware of the new process, it is pretty streamlined and quick.On arrival, you need to login at a screen with your email, mobile and token numbers.Once the vehicle testing is done and provided your vehicle passes, you then need to complete rest of the process online. This is not properly mentioned on arrival nor at the time of paying for the testing. Later I saw small signs on the wall.So after the vehicle testing, which should take no more than 20 minutes, you can go home and access rta.ae or another 2 modalities, to complete the online process, which once you get in, is pretty straightforward and you make the usual payment at the end. You can opt to get a physical card like before for an additional 25 Aed or just choose the free electronic copy, which can be printed out.

I reached there early in the morning at 7.40 AM on a Saturday fir registration renewal, and my car was the first (and only) for vehicle inspection. It took me 5 mins to pay for testing, and max 15 mins for vehicle inspection to complete. I would have given 5 stars, but i could not complete my registration because there was some technical issue. The staff was helpful. So overall good experience.

Extremely slow service. Have been waiting for the last one hour now. Testing vehicle was quick and fast. But the registration process seems to be a long wait. My token is 195 and the processing queue is stuck at 183 for the last 45 min. Pl improve your service.

For what used to be a place that offered a quick service to what became a slow and a monotonous.. 12 counters with 1 employee actually looking after clientsOn a mid week afternoon with the place far from busy it took them 1 hour 20 min to renew my registration

Very slow service.. It takes 3 people to check a car and they took almost 30 minutes. I arrived in the line at 7:45pm. There were only 5 cars ahead of me.. My car was checked at 9:45 and the test ended at 10:20
