Transfer of ownership was so very easy and convenient especially when the Tasjeel Manager himself did the computer stuff to have.my daughter EID digital link to their RTA link... I was so amazed by his help in doing it by himself...Salute and thank you very big.... 👍

This place is really nice and vehicle verification peoples are humble and not taking much time to complete testing.One thing which I will suggest to bring laptop along with you and after getting the passing paper you can print inside the Tasjeel and get the print and Pay online on RTA potal and get the print of RTA paper as well.Otherwise if you use the inside printing service for the payment then service center will charge 50 AED which is useless just a matter to get a paper.Next, get both the passing paper print+ online slip and go to counter to get the physical card along with sticker that is enough to complete your entire process within 30 minutes.

Went there on Sunday at 10.00 am, and finished everything (including pass certificate) and left by 10.30 am. Staff is kind, place isnt very busy. You are guided by staff if there are any issues. I went in through gate 7 - when security asked i told them i want to go to Tasjeel. They check ur mulkiya details and let you in.All in all superfast and smooth process for me. Will highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit.

Guy which is standing there for car inspection is very rude. He failed my car because of brakes. I want to mechanic he told me car is in perfect condition.i went to al quoz tajseel they pass it. Not recommended at all.

Very bad, I purchased two cars from the Dubai auction. I paid 200 DHS service charged. 340 for heyaza changed on my name. Why they charged 200 extra ched to me.And amazing thingsBefore 15 days I purchased three cars same auction. I changed name from al quesis tasjeel. No extra charges. I paid only 170 DHS for each transfer only.So tasjeel jabal ali, not good service.

Complete and utter shambles on the admin side. Ticket number screen directed all numbers to counter 1 which was unmanned. Only 1 of the 6 desks was manned but no ticket was directed to that desk. Instead, I was directed to the reception desk and told to wait in the line of approx. 30 others. 30! 1 guy processing the paperwork. Shambles.

I went there at 7am. Passing done within 10min. But insurance team was not available. They came at 8.30am. I spent around 2hrs.
