Very lovely and friendly government office. Dubai succeeded in converting government experience into lovely tours of happiness. This immigration office is so organised and clean, even under Covid 19 pandemic.

The level of professionalism this center has is unprecedented! Humanitarian team dealing with people on a humanitarian level, running the extra miles as needed to ensure both citizens and expatriates are treated with the best care. I would like to thank the management and all the employees for the wonderful service at the Manara immigration center. I appreciate the cooperation, kindness, and excellence of all the employees. Today I went to solve an issue regarding my visa and it was done with ease and comfort without facing any complications. With the help of the employees I was done within almost 10 minutes which is exquisite. Last but not least I would like to assign a special thanks to Maryam Ali at counter 12 as she was extremely helpful and professional with a wonderful and welcoming smile. She took care of my case today and everything went smoothly thanks to her. It was a truly a wonderful experience here in Al Manara immigration center Dubai.

Very bad experience. They talk with harsh words,lack of respect. Worst people.

Some staff have bad attitude. I approached him nicely to help me if i can get a copy of visa cancellation paper. He told not here go to Amer. But i told to him that in Amer and also immigration in Al jafiliya told me i can get it from Al Manara Center. He answered with angry voice. He can said it nicely right but no he is nearly in shouting voice. instead of helpig me to solve my problem he is waisting my time. I told him also some of my colleagues get it here last week only but he told that its last week not today we change already.

Very Nice Building , thats it. No information to staff working there , no Proper help or guidance and the way they Informed was rude.Disappointment

We went for our sons visa renewal. There was no proper guidance on who to approach. While we stood undecided, we were approached by a Kandoora wearing gentleman to go on 1st floor. There we were informed that no renewals were taking place, so not knowing what to do, we headed down, where we met the same gentleman, who was surprised and took us up again. He then took our details, joked that visa cannot be renewed as my son turns 18 in a month, and then he printed the new visa for a full 3 years and handed back our passport! Flat in 10 minutes! So 4 stars to this lovely gentleman and his efficient handling of our case!

A comprehensive center for government services. One of the services I used is to update my mobile number for ICA. This is done via one of the typing shops on the left side when you enter (charge of AED 105, bring exact change). If there is a queue outside the center you can skip that and tell them you are there for the typing center. You need to have your mobile number updated if you want to create an MRN through the DHA app and take a covid-19 vaccination appointment.

No information counter. Even for FAQs you have to wait for long time.

Please update on Google if there is unusual closure, its very inconvenient to come all the way here and be notified that it is closed due to some problem. This happened twice now 😑

I dont know based on what rule ladies can enter the que anytime and anywhere they want! Either put someone to handle only ladies job or everyone should be equal..This is called taking side not an equality!
