Very bad customer service. The staff was rude and not informative.I had the same document submitted once at Al Twar center and everything went very good. Due to some DEWA premise number issue, I had to cancel my Ejari and apply for new one. This time I went to Al Manara center. The same documents once accepted by the Al Twar center is no more accepting in Manara Center and the way the staff replied is very rude. The staff does not want to hear anything from us. Was just asking us to leave the counter. I believe the the staff was not having a good day. But that might now be the true since the staff was good at the customers in rich looks.Anyways, I won’t never go back to Al Manara center.This incident was with a single staff and I am not blaming the entire staff.

Fast and efficient service within the Al Manara Center (note: this is a VERY DIFFERENT place compared to pre-covid and not all services are facilitated from here, if in doubt call before making the trip but I can confirm that Ejari and RTA related affairs are still dealt with here). Prior to 2021 this used to be the place you come to for all your Ejari needs but now due to the Dubai REST app more tenants and landlords are using that with less rush here. That said sometimes you still need a human and this place is great for those situations.As you enter for Ejari, you need to go to the 1st floor, you should see one of the customer service workers at the reception who will validate your paperwork and save you and the admin staff a lot of time. Once youve been validated for correct paperwork, you will be allocated a ticket number. Ive visited at 12 on a weekday and normally finished all my business within 45 minutes but always plan for an hour. Staff are fantastic and helpful and are a pleasure to deal with.Al Manara Center parking costs AED 10 for the whole day or you can use the pay and display which works out a bit cheaper but is a slightly longer walk and not often vacant. Note that the parking entrance is on the Sheikh Zayed Rd facing side of the building.Currently theres no coffee shop in the building despite there being signs to one on the ground floor (there used to be a lovely stall before) so if you are badly in need of a caffeine shot, make sure you get one prior to your arrival ;-)

Pros:Very clean building with very good working ACAnd the security guard was very friendly as wellCons:Upstairs some staff member at the receiptionist was helpful but unfortunately the staff member at the counter was quite friendly and not intersted in helping out with the visa application !

Very poor service! Very rude to think they are speaking to a woman. It feels like they are not willing to help. They wont even let you speak your concern. They will just say what they want to say then thats it! It is so frustrating thinking that I went there to ask for help but they dont feel like helping. It feels like they are not happy with their jobs since they are always rude. I went there to ask for help and not to feel disrepected and frustrated. They should have a woman officer to handle women since women tend to listen.

Amazed by poor service and difference in services provided by this center and barsha one. I had two contracts in hand to get my ejari works done and none of them passed through the customer admin. Went straight afterwards to barsha center and everything went smoothly (cash is not mandatory) and finished within 20 min.

Visited this place for EJARI renewal. Very nice & professional staff. It took only few minutes to get it done. Only issue is that they accept payment in cash. Moreover extra precautionary measures are in place due to COVID 19.

A business centre hub in which youll find Al Taresh for real estate services, The RTA, Ministry of foreign affairs, Du Telecom and others. I visited here to get my Ejari contact made. The staff was helpful and got the job done even though it was a bit time consuming. Good place to get your business related work done

I arrived today at 13:15 to register my Ejari. The registration is open until 14:00 (as on all Saturdays). I was informed that it is too late and they are already closing so I (among couple other people) did not received the token. This is really bad customer service by the Dubai Government institution.

I finished before government transactions in Dubai and it was very good , but on 10 August 2020 , I wanted to finalize my residency papers. I Waited there 2 hours and afterwards the employees with police uniform gave me false information that he sent me a confirmation email, but he didn’t send anything and I had to go back, until another employee took my paper and talked very rude , he finished his work finally and sent me the email, they wasted time and bad attitude to people, I don’t know if they think that they have authority over us , this place and service need to be checked and they must show respect.

Absolutely shocked by the service today. Systems were down and there was no communication shared about it. My token number mentioned that I was third in line but this was not the case. Their number ordering was not in sequence which left my wondering when I would be next. After waiting for 2 hours my number is called, I paid the Ejari cancellation fee with cash which is surprising considering the current Covid situation. It would have been appreciated if the manager went around and gave everyone an update regarding the timing (even if it was an approximate estimation) instead of having over 20 people wait and be uncertain of when their number would be called - peoples time is valuable. The receptionist could rather have informed clients to come back later as the system is down instead of letting more people in and waiting for long periods. I hope their numbering system gets corrected and that the online services are working again as it saves so much time. I have been to this place before and have been so pleased with the service but today it was not up to standard and the management could have dealt with the situation better.

Immigration officer Khalid Al Falasi was the kindest, and most empathetic person I dealt with in 11 years living in Dubai. The he made to try and assist me, and just giving his best till the very end (even stayed almost half an hour longer than his working hours, instead of going straight home to be with his family), I was lost for words, and was truly humbled by this gentlemans demeanor. I had a very stressful day, and regardless of the outcome of the service I needed to be done, I will forever respect this professional, and overall descent human. People these days do not really give it a thought of what is going on in someone elses life. Officer Al Falasi gave me so much support at the end of this, for me personally, difficult day, without even realising how big of a deal it was for me. Thank you for being so kind, and bless your heart forever.

Be careful watching Your queue via a numbers on the tableau. Its also pronouncing by computerized voice. So if You cannot hear.. its disappearing from the tableau in 15 sec. In case You miss your Queue You have to take a new number and wait from the beginning. A lot people there. I came to an officer just a second before he change my number to the next one... he told - My Turn was lost😠

Worst ever experience, immigration supposed to be working till 7.30 pm, today , i checked in the building at 4.30, an extremely rude security guard bluntly mentioned come tomorrow, system is down. I requested him to be patient with people coming in this heat and he is just turning them away rudely, pathetic customer service. Extremely bad . He behaved equally bad with remales as well. Please do something for such un apologetic and badly behaved people.

The usual spiel with unmotivated employees finding just enough reason to get rid of you for the moment and giving you just another tiny bit of info when you return so that you have to again go elsewhere to get yet another piece of paper or some typing done. Seems like they’d do anything imaginable to not help on the spot. It seems incredibly difficult to get the required information for a procedure on your first visit. That hasn’t changed at all in the ten years I’ve lived here. Dubai, please, fix this.

Poor service i was on on timeService typing they are not professional and not helpful at all!!! I wanted to cancel the visa of my children and on the website it was clearly mentioned that you have to cancel the dependent person’s before i show him the message thru the website and he told me that i have to cancel my visa first!! So when i starting to cancel my visa the other’s service told me to cancel my visa at the end.... i lost 2 days and you know in dubai its always always very difficult to get a good service from center you get nervous you lost your time your energy

Received fantastic and fast service. Needed to swap my UK driving licence for a UAE one. Went through Gate 2 and collected a number from the man on the door. The number was immediately called. Paperwork was efficiently processed by a lovely smiling person and I received my licence immediately. Was expecting a 3 hour wait and was finished in 10 minutes. The wait may be longer if youre male. I visited at 9am on a Sunday. Note, they dont accept debit cards, just credit cards. The website said I needed 8 passport photos but I didnt need any, they took my image from my Emirates ID photo they had on file. Great experience!

Just wanted to note that I had a pleasurable experience here. Everything is super clean. There’s a reading library corner. Didn’t have to wait. Got my Ijari done in 10 min. Was rushing to get in as it was already 7pm, went to the RTA desk and handed over my IDs, was told to wait. Paid the fee (320dhs for DL renewal), the staff was pleasant and helpful. Chatted for a minute then got my renewed DL in less than 5mins. Thank you!

Helpful staff and very efficient process. Got my UK license converted to Dubai in less than 20 minutes. My only criticism is that the eye test is very expensive at 185AED. Also be warned that eye tests done in Abu Dhabi are not accessible in Dubai

It is quite crowded so keep a good 3 hrs at hand from start to finish. Ladies make sure you dress modest. Sleeves and dresses or pants that covers the knees or an abhaya will be provided to you and if you refuse then its just a U turn till you follow the rules.

My Family Visa got delayed, I have visited this office with all the documents and in 20-30 they verified the application and processed it. 👍 Thank you very much for your kind support. Land Department ( Al Taresh ) unbelievable time waiting to get an Letter to whom it may concern my ticket issued by 12:17 pm and it appear 12:34 Pm the staff started to process my request and asked me to wait for 5 minutes in waiting area then he called 3 customers and I was waiting for 14 minutes when I Went back to the same counter he asked me again for my Emirates I’d it’s seems he has not done anything from the beginning so I left by 1:08Pm .
