I am very disappointed with the customer service of the shop. I liked a pillow cover for my living room at Mall of the Emirates. There were only two left and they were on display. Since i’ll be using them on my sofa, I of course requested for new ones. There weren’t any stock available in MOE, and the options were that I either go to Mirdiff city center or wait for one week until they deliver it to MOE. Since I wasn’t in a hurry, I didn’t mind to wait. They took my contact details and said that I can pay once I come to collect my items.I called them today (after one week) and the sales person didn’t have a clue about my order, he started asking about the name of the sales person that I dealt with and the code of the product. How does he expect me to know if they didn’t give me any piece of information the last time I visited? I thought it should be on their system since they took all my details. Also, he told me that they cannot proceed with the order since I haven’t paid. So obviously the previous sales person gave me the wrong information and the order didn’t go through. He now left me with two options either to pay online and wait for another week, or go to Mirdiff city center “the faster option”.

The worst customer service and coordination. Shame for a such a brand in the market. The staff don’t understand basics of the needs of the consumer.Hope the management will look into it further to improve. Their T&C is ridiculous which is against the law.

Went to Marina Home store in Mall of Emirates. It was my first time there and I was really surprised to see the vareity they had in furniture and household stuff. The items in the store seemed really amazing and it was different from the usual things and items available in other stores. Although prices were bit high.

I love marina homes interiors and themes especially the christmas decor are elegant designs and quality of the materials was perfect for home interiors it will long last. Love this place! Furniture is pretty pricy for what it is but the decorative pieces are lovely and not expensive for what they are. Lovely range that changes each season - best purchases are cushions, vases and the artificial flowers. Also a great range of art - wall hangings, prints etc....

Really like this place. Lots of beautiful decorative stuff and nice furniture. One notch above Homecentre and IKEA.

Bad Management and poor logistics and wrong representation for the items. Please avoid if you are looking for decent transaction.

Horrible after sales support. Brought a chandelier from them with pieces missing, called multiple times only to be told they cannot do anything. Was told customer service will call me the very next day, it’s been 2 weeks now still no call.Spoke to Dennis multiple times, default answer is that he “check and call back” but never does . Will never purchase from there again.

I thought that I would give this “high end” interiors store a try. Worst mistake. Warning to future customers - stay away.Last month I bought two items worth approx AED 6,000. When they finally got delivered, I was shocked to learn that the delivery team doesn’t assemble or install. They left my home, leaving a MASSIVE box in the middle of our living room. They told me that a different team is responsible for assembly and that I should make an appointment.More shockingly, I saw that they only delivered one item, and not the second. I tried to understand why, but the rather useless delivery team just said that I should try to contact customer service.To top off the frustration Customer Service never seems to answer their telephone line. Maybe they have too many complaints calling in.I had to get you to my car and drive across town to talk to someone. When I got there, I saw the manager of the store at the entrance and was able to communicate my story. Unfortunately, despite him assuring me that I’m his “#1 priority” and that he would solve my case and provide a solution, I haven’t heard anything from him or his team.Marina Home has actually stolen from me! They sold me something, didn’t deliver it, and now are unresponsive. They can’t even give me a simple refund.I’m going to raise this case with the appropriate authorities and update this feed with developments.

Nice home objects, although pricey for what it is. However, beware of after-sale service. Customer service is poor and they dont really care about your after-sale problem once they have taken your money. Such a pity!

Terrible experience, not accommodating, the manager of the store cares less about the customer experience, they wasted our time for 2 hours then we left the store upset. Called their customer service to give our feedback, they were equally bad.

Their service is very disappointing: I bought during DSF some items. When I came home I realized that they give me one with the wrong colour - as it was wrapped I didnt notice it. After some days I brought it back for exchange. I didnt know that I have to bring it back after 6 days. But it was in original packing and of course in perfect condition. As I asked for change in another item - they refused: its not possible to exchange it after 12 days and its DSF as well. I told them that I didnt know that and as an item for 80 AED and as I am a regular customer who spends a lot of money in this shop - you should show a little bit of good-willing. The manager was unfriendly and not cooperative at all and refused. This was very disappointing for me as I am a regular customer I am asking myself if they refuse such a small item how are they handling their service if you have a bigger issue? So in Dubai are a lot of more good furniture shops

Whatever I bought from them was overpriced and fell apart not long after use.

I bought items cost over 20 thousand and they said they will take care of shipping it to SAUDI ARABIA .. I never seen the items and they said the shipping is not their responsibility and the man that they gave him the items without my written permission is not with them .. I talked to their manager saying if you are not responsible for him, how come you give him the furniture !!! They didn’t help and they didn’t even care !!They treat them very badly and their cheating is loud. I bought furniture worth more than 20,000 and said they would deliver it in 3-10 days. And when I became more than three months and when I spoke to the administration, they said we were delivering to Saudi Arabia and our money entered the men who gave you your furniture. I said if your money entered Shlon give him without my signature .. Mahamtwa never to the subject and plagued the return we money entered
