I got the big cushions and the items to decorate my TV unit. Im redecorating my living room and I find the best option is home centre . It is affordable with good quality 👌I also love their carpets and probably will get mine during next week as soon I decide on the color 🙈

I literally buy everything from Home Centre. We have been shopping with the Landmark group since the day of their opening in the UAE. So yes, I am pretty loyal to this chain of stores.They have fabulous products, with a diverse range of styles, and suitable to anyone’s needs. From furniture and lighting, to jewelry boxes, TV remote holders and kids’ furnishings, they have everything and anything. Basically Home Centre managed to have a variety of furniture and home products for all tastes. And most important its funny how almost every time we find what we had in mind here. Thumbs up to the very friendly staff. Even when the place is packed they are there to advise as if they were your friends.

The furniture is good, but its assembly needs to be controlled. Our seemingly simple television cabinet was not assembled correctly, all the ties were visible, there is no concept at all about decorative covers. Complete disregard for complaints.

One of the worst post-sales service. Company follows a ‘take your money and kick you’ policy. Delivery men extremely rude, call center gives conflicting responses if you try to resolve your issue. I wonder what will happen once I have a problem with the product itself.

I made a furniture purchase of more than 1,000 AED which comes with free delivery. However, I paid 250 AED in special delivery fee to ensure furniture delivery today between 10am and 1pm. I even called them yesterday to recinform and they confirmed delivery was set for this time. Now it is past 1pm and there has been no delivery and no call from Home Centre to update or inform of any delay. I have been trying to contact them but no one answers. First attempt to call, I stayed on hold for over 30 minutes and then they hung up on me. Now I am again in the queue but no answer and no delivery that I paid extra for. Very very poor service. Will never buy from them again.UPDATE - Home Centre delivery finally showed up but things went from bad to worse. Please see the photos, this is how they left the bed. some part was missing, and other parts did not fit. They just left leaving the room like this. Horrible service and quality.

The manager of Home Centre Mall of Emirates (his name is Ashraf) showed very bad attitude this afternoon/not showing customer service at all. So I have a refund for my boss bed from Home Centre Oasis Mall and I got information from Akshay Home Centre Oasis mall that I can do the refund in any Home Centre. However when I come to Home Centre MOE Ashraf told me that its not possible and I had to go to back to Oasis Mall. I confirmed with Oasis mall that it is actually can be done at MOE, Ashraf just didnt want to do it. So bad customer service experience. You will lose a lot of customers if this is the way he handled the store. He deserves warning and training to be more customer oriented and flexible.

Horrible after sales, delivery and customer service. The customer service was the worst I have experienced in my life no one cared no one was helpful everyone was hard to reach. I had to call so so many times you ask for the manager to get back to you and they dont. I have a broken delivery sitting in my house half assembled and they wont do anything about it. It has been 4 days and no one has gotten back to me. They are more than happy to take my money and then after that they couldnt care less. Absolutely atrocious experience from customer service.

I really have a very bad experience at home centre. We just received a sofa from their delivery department after 7 days of the paymemt. The guys who assembled the sofa were inexperienced and they didnt assemble it properly. Also the sofa has a big blue stain on it which according to them was washable but that is not going away. We called at their customer service for the complaint which according to them has been registered but weve not been given any complaint number. We simply dont recommend home centre.

Never again.. worse customer service experience ever , never again. they simply make the deal take your money then disappear. they dont respect delivery time not answering calls ,sms, emails or even give u update on your delivery. they r way far from customer services attics. stay away guys make your purchase some where else , deal with companies whom really care about after sales service and show some care to their customs.

Horrible after service! They will sell you products and you will spend your money but as soon as they have taken your money they dont care. I had a horrible experience recently I bought a product the delivery was incomplete as there were many parts missing and therefore could not be properly assembled. We called many many times and many people but customer service is absolutely pathetic! No one gets back to you no one lets you know what is happening I have had an awful experience.

Ive always been a home centre fan not until yesterday when an egyptian newbie (named Sayed), rude and very unprofessional salesman made some show. I dont think he should be part of customer service as he is boastful telling customers that he is raised in America but cant even speak in eglish constantly? Man we dont care where u were raised, just show some manners dude! I dont feel like coming back there if all salesman will be like him!

I bought a bed, desk and shoe rack from home centre As I wanted to settle early and before Ramdan I have paid AED 250 for their earlier delivery time which was scheduled to 10 April.I received the bed and the desk but unfortunately the shoe rack had a damaged piece which they had to replace. What I was expecting from home centre which is a normal customer service practice is to call and apologize and refund back the 250, but they havent done this despite my calls of complain and claim of the refund.The item was delivered on 12 April which was nearly the time they have given me without paying the 250.Unfortunately I have not received any call from home centre to date.

Worst customer service eeeeeeever !!!!!I’ve been at the shopOf MOE 3 times to confirm the delivery timing, because I called more than 50 times in one week , put me oh hold for more than 10 min each time , and then finally when they bring my stuff , half of them were broken and they told me they will come the next day 10am. So basically theres no one to assist in the store and you stand in queue for two hours just because they decided to reduce the number of employees. One cashier for the entire store! Horrible experience and the worst part is that the cashier Abed (who claims hes the manager, I sure hope hes not cause that would be disappointing) responds rudely as if he is paying us from his pocket to visit the store! When we complained about the waiting time and lack of staff he replied with an attitude saying its closing time we need to reduce our staff. Wait what?? You reduce staff when its closing time?? So you can close at 4 am? Cause with this many people you need to increase staff not reduce!! When I answered saying that it doesnt make sense he wouldnt even look at us while we were speaking and I had my mother with me which is twice his age! Disrespectful is an understatement. If you really really absolutely need to go to home center I would definitely not recommend this branch. And any way in general home centers prices are far from competitive. Horrible experienceIf home center cares about its standards then perhaps you should invest a little more on staff in terms of quantity AND quality, this person called Abed needs a lot of training to be dealing with clients. It should be less than zero rate for such kind of customer service and delivery team for online experience, if you are not able to deliver online please shut down your online store, no confirmation emails on your delivery date or nothing, and you have to follow up with everyone to get your delivery.we ordered online on 27th March and delivery has scheduled for 8th April, we were waiting at home the delivery but the man said our mobile was switched off and he cancel our delivery then we stuck with them for delivery again with many promises on date and time finally we have to wait more than 3 weeks for delivery and we are not sure if they gonna deliver or not.

Very bad service. The line at that cash register is always extremely long. The cashiers have no sense of customer service. They are extremely slow and don’t care that the line is so long. Often times the line would be so long and only 2 cash registers working. Instead of opening more registers they just keep working at their steady pace. No sense of accountability since it seems management could care less. everyone in the line is extremely frustrated

So disappointed! I ordered a set of chairs and a table from them. I provided all the details when ordering, so the address was accurate. They called me while I was busy, not sure why... They could have just delivered. Anyway, I could not pick up the call since I was in the middle of a WebEx. They insisted and call me at least 10 times. Eventually, I had to pick up and I provided the address.. for what?! Nothing. They did not even deliver on that day. Someone from the customer center called me to re-schedule. I told him I was busy but my nanny will be home. He asked me her number which I provided. On the day of delivery, I switched of my phone cause I know they would call me even though I provided my nannys number! And guess what!!! They did! They did not even call my nanny!!! Three weeks for a delivery that should take 2 days.. never had an experience like that with any other company!

I was concerned about many negative reviews specially about after sale and delivery services, i decided to give it a try, EVERYTHING was perfect, time, assembly,,,etc the driver kept me updated called me one hour before delivery, and again 10 mins before arriving, I received a confirmation call after placing the order online, definitely recommended

The worst experience ever.I bought two sofas online and after 3 months os using them the seating sponge has no pressure and you can drown and the fabric wrinkled within 3 months.For one week im trying to contact their customer care and no one is picking up calls then i sent an email and no reply!!I am really surprised how they are treating their customers.

I always thought that i would be at peace after buying furniture from Home Centre. Always considered them as a brand that reflects quality and designer products and hence justified the pricing. I can confess that i have been disappointed.Nightmares start once you have made a purchase. Not a place where you would want to burn your hard earned money. High prices and very poor quality and very dangerous products.They are just bothered about sales. After the product is sold - they would not even recognize a customer. Bought a reasonably expensive dining table less than 2 years back and it just caved in injuring myself a bit. I am grateful to the almighty that the toddlers in the house were nowhere close to this place.Now customer care would not even bother to pick up phone. Was told somebody would reach out in 24 hours.Have been spending an hour everyday waiting for a customer service rep to be assigned.Feel like being cheated.Customer Delight and comprehensive standards are just academic words for them. Reality is light years away.

Low quality furniture and house decor. I purchased a few canvas wall prints that were on sale online that looked really nice in the pictures and I thought “how bad could they be in reality considering they’re pretty basic and simple wall decor items?” But, oh, how wrong I was. What I received was nowhere near as pretty or nicely printed as that of their online counterparts. On top of that, they had black smudge parts on the sides that looked like someone with dirty hands was handling them and the ink/paint was bleeding in many parts of the different canvases. I tried dabbing a wet cloth on the black smudge parts to get rid of them and the ink came off immediately because there was no protective barrier sprayed on the finished products to prevent bleeding or smudging. I called several times, no answer. I emailed customer service with pictures as proof to request a return and refund, no answer. I sent them messages on their twitter account, also with the same images as proof, but no answer. It’s been almost a week and I have received no reply. I have also read several people’s reviews and heard from someone I personally know that Home Centre does NOT do returns and refunds, even if it’s their fault. They absolutely do not take responsibility for their unethical, deceitful and careless business practice. I absolutely DO NOT recommend purchasing from them, in fact, I would say it’s best to avoid them altogether unless you’re literally buying items that have a very easy or small purpose, like hangers or mugs.
