Such a terrible experience, I bought a recliner after 2 weeks it started having noises when sitting on it. I have called and reached out to customer service who seem to provide no service at all just fake promises. It has been 2 months now that I am calling and ask them to send someone for maintenance or visit to check and they promise me they will send someone to check and no one comes. I sent several complaints and latest its 12 days ago with no help. They are the worst ever, forget the fake brand and the good furniture they trick you that they sell. You are the worst store and you just sell and do not care about customer service at all…….

I have never witnessed such exceptionally terrible service in my life. The customer support team was absolutely appalling, expecting the customer to follow up with them for an appointment that has been pending for over two months. I would highly recommend going to other shops instead of home centre.

1 star is too generous. Everything I call to complain about damaged goods delivered, they tell me someone will call me back. But this never happens. They also told me to reach out to them via whatsapp and obviously nobody has replied to my messages. They take your money and ignore you.

Horrible and disrespectful staff and customer service!!! Costumer service are nonprofessional and useless department. I bought a recliner and after one month it started squeaking. More than two months now and No One Cares to solve this problem!!!!!! And plus the costumer service lady says “we do not have managers to talk to”. And with every time I call they tell me lies, 3-7 working days and I wait!

I was going to detail the shady and incompetent practices of this company, but it’s clear from all the other reviews that people are well-aware already. I’m amazed that Micky Jagtiani and the rest of the Landmark Group allow Home Centre to practice such malfeasance and unfair policies towards customers. The DED needs to examine this company’s consumer practices immediately.

Worst online service, worst customer service, worst delivery team.I ordered online, and paid for express delivery but I didnt received the furniture in 3days.When I received, the delivery staffs didnt fix and informed me that they will come back the next day, but didnt.I called the customer service, but no one is answering!!! Been listening to spills for straight 32mins just for them to cut off the lineDont buy online.

PROBABLY THE MOST CREATIVE BUSINESS MODEL FOR RIPPING-OFF CLIENTS.Went to their products page & selected several items, opted for express delivery which they charged me 150 AED for & items to be delivered next day,, None of the items were delivered except for the nesting tables only which were delivered at a delivery charge of 150 AED ;-) & a buying cost of 200 AED so they charged me almost their exact price for delivery although I chose express delivery for all items.. The remaining items were not delivered until today.. they claim that express delivery applies only for furniture which is not a clear thing on their checkout page.. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM ARE USELESS AND WERE OF NO HELP AT ALL, CLAIMING THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK, SEND YOU EMAILS OR HAVE SENIORS CALL YOU BUT NOTHING..I AM FOR SURE GOING TO RAISE A COMPLAIN WITH THE CONSUMER PROTECTION DEPARTMENT IF I DONT GET A REFUND

Very pathetic after sales service. I bought a butterfly foldable dining table on sep 28 th costing 995 aed. For the first use itself it broke. After complaining they joined it with a nail n said nothing else can be done. How can we trust to sit ona chair that cnt carry weight (69 kg). After sending so many calls and mails they said they vl replace the chair(only). I asked them to send a mail regarding this to complain legally but nothing happened yet. Moreover its very hard to get connected to the customer service.Never again. Not worth to spend a single penny in this company

I should have checked reviews first before I ordered online! All the previous comments were right, not worth any penny to buy anything from this company. The worst customer service line ever! There are many furniture companies out there that are more reliable than in here.... somebody should report them to customer happiness center. 🤬 Never again...

I REALLY BELIEVE THERE IS NO ONE HANDLING THE PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried 3 times to hold for more than 10 minutes and then gave up. Why do you advertise a phone customer service when there is no response? THE CHATBOX IS JUST AN AUTOMATED PRE-PROGRAMMED OPTION.Bought crystal chandelier lamp with loose crystal beads marked with a,b,c,d.........., BUT WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO INSTALL.VERY ANGRY, DISAPPOINTED.

Hey Homecentre, i assume you completely ignore all your customers! My delivery is pending for more than 2 weeks now, and your drivers always put false comments in delivery notes! Noone ever replies your call centre or emails or social media. No help in the shop either. I have escalated this to the Department of Economic Development in Dubai!

Buy 1 Get 1 Offer Total Scam!!! Promotion MISLEADING. NEVER SHOP HOME CENTER ONLINE!!!! NO CALL CENTER ANSWER for 2 DAYS!! I only Received 1 item. When I complained, they said it was MY FAULT for not selecting 2 Qty online. Totally refused to honor their commitment and promotion. Ive gone to Consumer Rights at Dubai Economic Department! I suggest all those that were ripped off by this promotion do the same.

Do not buy anything worth over 300DHS at Homecentre. WORST customer service and technical help in the UAE. We purchased a bed on July 19th. The wood legs and panels of the base that hold up the mattress have broken, and the bed is now unsafe to lie on. This happened on a Friday morning. We called Homecentre customer service right away to ask a technician to urgently come fix the bed. The customer service rep explained technical repairs do not work on Fridays. She assured me she would call back on Saturday to confirm an appointment time. She also said she would try to get me an appointment as soon as possible. I stressed that we could not sleep on the bed, as it was a safety issue, and we had no other place to sleep. Saturday comes - no call. I called Homecentre back again, and they confirmed they would try to get a technician in ASAP. They called Saturday afternoon and confirmed the only time a technician could come urgently was Sunday 2-6PM. One more night of sleeping on the floor. Sunday comes around, and i call in the morning to confirm the technician arrival time. They assure me the technician will be there between 2-6. My husband takes unpaid leave from work to stay home. It is now 5PM, and i have called again only to find out the technician may come after 6PM. The bed is still not fixed. This is not a dining room table, or a couch - this is our bed. It is one month old. And we have nowhere to sleep. Cheers Homecentre, for making us sleep on the floor and getting us to take time off work to wait for your delivery driver who does not even show up.UPDATE - They showed up at 6:58PM with the wrong pieces, even though we sent photographs and explained what was broken over the phone 3 times. They could not go get the right piece at the workshop as it closed at 7PM. They promised to return the next day at noon. My husband took 12-4PM off from work. He received a call at 9:45AM saying they could not come at noon, they could only come between 10-11AM. Homecentre expects people to freelance from home while waiting for their repairs and deliveries. Complete disrespect. The bed will now only be fixed at 6PM tonight - if they show up.

Homecenter online shopping is worst ever. 21 days and the items are not delivered. items are with the shipper Aramex and moving form one location to another. follow up is most horrible with waiting endless waiting on the phone to speak to anyone be it homecenter or aramex, still when are able to people are most in sensitive to even bother, final date was commited 18th dec and that also failed without any update. visit to aramex warehouse was also a waste of time since the items are moving from one location to another but not to deliver to me. asked them to keep and use it themselves.the motto of homecenter shopping is convenience whilst i leave it to the readers to decide on their own. many other better alternates available in the market than homecenter.

The Home Box (brunch of Home Center) has a worst online customer service! They have delivered a broken table and refused to replace it. They have deleted all my reviews and messages on their pages. I would never recommend Home Box! Be careful!
