Out of all the branches, this is by far the most organized and easy to shop in. The items look much better here and that helps making decisions easier. Its also the least crowded branch.

Nice staff, cool environment and ofcourse the house hold products. One can easily buy anything for home at just one store.

Good selection of reasonably priced furnishings and decor. Not an upscale store. Targeted more towards someone looking for good looking furniture and does not mind replacing in a few short years. This branch is pretty large. They have another branch in Karama which has a much wider selection and a bit more upscale.

I bought a room worth 8000 dirhams from the Arabian center show room it got delayed in delivery the showroom staff who assisted me to place the order was not sufficient and was not professional at all and lastly when the room received in the new house I didn’t check it after I moved to the new house and I saw it I found out that the nightstand as a damaged from the surface no one answers any phone calls in the show room I called the delivery guy and he said to call the showroom and ever since the showroom is not answering no want to speak to 8000 dirhams in the dust win because they don’t take care of their customers and I got Damaged stock I will certainly make a complaint in customer rights

Very good shopping area for home furniture.

The furniture quality may be good but the delivery time is unacceptable, we had to sleep on the floor for 1 week with an infant but homesrus failed to understand our situation and provided zero support to make our delivery earlier by just a couple of days, i can understand procedures but if you do not have any room for humanity and understanding then it truly is a sad state of affairs at this company.

Homes r Us is a pleasant shop, a little predictable. There is a good stock of goods, particularly vases, candlesticks, clocks and artificial flowers. They stock all kinds of furniture for bedrooms, lounges and kitchens ,with all the accessories for each. The towels and pillows are good value and the bedding.They have a good choice of mirrors and clocks also. If you are looking for a good bargain but restricted choice this is the ideal shop.

They dont have or rather have a weak online footprint.

Bought a sofa set that turned out to have faulty inner stitching from Homes r Us that I didnt notice at the time. After a very short while the stitches were torn open.The customer service tried to replace my set with an older piece that they had in their store. When I refused and asked for a new set they were very rude over the phone and basically said its either this or nothing!My husband and I went back to the store and met the supervisor, who again tried to give us the old piece in the showroom. On inspection, that turned out to have faulty inner stitching as well!And thats it! They dont want to fix or replace my sofa, and their customer service agents just dont care.Always make sure to buy your furniture from a store that provides at least 6 months warranty. Unfortunately, expensive purchases dont guarantee good serviceTotally regretting my purchase from Homes R Us now

I ordered chairs for my dining table. The sales staff told me that it will match my dining table but after they delivered, I found in the day light, I did not like the color that was off a little, I called the store for the return. They were very nice to take the chairs back and refund my money
