Had a good experience in the store, nice ambiance, great people. Can not be more excited or happier, everything went easily and as we agreed on. Just got my new lamp, chairs and bar stools delivered today. Finishes, quality, everything is very very nice. Glad there is one furniture store in Dubai where you can spend money and not be sorry later. We’ll be seeing you again.

Home and Soul is an eclectic furnishing store with some unique furniture and home decor. The products are pricey, so it is a good idea to shop during the sale. I picked up a lovely vase and dried flowers during their sale.

I ordered a ladder since June 9th.We are on the end of August and I didn’t never receveid the item.They didn’t never refund me. I called them 3 times but they didn’t refund me and i didn’t receive the ladder 🙄😩I don’t recommend this shop!

I love this shop but unfortunately the after care leaves a lot to be desired. We bought eight dining room chairs at an exorbitant price but they looked so beautiful so we couldn’t resist. The quality though unfortunately has been appalling. Two have now broken and after three emails I haven’t even had a single reply. When you spend that much for a chair it really should last more than a few months. I am all for shopping locally and supporting small businesses but if you can’t depend on the seller to even have the decency to reply to messages you are better shopping else where

I would recommend avoiding making larger purchases such as rugs and furniture from Home and Soul, as it really can leave you in a disappointing situation as there is no quality guarantee. I parted with a significant amount of cash and now have nothing to show for it.I had the most wonderful experience purchasing the Angelina Large Rug. The delivery was quick and I was also able to try this rug in its place before parting with cash and the customer experience was on point right down to the gents that delivered this. It is safe to say that I was over the moon with my purchase.Myself and my husband however noticed that as the rug started to settle that the black thread was coming loose all over and large loops were starting to appear from just gentle hoovering. I waited a while but noticed that this was only getting worse and the rug was looking scruffier. After 13 days I contacted Home and Soul and asked if it was possible to return the rug in exchange for a refund or store credit. This was refused as although it was still within the 14 day period they couldn’t accept something that was damaged… even though it was for this reason that I wanted to return this.Although my experience up until this point was fantastic, the customer aftercare just wasnt there.

Love this little place. Really good for picking up different pieces of home interiors if you want a change from ikea and marina home!!! Everything from rugs to woven baskets and linen cushions. Also a little section for second hand (but pristine condition) designer bags and clothes

This store is the best. I have decorated my whole house using Home and Soul furniture.
