By lucky chance we visit this place, and honestly, enjoy a lot. Definitely I will recommend this restaurant to my friends, because the food is delicious, the hospitality is on high level, amazing interior design and very clean. The restaurant devided for smoking and non-smoking areas, also table-games are available.

Such great place, with yummy experience. We were in for breakfast and it was so good, beyond our expectations, staff were so friendly and helpful, price was reasonable for the amount of food been served.... coffee was great as well

The place is very cosy and the staff are welcoming, I dined here with friends, and the place was not crowded, in fact its large enough to accommodate many people while social distancing. The food quality is great (good value for money), the variety is limited to Arabic cuisines but you still can find steaks and burgers. To me, the cold appetiser trio was my favourite. The overall experience was very good, and our server Khalid has served us very well. The only challenge you may come across is the parking, but they can validate your entry ticket to Shatha tower and get a free parking.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could, but only 5 stars are available. Im very spoiled and experienced traveler and food lover, but this place is something what I havent experienced before. The food is amazing, very good quality, super tasty, fantastic presentation, loved it! Chef is brilliant! And service is excellent! This place is so much better than many places in 5* hotels. Arabic nights every Thursday and Friday from 7pm to 11pm at @charcoal_garden. Enjoy live music with some delicious Arabic food. Charcoal Garden is Located in media city. As soon as you enter the restaurant it will give you a positive vibe due to the green garden decor inside.This place serves quite an elaborated menu and their service is top notch.We tried almost every thing from their menu and must say every thing from Burger to mixed grill was super delicious. The best part about their food is the quality and unique taste.We are definitely going there again soon.

Had my birthday dinner a couple weeks ago here and the food was amazing, so different, felt I was in a 5 star restaurant with truffle oil on the pizza, the best roast chicken I’ve had out, the mushroom pasta was my favorite altho it was hard to pick one. I also enjoyed the crispy calamari. I would def recommend here if you like good quality, great tasting food !

One of the places I always like to go and enjoy. Specifically the food is up to mark every time and sheesha is also good. Last time I tried trio grilled chicken slider, its so good with economical price even the main course is also comes in mid range.Staff is always cooperative and nice.

Had an absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant. The slow cooked Short ribs are to die for and so tender that it just melts in your mouth. The freshly fried Churros are a must try. High level of hygiene makes your dining a pleasure and to add to it are the professional and friendly staff(Lorainne).

A cool and lively spot to hang out in media city for shisha.Their outdoor dining area is so pretty.We visited charcoal garden yesterday and experienced their arabian nights. Loved the vibe and the live music.Recommend their cold coffee,mocktails etc..Shisha was really good.Definitely visiting them again.

Just sat for 2 hours in an Empty restaurant between work calls. When I first came in I told the hostess I needed an outlet and about 15 min before I ordered. No one came back. The staff sat at a table a d even though I waved and tried to make eye contact no one came.I would have left of course but I had back to back video meetings. Super weird experience.Ive been a few times before and everything was fine but never again from me.

I must say everything I tried was exceptional the apple fennel salad, homemade mushroom tortellini and the short ribs were delicious. The coffee and the coffee art was the cherry on top of the cake 💗
