Looking for an upmarket Coffee experience where you are setup for a quality experience! This is the real deal . The place has a minimalist feel and the soothing grey walls put u at the right temperature mentally to receive the magical brown liquid . It has subtle quirks in its ambience and presentation so if u particular about your coffee , you will appreciate the treatment of the place. The small desert selection is outstanding , the only down side to the place is the pricing which is quite steep. Otherwise should be on your must do coffee experience list for sure.

I visited this afternoon for the first time, had an affogato which was really nice. I was interested in trying some of your signature coffees but the staff definitely needs more training. I asked about the catalyst and the catuai but the answer was so confusing that I wasn’t sure to order, so then my husband end up ordering a v60 with colombian beans which the cashier said it was 85 dhs cause it was a special coffee. I don’t mind paying extra for a special coffee but I think 85 is way too much, I even thought maybe that’s the price for a bag of coffee. End up ordering Ethiopia but left confused.

One of my favourite coffee places in Dubai, if you truly appreciate good coffee. More for take away then for sitting down. Try their Honduras beans which are amazing and they have by far the best affogato in town ! Its unmissable.

Great coffee, but the place came off as unwelcoming and elitist.We asked for an ice latte and were told their ice lattes are actually called a 3 ways with a bit of a condescending tone.I was also a bit puzzled that their servings were in ounces too, dont we use metric here?Overall, excellent coffee but the whole vibe tries too hard to be different just because, and youll feel judged if youre not on the same page.Will come again if Im in the area and looking for a good cup, but not before studying the correct terminology so I can order hassle free.

One of the best Coffeeshop in United Arab Emirates, the speciality coffee and the beans are hight quality and professionally made by experts, i come here frequently and still amazed by the taste of the coffee ❤️ , the cold drip coffee and the V60 taste is amazing.

Very nice ambient and serve various coffee from around the world.Any kind serving coffee method are available in here.My visit was enjoy Cold Brew El Savador Bean Coffee with rich bourbon taste and smell...I love itAnd learn coffee history book...awesome

The coffee was good and cake was ok, but they both were very pricey at 31 and 24 Dirhams respectively. I was served a small glass which I think was carbonated water.

Nice and comfortable place. Good to chill on Friday mornings. Coffee was ok not the best. I didn’t like the Columbian drip. Maybe I’ll try the Ethiopian next time or maybe there won’t be a next time. Not as memorable as I wanted it to be.

The place is in a great location and the coffee was good.However I was disappointed that they asked us to move with our laptops within 30 mins. At one point our table became reserved all of a sudden.We got the impression they wanted us to leave to accommodate other customers without telling us directly. So I was disappointed to be very honest and will not return.Trust that the management will take this as a lesson and not repeat this.Hisham

Might not be a fan of the new location , but the coffee is still good. The place suffered from a quality drop when relocating and having a bunch of new staff, but quality was regained again.Few points to be aware of, they do not serve sugar and sweeteners. With all the shops that serve sugar, it is nice to have just one shop that is very confident in their coffee not to serve sugar.Milk based coffees are slightly colder than other places, this is to preserve the natural sugars in milk, helping them highlight the coffee taste without the need for sugar.I had my best espresso ever in this place, the panama geisha from Hartmann family. Simply out of this world, as if i was drinking coffee mixed with fruits purée. The aftertaste took a long time to fade away, and thats a good thing when the aftertaste is that good. I have to go back and try it again and again. The picture of this gem of a cup is attached, it is the one with a card on the serving tray.For home baristas like me, they do sell coffee beans and they are of high quality.Worth a visit, at least to have a look at specialty coffee and what’s the difference between it and conventional coffee. You might end up like me, hating conventional coffee that is over extracted and bitter and diving head first into speciality coffee.Some of the pictures were from the old location.

My brother works in Dubai design district. He kept nagging about a coffee place that I ‘should try’. Freshly roasted coffee means a lot to me especially if it’s not blended. This place really good. If you can’t find a parking, I don’t know what to tell you. Once I was craving their coffee that I paid for valet. If it wasn’t for parking,I’d love to visit this place much more frequently.Their espresso: it’s not over extracted, not bitter and perfectly balanced

Wow! Hands down the best coffee experience in Dubai, if not the world. No wonder the line is outside the door. And the wait is worth it! Every drop is magical and the aroma is unreal. I wish there was more branches around but then again, this experience can’t easily be replicated. I can still smell the blend. Wow!

Uncomfortable and frankly disappointing experience with the waiters.I was there a couple of weeks ago with a friend. We’d ordered an espresso, a latte, and two desserts. Presentation was excellent, coffee was great, cake was fine.This was all tainted however with the fact that 15 minutes into our sitting down and catching up, waiters began coming by to peer into our cups and walking away. Every 10 minutes someone came by to see if we were done. It was almost as if they ran out of cups and needed to wash ours to serve the next customer. (I’m kidding, clearly they wanted us to leave)When we were finally done with our coffee and desserts, a waiter showed up within a minute to take the dishes away. Not 5 minutes go by, (I hadn’t even had time to decide whether I want anything else) another waiter comes along and asks us to order something.“Would you like to order something more, please?”“I haven’t decided yet”Queue 20 seconds of uncomfortable silenceI asked “are we bothering you by being here?”“Actually ma’am it’s supposed to be 1 hour per coffee”“Excuse me?”“Yes ma’am there is only 1 hour allowed per coffee”“Whose rule is this?”“It’s the rules of the establishment ma’am”At this moment, we were so stunned that we just got up and left because frankly, even if I had spoken to upper management and sorted this out, I would no longer want to spend time at this so called establishment.I’ve spent my entire life in Dubai and not once have I seen such poor treatment in the food and service industry. In a city where service and luxury are everything, I assure you this is no way to keep a loyal clientele.I presume this sort of behavior slides when you have a popularity boom, but once that dies down and you need to rely on loyal customers, your staffs performance will begin to show results.I understand the need for overturn and profit but I have never seen such blatant inconsideration.(I would also like to add that they still had available tables for new-coming customers indoors, while we were sitting outdoors, properly socially distanced.)Perhaps I was supposed to stuff myself with 3 cakes and 7 coffees in order to have a conversation with a friend? Hard to believe anyone really does that. Coffee is a larger experience than just consumption of a beverage, we’re not out here taking shots.Needless to say, I will not be returning out of principle to how low I’ve been made to feel. I’m well aware that my absence will not make a dent in their profit margin but 🤷🏻‍♀️
