Very cozy place. Nevertheless, thats the only place to spend some time in Arrivals T2 DXB airport. Usual sandwich , quality maintained and costa coffee lovers ! Awesome !!

Stopped for a coffee waiting for my friend to arrive on March 21, 2021 around 9:40PM. Aldrin the barista working alone was super pleasant fellow and organized. I ordered two drinks one for now and one for when my friend arrived but paid all together. When I gave Aldrin the signal to make her drink, he was on it! Great coffee, great smiling service plus the Costa location was sparkling clean and organized!

Very bad experience. They offer you different types of coffe grains made of but never mention how it will affect the price. Dirty deals! Never again!

The coffee is great, crews are cheerful and approachable. It has wide space very convenient, nice location within the airport, fast wifi connection. They just need to change new set of couch to make it more appealing.

My flight landed quite early in the morning and the Costa Coffee at the Arrival Terminal had just soy milk so I went here to have my breakfast (latte and muffin).Everything is quite standardized and its hard to spot a difference with other places when you just take what I had...But Id like to highlight the kindness of the guy who helped me. He has been very gentle and nice.And thats always a good way to start you day.

The food isnt properly prepared at all , one time eat in Terminal 3 CA near elevator and inside sandwiche find plastic from cutlery, today after eating in CA upper level shop have to much stomach pain. The worst place to eat.

Nice location however the staff and shop manager were not helpful at all.they couldn’t help to redeem a valid voucher for Spanish latte cause its new drink and not yet added to list while i did many times at different branch. Its their system problem not mine hence low rating

Great costa. Nice seating area. Only issue was i waited 10minutes for my coffee and when i did get it, it was barely warm. They did replace for me when i let them know

Their double chocholate mocha ice blended is moderate. Too sweet and sugary taste.

So-so coffee shop, prices are high. Coffee is ordinary but the staff leaves much to be desired, even if they have learned to smile. It is better to pay in local currency, the rate that the euro, that the dollar is the same.
