Good shot for a morning drive at Arabian Ranches and Cappuccino. As good as other Costa shops.

Service is extremely poor. I ordered one flat white and it was only me and one person in the line, they took forever to deliver it and the coffee was the worst I ever had (I think they forget to add coffee). Not my first bad experience with Costa Arabian Ranches!

Costa is my favourite coffee shop i gave it a one star because the service at Arabian ranches 1 is very poor. All other places the service is great never had an issue and on and off people making a mistake is fine but Arabian ranches this is the third time they messed up. First time they gave us the hot choc and coffee with regular milk, second time they were going to do the same and since I was watching I was lucky and its the usual norm for us to make sure they give what we ordered, we cant be distracted. The third time today I asked for hot choc with coconut milk and hot coffee instead and it was takeaway. I had to go all the way back to return and get what I ordered. Also, the coffee spilled in the bag as the guy who made it over filled it and instead of giving me a new bag he put the hot choc into the soggy bag, I did not want to make more fuss as the que was backed up and not fair for the other customers to be delayed for their lack of professionalism and poor service.

Very poor quality staff speak to them and even not look in my face or give answers. Thy block half of the seats they want to deep clean. Deep clean should be done out of duty when close for costumer not to tell the costumer we need to clean. Ok close one day full and deep clean everything 🤬

Tasty coffee ans very nice cappuccino. Just need to stop asking for a different coffee bean and always serve the best cappuccino

Such a shame they dont get the message about reducing their single use plastic. Even for dine in they serve it this way. Must do better!

The refurbished Costa at the Arabian Ranches is an easy and relaxed place to sip a cup of Americano.If youre Vegan, you can ask for Soy or Almond milk instead of dairy milk.

One of the best in town. Staff excellent. Coffee great. Nice location and feel to it. Clean and tidy. Food range has improved and they offer salads and sandwiches all fresh and good prices.

It’s the 1st Costa branch where they are not professional like all other Costa branches in the world. They are locking the doors claiming that they are doing that for safety while no one from the staff is available when you come in.It’s their right to lock the door but they have to attend coming customers.

Whats not to like. Friendly staff, good coffee. Easy access to the main entrance. Lots of free parking. Ive never eaten there, but there seems to be a good selection of baked goods and dessert based food, as well as sandwiches and a few healthy options. It normally has a steady flow of customers, so I doubt any foods get stale.

The coffee maker ”Merry Jo” is a delivering very bad service. Not costa standard, , very disappointed.

Unfortunately, the only coffee place in the area, if you wanna have a quick coffee.Espresso is watery, and always very bitter.Good choice of sandwiches and pastry.

Today I got a dry and crusty slice of carrot cake which I took one bite and brought it back to counter. They told me it is made before yesterday. I asked if they can replace it with new. Sorry sir no stock now sir.... Take something else sir. I had a choice of apple puff, croisant and old looking cheese cake. I said can i have banana bread instead? It looked fresh. The coffee I ordered was double esspresso. Bitter as usual made with over roasted Arabica beans. Horrible stock and way more expensive than Caribou coffee 100 meters away. Should have gone there. Will go there.
