I visited this place for the first time today, it’s looks fine, clean. I think it’s nice place to meet with your friends to chat.I ordered one rafaello bun and one rocher bun. Everything is being prepared very quickly. But the taste, I don’t know. Nothing special in this bun. Ok, topping is tasty, but then why do you just don’t buy Rafaello or Ferrero Rocher without this bun? Bun it’s just bread, dry bread. In the middle there is butter with solt (okay..).Seriously, it’s weird, but it’s just my opinion. Milk tea was good.

I just try today the new Ice Cream bun in Papparoti Dubai mall. It was very nice delicious. Between the hot of the bun & cold from the ice cream. I am a Papparoti lover, and find it nice idea. There are many flavours of ice-cream as well as toppings to add on the bun to make it personalised. Really liked it. Thank you for the experience, and as usual will come back for my favourite Karak Tea and buns.

Makes for an excellent indulging. We got the dates, rocher and plain. I personally loved the dates because it was just slightly sweetened and that sweet-savoury combination was amazing

Ordered the lotus coffee bun and it was really really nice. I could taste the flavour of the coffee even when there was lotus sauce on top. Cappuccino was just average but would definitely go back for the bun!

It was a cozy ambiance. We were there for my coffee fix & decided to order a combination of Café Latte with a bun. The bun tasted the exact same as those in Malaysia.The staff were polite.

Hot buns this place is good.... he he I mean the buns are literally to die for and the best I have ever had . Trust me just try the basic bun first with the butter oozing out and then try the other ones with Nutella , lotus etc etc .... also the Cappuccino is really good ... nice place opposite the ice rink .... outdoor and indoor also available.... staff are friendly and polite ..... happy moment today and good to spread some joy.... must try the buns please 🤤

A newly opened Papparoti in Dubai Mall. Their classic bun is good, but more importantly their kunufa is very decent. Im glad theres a place to get such delicious kunufa at the mall. Will be back!!

The bun is worth a try,it is always a fluffy soft and yummy 😋As per the reviews read we had arabic coffee Emirati and Saudi style.Compared to the Arabic coffee I had in Israel it was not much strong.The one we went was in 3rd floor and seating not much comfortable.The team served the food was supportive, friendly and delivered the bun and tea in about 10mins.One tea/coffee they give is always in a big jar/pot and will be enough for 2-3 people.We also had Kanafeh was mildly sweet and cheese came melting when we ate it.

Special bun taste, Arabic coffee is amazing with dates. Price is slightly high.

Recently went back after a long wait. It is just as good as ever and this time I tried some of the toppings too!I tried:The plain bunLotus biscuit toppingNutella toppingHonestly the sinkability of the bun is majestic and the reaction of a person who has never been here is honestly some of the best entertainment :).The pictures say it all! If you haven’t had papparoti before I suggest you try it asap! Some of the best buns ever and honestly I continue to wonder how they make their buns so unbelievably delicious. Not many places get a 5 star rating from me but this certainly deserves it!I wouldn’t wanna say much more to dampen the surprise, I suggest you visit yourself and check it out! On a side note, the ambiance is nice and it is a really good place to take pictures. On top of that the service is quite good as the woman kept checking on us and we got our order really fast!Plus one: “I thought it would be good but I didn’t think it would be THIS!”

Decor is excellent. But Milk tea didnt seem like it was prepared by boiling tea leaves. It tasted more like powder tea.Otherwise great environment and the best place to have a meeting with friends or colleagues.

Papparoti is one of my always favourite restaurant in Dubai with its verity of hot beverages, karak tea and Ben is subsequently yummy.

Papparoti Cafe at the Dubai Mall, very good place to have a rest and enjoy very delicious Bunuelos (Bun) with hot or cold drink, too many options of juices and tea, they offer fresh tea and samples of un cooked tea to smell and choose you favorite taste, the staff very welcoming and helpful.

Absolutely love papparoti but this isn’t my favorite location. The service was slow even though the place was empty. Sitting inside the cafe isn’t ideal since you hear the juice maker which is pretty loud. The buns were delicious. The chocolate one is lighter than you think it’d be. The drinks were also great.

PappaRoti has always been a favorite. Of course well know for its buns with coffee or tea, and it always lives up to expectation. Hot chocolate with bun is next. I personally prefer their plain bun. Good coffee and they have a choice of it. Next time maybe I will see how it goes with Emarati coffee. A definite recommendation + moneys worth.

Nice surprise! I came without knowing anything for this place. The regular buns are really good and a perfect match with a coffee. I defenitely will come back and try other things from their menú.

I like Papa Roti bun and ginger milk tea.The only thing in the Dubai mall branch is that it’s all open space. There’s no wall and people passing by look at you eating lol

I love this place. They have amazing buns. The branch in Dubai Mall is always busy but it’s good because it means fresh buns from the oven. Variety of topping for the buns and they come with different kinds of tea and coffees and shakes. It’s a must try because it’s such a nice treat.

The buns melt in the mouth. They are a little pricey but its worth the price. The Turkish coffee was very good.

While the buns themselves are amazing, the incredible range of flavours and toppings make this a repeat destination.They have the usual coffees, but their juices and smoothies are really worth trying! Get one of the combos of a beverage and a bun.

Food quality is not good. I seen a guy who is holding garbage bag and with the same hands holding sandwich for customers with naked hands.Rude behaviour of the cashier with us (Customer).Wraps aren’t role properly you cannot hold while eating.

Ice cream is nothing what was on a picture. Just one scoop for 30 aed of chocolate ice cream mixed with Nutella presented worse than in baskin, like I put at home for myself. Saffron latte has strong chemical taste, with spoiled milk, I couldn’t drink it even. Don’t recommend

This is by far my favourite breakfast place when in Dubai. Their buns are one of a kind and the tea is absolutely wonderful.table service is also at its highest. Add a calm and cosy setting to the mix and youll get a place worth visiting. Food preference is subjective but if you like a poignant taste I highly recommend the ginger tea, it was so creamy and yummy that I havent even realised that it lacked sugar during one of my visits. A must go place in Dubai for all of you foodies out there

Buns with flavor are all amazing, am down rating this branch for poor services for 2nd time in a row, raising my hand more than 7 times to get the attention of all staff without reactions, talking with customer from distance is quit rude, and buns for take away are seated for cold temperature till I beg for it twice. Wanted to rate for 1 star but it’s unfair for the brand name as it’s so addictive

Terribly slow service. Thought we were sitting down for a quick snack, ended up waiting 50minutes for our meal, and the waitress kept ignoring us when we asked. An established brand doesnt excuse rude service. Definitely do not recommend.

One the worst customer experience in Dubai, the orders are never accurate, last Saturday I came with a group of friends and half of the order was served the other half wasn’t.Today I came again and the same happened.Don’t recommend especially that loads of good coffee places are there in the mall.
