Lovely little secluded crafty coffee shop, and an usual and quiet side of town to relax at the weekend. Interiors are contemporary and cool, and the vibe is chilled. We had a cold brew and V60, of which both were delicious. We followed this with a brownie, which nice but too sugary. Would recommend the cafe however we were charged extra for the recommended coffee bean, which we only found out when receiving the bill on exit. This should have been mentioned on ordering. Would definitely come back.

Nice location close to the marina in a new building. It is the only open shop and there have been more employees in the room than customers. Although the name coffee lab would suggest that there are multiple options of beans we did have no choice because there was only one available. The restrooms are outside the building.

What a hidden gem!! This place is a bit far out being located near Port Rashid however the space has the right decor and aesthetics for a boutique coffee joint and moreover the coffee is on point and the staff are also all coffee nerds. We came on a Friday morning and enjoyed a cappuccino, flat white and an almond croissant. We also bought some freshly roasted whole beans (~60-80AED per 250g) to Aeropress / V60 at home so I eagerly wait to see how those beans taste like!

Small but popular place. The area is generally quiet. Coffee is good. Their house granola not to be missed. Breakfast is good too. One disappointment thing, car park in front of the outdoor seating, which blocks the view. Would be good if the area management office can cancel these car parks, at least during the months when the weather is good.

Small outlet with both indoor and outdoor sitting arrangements. Indoor the place is cluttered with things like coffee sacks etc.Coffee was nice and croissant was delicious. The view from the outdoor sitting arrangements is really nice one can enjoy the view of Dock. They also have different coffee beans for sale.

Big upgrade from the previous location, seating is nice, parkings are available but its kind of tricky without signboard. For the first time coffee wasnt good as usual, was replaced but still very light..

Their cappuccino is so good and foamy!! I tried their halloumi wrap but i didn’t like it at all however their chocolate croissant was delicious, would recommend a visit!

Horrible experience. I was thinking ill be in and our with a cold drink in hand but I got no service! First I waited by the counter for maybe 10min while being ignored and waiter taking people ahead of me. Then the waiter told me to take a seat and someone will come and serve me. I sat down in the seats right in front of the counter and waited an other 5-7 min and still no one served me then I just got up told the staff Ive been waiting for 15min and still no service... Im leaving ( they did nothing of course) and I left. Why should I reward them with my business after this? 2 stars cause the place looks nice.

What a cozy atmosphere this cafe has facing the magnificent view of Mena Rashid port. The blue sky and blue ocean will make your coffee taste even more tastier. The place is fairly small but it gives you the good sense that this cafe is not for crowd of people but especially for those coffee lovers!

Aesthetically pleasing space with a great tasting coffee and food, but having visited on two separate occasions the service is unfortunately non existent. The staff dont look happy to be working there, little to no knowledge of the food or coffee on offer and just a generally negative atmosphere. Such a shame as this has all the right elements to be an amazing coffee place to enjoy the beautiful area of Port Rashid. If you like coffee with sub standard service, this is the place to go. If you value customer service find somewhere else. Lets hope you are able to improve this...until then I will find another coffee shop that places value on customer service.

It was one of the best cafes in Dubai once it opened. But unfortunately now, the quality of the food is getting bad. They are providing me not fresh food and kept in fridge for one or two days example( fruit salad and corrosion) and also one day they have got me Spanish latte with expired milk.Very disappointed

Dear The Coffee Lab, congrats on the new space. The place looks spacious and has a very nice view and a close parking location.Sorry but..Service and hospitality could be so much better, we were served water in a plastic cup but coffee in a glass cup, the water was served without a tray while our neighbors got served with a tray. The piccolo milk was steamed well but the espresso was flat and burnt. Filter coffee beans (hambela) is very stale in flavor and burnt as well even though it was a newly roasted batch.

They use their own roasted coffee bean. It is so good, they have some special good coffee beans. They also have croisant, cakes. They also sell some coffee tools, like milk jug, coffee filter, kettle, server, scale, grinder, machine, etc. Also they have a website for online shopping. So from the website we can order the coffee bean, the coffee tools. The taste is good, it is worth it to enjoy the time here. All barista is so kind. The location is good, the view is beautiful. Maybe just it is a little bit far from the main road, so it is harder for people who dont have own car. But i like it

Great place, I tried the Ethiopian blend, I fell in love honestly and bought me a 250g bag of beans.The staff are friendly, the place is cozy.No wifi though, as I think the area doesnt have infrastructure built, its only cargo container based structure, but I noticed antennas outside each shop which indicates that they do have LTE / Wimax connections, though such connections wont be shared due to limited data bandwidth.

It’s one of the top specialty coffee shops in my list , amazing coffee and you can also buy the beans as well as some of the coffee equipments ... if you’re into coffee then this place should be in your “must-visit-cafe” in Dubai

This is in a very aloof location but coffee lovers would not mind it. They have some good selection of single origin coffee which they import and roast it in their premises. The baristas are knowledgeable and skillful. You have many choices from hot to cold coffees with or with out milk. I had a cortado and a chemex. I also inquired about their roasting machine and the bought some of their specialty roasts back home.Good place to hang around with some one who digs coffee.While Im not adverse to over paying, I do expect the experience to match.I understand charging higher than common prices.Such as water and a cookie on the side at the very least.Lovely views of the water front.The snacks are sad looking.Staff are friendly.

Quality coffee drinks and many single-origins available which is a huge plus! I tried the Yemeni for the first time and it was sweet and nutty. The milk cake is delicious especially when coupled with the coffee. Friendly service and nice casual seating.

Amazing location friendly staff coffee is also great but when the place is full they forget your order or serve it cold but they deserve 5 star because whenever i am there the owner comes and checks everything and also takes comments seriously with a smile .. all the best
