Their Karak tea is very good. Their cookies are fresh. I would have rated it a 4 star however the seats are old and worn out with spots and marks all over. The staff Ugo and Aldrin were amazing and very helpful

Ordered :Kava Chai Latte (8/10)Normal coffee latte (6/10)Picollo (7/10)Red velvet cheese cake (9/10)And Kunafa cheese cake (10/10)I would say they should have few more reasonable combo’s !!

Best part of the experience was the friendly staff, and then the Kava & Chai Latte.Other than that, things were not much positive. Very tigh space, high price for tiny portions, etc.

Im starting to love this place..Try the Bacon Cheese Croissant, the Turkey Cheese Croissant, the Mango Mint Smoothie and the Peach Passion smoothie!Havent had the instore experience though, Talabat has good offers running that make it an excellent option for brunch or an afternoon snack..

Kadak outside cost 1 dirham and has the best taste. Here kadak for 16 and taste like water. What a shame.

Not my favorite coffee in town.Coffee is not really tasty.But when I come to Mal of Emirates it’s a better option than Starbucks & Costa coffee.Like their cups and the quote on the bottom.

Being a coffee lover, I appreciate anything with caffeine inside. But thats not coffee, they served me water with milk that only smelled like coffee. And thats for 21aed for a tiny cup. Went to the garbage, such a waste of money. Even Starbucks is better. Service is also not super friendly, to be honest.

I think its the best Coffee shop in the UAE, and I am so lucky to live near by 10min driving distance. I visit the place at least 3 times a week.Coffee is the best I ever taste, staff are VERY friendly and professional.Hussam is very professional, helpful and always making sure that you get what you want in a timely manner even when the place is too busy. Actually all the staff are doing the same with a smile ☺I hope they open more branches around the UAE.Happy new years 2021🎉

I dont normally write reviews but i just had to share my experience here! I heard about this shop from a friend before my trip to Dubai. It sounded like a great place so I decided to add it onto my itinerary. I must say, I was not disappointed at all! Great food, exceptional drinks, and best of all was the manager! I believe his name was Jerry. He treated us with amazing hospitality, and made sure we were more than well taken care of. This place is definitely worth checking out when you go to Dubai, especially with the way Jerry runs the shop! Im definitely recommending this place to all my friends heading there for vacation.

Recently walked into this place. I would never write a review about a coffee shop but in this case the service was so crazy good specially Mr. Jerry very accommodating and heart warming. The coffee was so tasty and the presentation was great.Well worth the visit. I definitely come back for another cup and share to my family and friends.

And I must say that it was one of the best tea blend I have ever had.They use special blends of loose tea. It is prepared with care to emphasize the rich flavors.The staff is very friendly. Mr. Walter from Goa (India) is such an asset to the company. Pleasant character and very patient with me as i needed to wheel my FIL who was on a wheelchair into the dining area. He ensured we were fine and settled in well with our drinks. The world deserves more people like Mr. Walter!

I really enjoyed their drink and their customer service. Especially the lady who called Christina, she was explaining about their shop concept so well. Ex they are using not plastic material for straws and uniforms and so onI would love to come back again this store (^^)

It was a great experience to dine in this coffee shop. Relaxing and very ambient atmosphere, all the staffs are very warm and bubbly, especially to Cristina who made my day by offering me a matcha frappe because I was very exhausted that day. Im gonna recommend it definitely to my friends who wants to go around MOE.

I had stopped by because I was shopping in the mall, and I must say, what excellent service! It was overwhelming at first since there are so many good drinks on the menu but the staff were a great help in deciding what to order. Shoutout to Jerry for providing so much help and answering any questions I had. The matcha frappe I had was amazing, and there were many other delicious food choices. I’d recommend Kava & Chai to anyone, and would love to come back again!

Great service every time I visit, all the staff is always so pleasant and kind, especially Ellie and Shakirah. Turkish coffee is to die for, and ice latte is delicious. I would just like to see the store start selling Turkish coffe in a bag so That I can come and buy 100gr or 200gr and take it home and make it by myself.

This Saturday morning is great with very tasty Kava coffee served by two young sweet and charming Elly and Julia inside the Mall of Emirates!

The Barrer Ms. Elly is full of knowledge about coffee that she is selling. The coffee beans used in this shop are really fresh and medium roasted to maintain acidity. I would recommend to try Picaloo coffee in this shop.
