Stomping grounds is my go to breakfast place since many years. I am a big fan of avocado toast and have tried most of the avo toasts in Dubai but the best one for me is in Stomping Grounds. Service and quality of food are excellent. The staff is attentive, the coffee is fantastic and the overall experience is always exceeding expectations.

Stomping grounds is one of the nicest cafe in dubai . The food is very good and the Serivce is great . The coffee is very good if you are coffee fan. If you are planning to have breakfast you should come early morning as it get very busy after 10 am especially on the weekend , but they have many sitting area which Will be ok.

To be honest we really loved the place the the quality of the coffee but at the same time I had to share why I scored 2 starsWe had our table the team was welcoming specially the first waiter asked us if we want to start with something to drink so we ordered 1 flat white and 1 Magic coffee.My girlfriend wanted to order ice-cream while Im in the gents room so the other waiter came to take the order.Then here is the surprise. The waiter Said SORRY BUT YOU CAN NOT ORDER JUST ICE CREAM AND SIT HEREMy girlfriend was shocked with the rude reply and told but I ordered coffee already.When I knew about the conversation I spoke to the waiter and told her this is not cool she said sorry but I didnt know that ordered coffee. I told her this is your responsibility to communicate with your colleagues.She insisted I didnt know and thats why I asked youHowever the first waiter came back and she apologized for her colleagues.Should I come back, Im not sure

Stomping Grounds is among the best cafes in Dubai. Strategically Located in a Jumaira villa, the place is spacious and well designed. The service is great, the covid-19 precautions are well planned, the coffee menu is great, and the meals menu is pretty comprehensive too.It has been my favorite distant working spot for a while and I cant think of many competing locations.

While the food arrangement is very photo friendly (just look at my bruscheta benedict breakfast), it tasts just OK, not great, not worth going out of your way to get there. Seating is a bigger disappointment: only 4-5 seats by the windows are cool, if you miss those - its grey and soulless, in the middle of the room, by the toilet, or in limbo between the cafe and its outdoor terrace (gotta be great in winter though). Staff was great. 190 for 2 bennies and 2 coffees, can get the same with better view and taste.

Love this place, lots of specialty coffee beans to select from. They also have my favorite coffee, orange juice blend which is my preferred drink during summers in dubai. The food menu is really nice too, good place for a breakfast or lunch date.

Absolutely one of the best coffee places in Dubai! I love sitting on the balcony! It is a cozy place. They have non dairy latte. More expensive than other places though. Update: oat milk was not available when we visited it on 18/12/2020! I ordered almond milk latte sadly the milk was separated from the coffee! No one liked his order except for the juice! The restroom was very unclean.

I was in love with their vibe and coffee especially Giesha Coffe !Recently, everything changed, a Filipino employee treated us in a very rude way! He is anyway Bald. I think he is supervisor. We were having coffee, my sister commented on the geisha that it tastes different, then they called this bald guy and said to my sister whats the problem? She said the coffee tastes different, he said sarcastically yes because the way the coffee is roasted has changed and even if you order coffee again it will taste the same and you will pay for two cups of coffee. We all know that there is a universal law that the customer is always right, and he has the right if he does not like his coffee to replace it with something else, or even at least not pay for the coffee. Five star restaurants When a customer comments on a meal or whatever they serve, they do everything they can to make sure that the customer walk out smiling and satisfied with their services. I am really disappointed such a place has to have well trained employee 👍🏻

Food oh the food does not disappoint that is 5/5 for it to measure to any foodies taste buds, Finally this would not matter without the astounding staff I had the privilege of being served by on the 31st of July and I would like to name some they are Aman, Angel, Fatima, Francisco, Rio, Jane, Joanne and JR thank you for the wonderful service. Visit 1: They have a great latte and a great Nutella cheesecakeVisit 2: This time I have tried the Advieh with eggs where it was a unique dish labnah, tabula and eggs and it was amazing and worth to try. The second dish it Lotus French Toast and it was super delicious and must try. Lastly the coffee latte and no need to say how good it was as usual 👍🏻

Peaceful ambience,lovely courtyard seating and good service.Acai bowl ( cup) was a healthy breakfast option. But the Pittaya bowl filled with slush was disappointing. Shakshuka was an overload of tomatoes.Doubt whether the wild mushroom and croissant was made of fresh mushrooms.

The food at Stomping grounds is amazing, we love to come here for breakfast, as well as the homey ambiance. We also somehow end up getting served by Karim who has a great welcoming customer service skills as well.

Travelled 30 minutes to Stomping Grounds this morning which was well worth the trip. Two of us both had the breakfast bruschetta with poached eggs and avocado which was fantastic. The food was freah, everything well balanced and presented beautifully. The juices we had were also delicious as were the coffees, my only complaint being that the iced latte was on the small side. Friendly, perosnable staff who were super accomodating and warm. Will be returning without a doubt

I loved it. However, I have few points. itsnot kid friendly, narrow place, also, few stairs and so. The menu has great options. we order almond croissant with piccolo coffee. It specialty coffee. but I didnt like it, maybe my choice of the origin wasnt right for me. The croissant was hardly flaky, but taste like a soft bread, and it hardly had a filling. My sister ordered a saffron milk cake, which was great. The prices are just like other cafes in the area. What I really like that its very cozy, and has a bit of antique style, better in colder days, and maybe to sit reading book or working n laptop.

I’ve been visiting Stomping Grounds for a few years now, and their quality of coffee/food and service never fails to impress! The coffee is fantastic, with a variety of extraction methods available, and the food is consistently great with weekly rotating specials.

Always good to be here, but they slightly changed the menu for some reason which is a bit sad because the traditional eggs Benedict is not served anymore☹️

A gem for coffee lovers with an above average price tag. Undoubtedly this place has some good coffee and food options from healthy (e.g. with chia seeds) to bizarre (activated charcoal labneh) but delicious nonetheless. Sadly this place is once in a while visit for me considering AED100/person costs. Indoor and outdoor seating, cozy wood and leather furniture and courteous staff add to the 5 star rating. Be sure to try the activated charcoal labneh which is weird to look at and healthy at the same time. Update: COVID safety measures in place including replacing the manual door with an automated sliding door.

Nice Australian inspired coffee/breakfast shop with good quality coffee brews. Very popular among Emirati community. Moderately busy all the time. We enjoyed nicely prepared food and freshly brewed coffee. Definitely worth a visit for a chillax momment with family and friends.

The hospitality in the coffee is so good . The environment and my coffee was so good . Fast response from one of the staff called JR . Hes smiling and helping us in the menu and he recommended a good acai topping for my wife . I recommend everybody to visit stomping.

Love the atmosphere , especially early morning. The cafe offers great speciality single origin coffee. I tried some pour overs and one cold drip and was not disappointed. I also liked their breakfast menu. Its slightly pricey when compare the food ratio to price but the quality is great. And one thing before I forget their carrot and orange juice is refreshing.

Simply put, its everything a coffee shop shop be. Ambiance, aromas, artwork, and much more. Cozy, comfortable, cool, classy..... Only thing that dropped me off the 5th star.... my coconut mocho wasnt steamed as hot as one should be. What can I say? It happens. Im sure it was done to EXACTLY the correct temperature of some global standard of the high brow baristas union of Vienna... 😉

A really cozy place in jumeirah hidden just off the cuff of two main streets that are always bustling. Amazing coffee! Loved it!I am a coffee lover and the piccolo I had here was the best coffee I’ve ever had in my life! Due to my work, I get to travel a lot and I have tried coffees in many countries, this one has been one of the best if not the best!The service was exceptional too! The manager explained in details how the coffee is produced, simply loved it.

Found this amazing cafe and great breakfast place through a coffee lover review on Instagram. I tried the Spiced Dry Irish coffee. Its so smooth, tasty and just so good. My mind keeps link that to a very smooth martini (not sure why??) We also ordered the crab benny, which is the crab cake with eggs on top. Its perfect for me with no bread. The shakshuka came out perfect, adding some fresh chilly to spice it up when we requested more spicy. The guy/waiter/manager/owner (not sure which), he is super patient with me to answer all my coffee questions and offers to teach me how to make a perfect cup of coffee. Im going back for sure and too many dishes and coffee I want to try...

Stomping Grounds is a welcoming place, where you can either stop by to work on your laptop or catch up with friends.They have a number of specialty coffees like the V60 and Aeropress. These can be ordered with Gesha beans for a more full and sweet taste.I ordered the steak and eggs, though it was a bit too much on the well done side, which makes the eggs overpowering for the taste palette.The property has ample free parking available in front as well as around the corner.The setting inside comes across as a bit cramped, which can be uncomfortable during more busy visiting hours. These are also the moments where the AC cooling seems to be inadequate, at least in the summer months.

Great place for coffee and brekkie. The staff were friendly and attentive. Coffee was delicious, as was their food. The menu is a little on the light side as half of it isnt available until lunch time. But it has all the basics like pancakes and omelettes, etc. It was busy on a Friday morning which made it a bit loud. I wouldnt come here with a book or for working but perhaps its quieter in the afternoon.

The chef followed my customised brekkie instructions very accurate and, along with their very friendly staff, the result turned out to be perfect!We have also received professional recommendations on our coffee choice so thats the extra mile we always notice and appreciate about our fellow F&B staff.

Had a wonderful brunch at the stomping grounds. Ordered salted caramel pancakes, crab benny and shakshuka which all were very tasty. The ambience is cozy and warm and service was great.

50 degrees heat and we were seated in a sun room outside with an AC that barely works. No social distancing between tables. Pancake was super dry and too heavy didn’t eat it.

Stomping grounds is located in a villa locality so its a nice stop if you stay nearby. The property has indoor and outdoor seating. Table settings are closely packed and the air-conditioning does not reach everywhere in the cafe. We were offered tables closer to coolers. The food and its presentation is very good. The music however was a bit dated and they played love songs from the early 90s however the volume was on the lower side and could be easily drowned out in conversation.

According to Time Out Dubai this is the best breakfast place and I definitely agree! Good quality coffee and the food was outstanding. Worth the visit!
