Pretty decent for a coffee and a quick snack

The hot chocolate at this authentic 🇨🇦 coffee chain is second to none. I I also live their pastries that are flavored with the Canadian 🍁 syrup. Dont forget their bagles which are ideal for a breakfast or brunch. Unfortunately the prices in Dubai are higher compared to what you get 8n their homeland and the variety of pastries is much less. The same store hosts Stone Cold ice cream and NYC 🍕. So it looks like a mini food court.

Visited this place midnight today 12 am. Staff are polite I used 2 smiles vouchers she entered the merchant no and write a code in the paper, ask me if I have Club apparel / Tim Hortons app I said yes I gave my phone for her to scan but it is not scanning. She said the scanner is not working. (Ok then fine I missed the points ) Fast forward after the transaction I made a card payment, I was not given any receipts at all even my c card receipt copy. I did not ask I waited until I finish our food until we left. My point here is Cashier are responsible to give the receipts any transactions done int the shop.

Wanted a change and tried this place for breakfast.Ordered the bagel which comprised of egg, cheese and a patty. This was very filling!Also ordered a brewed coffee, a smooth rich drink perfect for the early morning caffeine fix.Not bad for AED 20 total..

Ambience is good also enough space for sitting and its near to Dubai marina metro station go ahead if you have grab some coffee and want to sit in good place and have some sandwiches..Thanks 😊

Great place, great service. Good for having a tasty bite, as well as a cup of coffee. This place is suitable for casual meetings, friends gatherings, as well as family. It contains some other shops around: Sbarro (pizza) and Cold Stone (ice cream) which is convenient. The place is clean, with indoor seatings only, as well and a drive thru service. Parking lot is available outside, but paid (RTA), They do have an underground parking, but it might be closed (may be because of the limited spots).

The drive through is very convenient. The Tim Hortons app needs some work. My pre-order did not get confirmed until I reached. But the staff handled it well and it did not cause any delays.

The staff are amazing here.Coffee is okay. You can drive thru and get your coffee very fast. Plus their APP is amazing.

Nice place to eat pizza and ice cream under one roof..

The usual Tim Hortons. The drive thru is real quick. French vanilla, hot chocolate and double double are my personal favourites and are distinct from the other coffee shops. Consistent taste and quality. Highly recommended.

Get coffee and relax on the couch in a great open lobby area of Tims. Perfect for post-lunch discussions etc.

I like their French vanilla. The place is very cozy and just a few minutes walk from the damac metro station. One big minus side is that no wifi, so I hope you have a good data plan for this one.

Hi. I’ve been a consistent customer for your pistachio latte at the least for the last 3 months. Ordered the same yesterday on my first visit at JLT Tim hortons. And I must say that taste was inconsistent. More of coffee flavor and less of a pistachio and it’s crispy pistachio bites use to get while drinking was missing. I informed this to the staff and they with no expression they said ok will look into it. That’s it. I also ordered a pizza twist to my child they gave it cold without pre heating properly and I had to give it back to re heat. Again a similar blank expression.Basically I see a lack of passion in employees.Inconsistency in your receipt and poor customer experience!!! Unacceptable from a brand of international repute.Disappointed Tim Hortons..

I ordered a cold drink and the batista was making it with mask on chin.I cant understand how an international brand can accept such an act. And when i want to collect the order I told him your mask was down all this time. He said no problem i will make another one. Really!!!! NO PROBLEM

Good coffee good place

Perfect. Are you bored of working from home? Go to this place. This place has everything to spend your day. There are other businesses under one roof. In addition to Tim Hortons coffee, there is an Ice cream shop and a Pizza Joint as well. Even with Safety dividers, and mandatory C19 precautionary measures, I believe the place can accommodate atleast 30 people at a time. I had noticed several sellers and IT folks connected and working remotely from this place. Good One.

The food was good as well as the Donuts but the coffee was cold which was kind of disappointing.I go there usually to have a bite and read a book. the atmosphere is nice and calm usually unless families come in with kids...

We love coming here for our ice cream in Cold Stone Creamery.Have to edit and express disappointment in staffs attitude. Ive realised that forgot my bag with dancing shoes by table. I came today to ask for it but all members of staff looked at me as if I asked for something really unusual, and generally were not very helpful.

Stroll at 12.30am for the timbits turned to be disappointing and frustrating owing to sub par customer service at this outlet. We waited patiently for 10 mins close to the counter till the server catered to an order by Apparel employee. All this while the server and the apparel employee chit chatted while very well knowing that there is a customer waiting behind for an order to be placed. We walked out disappointed and not ordering as the chit chatting between both of them didnt stop. Company should take notice of this as disappointed customer service can never result in repeat customers which is instrumental for continual success of the business.

Wonderful place to hang out for family, friends, working people etc. One location includes coffee, pastas and pizza and ice cream. The most convenient thing about them is that they have a parking space for customers in JLT. Its in the basement right next to the store. Tim Hortons coffee is definitely one the best Ive had in Dubai. Worth visiting. This location also has SBARRO and COLD STONE in the same premise. Conveniently located. Also has quiet a decent sitting place.

We were told they would call us when drinks are ready. We never got called someone had just put them to one side!!! Cost them money as they had to make fresh drinks which was good but should not be a need to do this. Check your staff.

Not pleasant experience. Many employees on the counter and all just talking to each other and not paying attention. Need to reask 3 times before I make an order. Moreover.. Few tables were very dirty.Disappointed.

I would like to mention a great service from one of your staff. I didn’t get his name but I think he was the only African staff in this shop in that morning. He took our order at around 8:20 AM, Sept. 7. We were very satisfied in the way he served us and I think he’s one of the best example of employees who can bring joy to your customers. All of the other staff are really nice and jolly too. I would love to have my breakfast here again. Keep up the good work guys!
