It has good coffee beside the snacks. I liked the hot drinks there instead of cold drinks.Prices are good in general.

Love this coffee shop. Coffee is the best and every sandwich/salad/pastry I get is always fresh and tasty. The staff are super friendly. They lose a point for not keeping the outside area as clean and tidy as it could be. Interior decor is much nicer.

The only place to escape the killer heat and enjoy a nice iced Caramel latte. This is the only place on the earth that I order lattes. (special treat to myself when I am in dubai). The staff is wonderful and the food / drinks are well made.

Their service is below trash, ok for the UK or US, unacceptable for a place like Dubai. I asked for a Lotus Frappe Créme and the cashier was like uhh... La...tos? We dont have that. I replied Its right there in the board, you have Lotus. And she said No, we dont have Lotus. It kept going on until she realised her mistake and said Lotus is written but we dont have ingredients right now. She either said that to avoid troubles or they really did run out of Lotus but she doesnt know how to say We ran out of Lotus, sorry. No matter her situation, both outcomes are negative because she cannot communicate and honestly sounds illiterate. It took her 5 minutes to figure out how a credit card works and made a frustrated sigh when she discovered the credit card doesnt have NFC. Id fire her if I could. The cakes are thick, dry and have too much butter. The Lattes are average and that description is a generous one. Seating is comfortable but ambience is ruined by the unnecessarily loud music. This cafe didnt deserve a 1 star because Ive been here before and it was much better, but this experience and the employees unprofessionalism has completely changed my mind. My advice? Go to Caribou by the corner.

Really impressed with service. Good coffee and staff proactively offer you a loyalty card too. I stupidly left my wallet here and it was returned to me within 20 mins of me realising this.

Disappointing. The coffee employees recommended me the newly launched summer latte drink, but even though they are offering it (presenting a picture of iced latte with whipped cream and caramel on the top) , they gave me the drink without whipped cream because they just now realised they have finished it (totally unprofessional for a coffee shop not to have such an essential ingredient). Even more disappointing was that they charged me the full prise of the drink, even though they couldnt complete it without the wiped cream. In the end the taste was not good at all, the presentation was disappointing and I was over charged. I will never visit ahain!

Caffé Nero is a place frequented by coffee lovers. To me, it doesnt offer something extraordinary. What works for it is its loyalty program which gives every 9th coffee free if you collect the stamps. Other than that, the savouries selection isnt great or much at all. It has a wonderful red velvet cake though!

Sadly had good expectations but failed to live upto it. Some staff were OK but couple were rude and unfriendly. Tandoori sandwich was way too sweet almost like sugar dumped into it. Coffee had coldish froth and warm milk. WiFi didnt work and when I pointed out, they said it wasnt their problem as they are not IT guys. Very awkward response. I almost responded back in kind but chose to maintain my sanctity and peace of mind. Wont be returning. Sorry.
