Went for a quick snack & my son swore he had one of the best burgers he had ever taken in his whole life. We order a funny dish which came wt black rice & chicken but it was new a kind I had never taken and I loved it. Plus the basket of different rolls with fresh butter surely made it special.

Had our lunch here. Food was good, service was good. They have much bigger selection of desserts at this branch compared to the other branches.

I was there for breakfast i have never been went to any cafe for breakfast before but my 1st experience was amazing although I go for breakfast cum lunch option but my decision was good ;) turkey sandwich was too good and feels healthy with cappuccino it was great after that we had French toast with strawberry ice cream and berries it was too good highly recommended.

This is the most beautiful branch of PaulGood vibes and delicious saladsA raspberry macaron was too sweet, seems like a size of macarons makes sense - the smaller, the better

Best pastries in town, in my humble opinion.The food here has always been exceptional. From the breakfast dishes, the parfait (you must try the passion fruit parfait!), to the main courses, everything is really good.But its the pastries that make this place the gem that it is, almost hard to believe that its such a big chain given how consistently good their baked goods are.

Disappointment is an understatement.My first visit after all this pandemic situation to the Paul Bakery & Restaurant at Mercato Mall. I must say, food had changed so much and I wished I could say for the better.We ordered the Beef stroganoff and the mushroom swiss burger. Both were disappointing. It seems they have decided to use the Thousand Island dressing for both items, one as main sauce, the other as condiment.Beef stroganoff was sweet and pink, sugar was added? Mashed potatoes were cold and without any flavor whatsoever.The burger was cooked well done, no other option was available, which was like eating the sole of my shoes, and again, thousand Island dressing was used.Their salad menu had completely changed. Even their most popular Nicoise salad was gone.Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. We will not be visiting Paul till they changed their menu to something less sugar coated.P. S. Staff were, as always, very friendly and helpful. Hence the 2nd star.

We checked the website for any information related the breakfast time, but we didn’t find. So we decided to go based on this, but we were surprised to find out that they do actually have a time for breakfast, after that they don’t serve it. We were very disappointed and we had to order lunch instead, which we didn’t want to eat at that time.I am asking Paul management to updated their website with this important information about the breakfast time so everyone can decide accordingly and not to waste people’s time.

I like food here but seems they are too proud of their services bad customer service we were hungry and entered Paul at 11pm asking for a table they declined saying only take away and behaved abruptly later we changed our mind for take away but still seemed they don’t want to cook now asked us to order at counter and again abrupt behavior,,, thought there are several tables which are occupied I did mention we would order immediately,,, customer is customer looking at the service I had not other choice to walk away from my fav place where I prefer to eat the most !! The team needs lot of training he’ll no I am never coming to Mercato Paul :(

Its can only be fun where u are situated in a suitable place where your sadness can be turn into a loaf of energy. Visit the most amazing restaurant paul bakery in Al wasl road Jumeirah mercato mall Dubai . If you havent been there then you are sleeping on a bicycle.

Staff is well trained and represent 5 star services always.You cant get better choice of breads in any of restaurants in dubai than Paul, which makes your food super good. Delicious sweets and good service but unfortunately with someone like me has milk allergy and gluten intolerance, I was only able to have a drink while the rest of my family enjoyed the dessert. I had to bring my own cookies with me. I wish they add to their pastry option a gluten and dairy free selection.

It is my favorite coffee shop in mercato they have a very delicious 😋 bakery staff with very delicious ingredients the staff very friendly and very kind i am recommended this coffee shop for every one ☝️

Nice place to have a bite inside the beautiful Mercato Mall. The setting and decorations are very elegant and very welcoming. I like having my breakfast on a Friday morning here.

One of my most favorite cafes to be at. Definitely a heaven for all patisserie lovers, you can indulge with a slice of cake or Millefeuille or Eclairs or tarts, the list is endless.Good coffee, lovely atmosphere makes for added happiness.

Please inform waiters to explain to customers about any extra charges they have to pay when adding on or any menu item that is not applicable in discount cards...Saying sorry I forget is not enough...Thanks..

Great place to grab a cup of coffee with a friend you meant to meet since long time - the one in Mercato is not as noisy and crowded as ones in bigger malls. The menu have quite a few light and pocket friendly options if you are on a budget. Don’t forget to compliment your coffee with a side of an almond croissant or an eclair, and if you are visiting in the evening or just not into coffees - pick Paul special blend tea - this will surely leave you delighted.

I love Paul since many years we have been regular customers to them, but recently i think their cheif have changed and the menu there are not many nice options to chose like before, and the mushroom soup became so salty and not fresh.

I used to eat here every Friday at lunch time and I used to order the salmon with soup, water, then cake and teaThe quality of the food is good. Some staff need more training on customer service.Bread is better when it served hot.The prices are ok.The furniture needs to be upgraded . It is very old.It is freezing when you sit outside and the reason was the AC from the mall according to the staff and manager.I tried also the breakfast could of times and it was good.

A staple in our day to day life ..remains constant. Staff do whatever they can to help. Menu and food are good. Well priced and good portions. As i said a good place to fall back on whenever left wanting for a place to eat.

Nice setting and friendly staff. Food is not bad and decently priced. Quality of beverages is very average. They serve tea as hot water with a tea bag inside the bag. Not what I would expect. Coffee quality also average. Would give 3 star based on quality, but setting and staff nice, hence the 4 star.

PAUL has a wide selection of Cakes, Sandwiches, Pastas and Quick Bites. Their bread basket with the tapenade and french butter attracts me always to eat at Paul. The desserts are to die for. The prices are all reasonable compared with many places. The staff at PAUL were very customer friendly and serviced us well. The restaurant/cafe was clean. The traditional onion soup was well prepared and had a good taste. Their chicken cheese avocado salad was well prepared too. The cakes and pastries were delicious and so well presented.

Food is basic at best, chicken con don bleu was so dry the filling was separating tasted previously frozen. the salad had lettus stems and browning, Rule 1 always remove the stems, never include in the salad. ordered lemonade with mint, drink came room temperature no ice, asked for ice was ignored, no one finished their food.

The menu was changed again & the good stuff was removed. Mash Potato is cooked in morning & served all day

Absolutely in love with the cakes at Pauls!We always always pick up the Chocolate mousse cake for birthdays and it is just amazing!Also, the ambience is good.Have also tried the strawberry Cake but it was too frozen.Please try the Chocolate mousse Cake it is the best out there. :D

Best onion soup and tasty bread&butter

An expat staple and a safe pair of hands Paul can found all over Dubai. Good patisserie with restaurant quality soups, salads, mains (but with prices to match). A safe haven (oasis, even), amidst the usual suspect mall offerings.

I had the chicken avocado sandwich, I was very hungry so Im glad that they werent poxy with the chicken. Also the caramel latte was great!

I was accustomed to an excellent level of service and food quality at Paul, but during my last visit at Mercato, the truffle fries never tasted anything close to truffle taste, even despite asking the waitress to add some more truffle oil to make up for the lack of the truffle taste. The waitress seemed to have been either too busy or just not in a mood for complains, and gave me a constant smile while listening throughout my complain, which was still addressed to her respectfully clearly. We later learned from her that the truffle oil used has less concentration of truffle - this was not mentioned in the menu. The menu at Paul was nonetheless bizarrely changed recently, and it lacked the warmth that one would expect from their French food presentation on the menu. It even felt that some menu items do not exist anymore - I hope I am wrong! Lastly, my gratin was even over-baked, and the pasta was too dry. The gratin too had very less meat, and the taste was totally unsatisfactory. This is not the Paul that I am used to, not to mention that the food service too more than 30 minutes to reach the table. These may be tough economic times, but quality should never be compromised, whether in food or in service, and I personally believe that Paul during my last visit has hit an all time low.
