My sister brought us a carrot cake few days ago for our party and it is one of the best carrot cakes that my family have ever tasted to so far.. the taste will definitely redefine your tastebuds and its not your typical carrot cake.. the sweetness was perfectly balanced.. a very nice combination for a tea party..😁👍🏻 you should also try to visit their branch in Al Barsha the staff are very nice as well.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Is the most delicious Profiterole Chocolate Cake yesterday we had also chocolate chips with the tea, was lovely experience. It is the most beautiful designs and taste in any patisserie in Dubai.

We ordered honey cake and red velvet cake for my friend’s party and they were really great and they have perfectly balanced sweetness.. i have also tried the chocolate mouse pastry before and it was so good.. one of their staff there was named Jewel and he was very accommodating and he suggested me to try raspberry macaroon pastry and he did not fail to meet my expectations.. i rate them 5 stars out 5..

I have ordered several cakes for different occasions and its been always great - my favorite is a honey cake and my husband absolutely loves toffee cream nuts. We also recently ordered an Easter bread for orthodox Easter celebration and it just reminded me so much of my home town. Love it!

I have been purchasing all my cakes from Katrina Sweets for 3 years... all occasions, all kinds of cakes. It is always a great experience and exactly as ordered. The cakes are delicious... I highly recommend the honey cake, vanilla and strawberry cake, caramel profiterole and the star chocolate-coconut cookies. I also tried their Rye Bread and it is so moist with a hint of sweetness. I also recommend trying their savory pies... the spinach and cheese pie specifically is delicious, generous and filling.

Loved the bakery to start with. I hope they introduce few more options. Very limited options.

Out of all the Confectionery shops I tried, I loved Katrina. They have great selection of cakes, good prices and delivery system.They start deliveries at 11 but they are open from 7 am (yeah thats right) to 11.55 pm.I personally loved the honey cake and tiramisu cake. They also have great designs and fabulous options for kids.Highly recommended. Great staff too. And tasty pastries. Ill stop now. Go see for yourself.

I have been ordering cakes in Katrina for a very long time, the cakes and breakfast are awesome .. they also have promotion in the morning from 7am to 11am that you can have a free cup of coffee if you reached only 15 AED in their breakfast item, which i loved the most .. Their service is quick! I ordered a last minute cake with a request to write on it for a birthday, they managed to deliver it on time and it tasted great, everyone at the gallery loved it. We got the honey cake, it was very soft, melts in your mouth as soon as you take a bite and the sugar was just perfect not too sweet! They also have candles which you can order along with the cake! Keep up the great work! Will definitely be ordering again soon to try other flavours!

I tried calling various locations phone that are advertised online to see if they had carrot cake. Though they didnt have they were very helpful and guided me to the barsha branch.There is ample parking and very helpful and pleasent staff. Pricing is adequate and ample amount of options.I havnt tried the the cake or the extra pasteries i got enticed in to buying, i guess that is another review 😁

Out of the 5 places we called around for prices, Katrina Sweets & Confectionery came out at at least AED 200 cheaper - AMAZING! But the quality was not compromised. From the first email they were very responsive, and very willing to make changes upon changes with no price increase. They also emailed several mock-ups to show us what the finished product would look like which was a great touch to help us visualise what we were making. The finished product had fantastic attention to detail that gave us all a laugh when the cake was revealed. Definitely would use these guys again and cant wait to spread the word of how great they are!

Visited Katrina for coffee and cake with friend. Sat there for 20 minutes being ignored. When we raised this as an issue were given grudging service. Chose a cake with my friend. Both of us were given stale slices of cake from the back of the row of cakes as my slice looked nothing like what I had chosen - after all that the coffee was still not made. The shop manageress was about as useless as the rest of the staff. A pity as used to visit this shop but will no longer.

I ordered a cake for my birthday on Wednesday in the afternoon to collect on Friday morning. I came on Friday lunch time and they said that I had never made a order for any cake. Absolute horrible service, carnage in the shop and a birthday ruined! Never coming there again, wouldn’t even give it 1 star.

Well I have been here few times and the service became worth. I decided to try pancakes (normally in cis countries they serve with sour cream or something at least). When I mentioned the lady at the cashier said that she could offer nutella, but they served the pancakes came without anything. When I asked about nutella lady said that they only provide nutella for take away. It is a non sense if you eat at the coffee shop it is not provided and if you order take away it is provided.

Today i was surprised that they remove the coffee machine and replace it with an old one and they took it to a new branch which make me laugh about who makes this decision . Today you lost two daily customers ( we spend around 100 AED daily ) .. im sure you gonna lose more coz of this small detail ( a good coffee )

I know Katrina confectionery since over 10 years (from times when they had one small shop in Mirdiff) and fall in love then. The owner (Ms. Katerina was always very specific about freshness of products and cleanliness of staff, shop,kitchen etc). I’ve been ordering my son’s birthday customized cakes from Katrina for 4 years and it was great but unfortunately my daughter’s cake this year was a disaster!!The sponge cake wasn’t fresh and I couldn’t cut it properly! All my guests noticed that the cake wasn’t fresh!!

We went there for the first time and the lady there insisted that we try some almond cake that according to her was their best-selling one. After actually having it I strongly believe that the lady wanted to get rid of their least running item.DHS 126 to waste!

We have booked and received more than 20 birthday cakes over the passed 8 years from Katrina but the last order was dreadful nothing to do with cake it was to do with the most stupid driver calling 30 times stating he was out side and disrupting the childs party when he was not even out side the address but 2 KM away , this problem making on a childs birthday is not required ........... change your driver .

I regularly accompanied my wife buying cake for anniversary, birthday, Eid festival, etc. This time we came to buy a cake for wishing our friends Ramadhan Kareem.We bought 2 sweet rolls (chocolate and hazelnut flavours). We are sure as always it has the right sweetness, moist, and freshness. Both cakes look pretty and tempting. We also bought small piece of cake like pistachio milk cake, chocolate pecan pastry and cheese cake. All those cakes are beautiful and have fresh colour and the chocolate and pecan has extremely generous chocolate and pecan. We havent tasted the cheesecake yet.

I usually order my cakes from this bakery and they have never disappointed me. Their cakes are fresh and soo yummy.

If there was a zero stars this place would most definitely deserve it. Because of their lack of professionalism. It was agreed with them through their WhatsApp number that 50% the payment would be paid through the online link they provided on delivery to venue for a birthday. But when the delivery guy went he started screaming and bullied the hostess of the venue to pay in cash out of her pocket. We had multiple calls from a frantic woman who had no business paying for a cake, Although the booking was made 2 weeks ago and all the details was discussed. When we called the place to ask about the details of what happened they said the delivery couldnt have been made without the payment although it was all recorded through msgs. Very unprofessional, put us in a very disrespectful situation with a venue and did absolutely nothing to try and fix it. Would never order from them again and would not recommend anyone to do so

I hardly ever write bad review, but had to share this. I called Katrina Bakery to order a cake, and after 10 min over the phone, managed to order the cake which they delivered in totally spilled condition, I called them and they said they will check and revert back, which they never did and I sent them whatsapp message with a picture of the cake to which they sent me cliche and template copy-paste apology message... after my complaints and demand that they need to bring a new cake, they finally called me and told that they will deliver a new cake, after 1.5 hrs they brought a new cake and the delivery guy asked me the return the previous cake... Very cheap and overall very bad experience. Will never order again! It was supposed to be BD cake and they ruined it.
