This is definitely a great place for custom sofas, they have their own factory in Ajman, so more or less you can choose your style and fabric, alter any measurements, also the price will suit your pocket, overall I going you can save minimum 40% or more compared to others in the market

I bought a sofa set couple of months worth ago from this outlet for almost 5000 AED. The fabric of the sofa used was of poor quality. The color of the fabric on one of the cushions faded within a month. After complaining the team came and inspected and later informed me that they can change it but I will have to pay 400AED . I told them it’s not my fault as nothing is spilled on it which they confirmed by removing the cushions out of the cover for checking any spills.They should have changed it without any additional cost as the sofa is only two months old . Any way very disappointed by their response and will never again buy anything from this brand !!

Good looking but quality is very poor, thats why they dont offer more than 6 months warranty while their furniture doesnt live more than 10 months. Service team came many times and couldnt fix the issue.

They do have good stuff, but they also have very funny way of selling display items. For ex. Display, last piece items that is even damaged u get only 5% discount basically they will offer u to buy a DAMAGED item for 400$... or if u risk and buy it without seeing its damaged they will NOT notify you that the item is damaged!

0 customer service, literally no customer service, once they get rid of one item no way you can exchange or return. No valid or correct information as well.

Bad quality furnitures. Their furnitures looks good, but definitely not long lasting. I bought a dining table set from them few months back. While at the cash counter, the guy informed me that there is no warranty. As I liked the look of the furniture i went ahead with my purchase. It was a big mistake. With in few weeks screws started falling off from chairs. Those are so awkwardly fixed and its almost impossible for me to refix them. Now some screws fell off from table also. There are innumerable scratches on table glass top. It scratches so easily and looks very bad now.

One of worst customer experiences you might find , they are not honest and provide wrong information to not admit their mistakes of not having the item assembled at the agreed schedule knowing they claimed they have called us to confirm ,which never happened!On top of that , they refused to carry the item to Carrefour parking lot because it’s far for them !Very strange customer care and experience asthis was the first time dealing with them and for sure it will be the last .

The customer support and after sale care is not helpful. Our bed is 6 months old the hydraulic one and a piece of it got broken, when I called them for fixing they said they will get back to me and that took around 2 weeks with no updates at all.Till now there is no updates and they called me and said they will call back with updates but nothing happened. Of course this shows how their customer service and customer relation is after sale is done.The invoice is under the name of Diana Adel, my wife. And the invoice number is IBN-24489.

Purchased a one seater lounger about a year ago until the springs started to make this old couch sound. Tried to activate customer service, they stated they dont provide warranty only service in the first 6 months.I guess thats all what there is to say in regards to quality. If you want to know more, they seem to use the same supplier as Ashley Furniture (United States) - you will find plenty of reviews there with devastating results on upholstery.EDIT: Standard reply, Invoice is obviously under the same name as seen above. I believe the only fake reviews for United Furniture are positive ones.

Great affordable furniture store with nice unique products. Pretty cramped with alot of products heaped next to each other so you might miss out on them unless you look closely. Good place to get wall decor and book ends.

The most unreliable delivery experience. The team was not only 3 hours late but also extremely incompetent. Despite over 10 calls I was not passed on to the manager so supervision is clearly missing. Extremely disappointed with the quality United has to offer.

Had a very bad shopping experience at the Ibn Battuta store. Very unsatisfied with both store and customer care unprofessional teams, who denied us a refund despite providing reasonable comments after just 24 hours from the purchase and goods were not yet shipped from the warehouse.Double-check their “taylor-made” internal policy on refunds before any purchase, as it does not protect the consumer in any way and no higher management available and willing to help.Definitely not going back.

I love the selection of stuff they have , especially the plants rugs and furniture. Reasonably priced, a big store in Ibn Battuta mall.

This store used to be my number one here in UAE, it reminds me of Ashleys furniture both style and quality back in USA. However, their terms and conditions here are nonsense, especially the return policy. I was particularly unhappy with this store in Dubai. I decided not to enter this place more any United furniture store even if it becomes the only option in UAE!!
