Very very very bad .. be careful .. they will juts threw the staff at your door and leave .. chandler and stand lamp came without bulbs and they said we will not fix it and missing broken part they left without saying when they will bring replacementTake care of the conditions written at the back and take care of all details dales people will sell and then lie to you

Decent furniture.My experience was very good.Wafaa made sure that we got the service on time as per the specification required.These days a good customer service is noticeable and Wafaa made sure this was ticked.I have to say that there was a surely less than perfect employee on the floor shouting at his colleague about his break time and the other one was going for prayer.

My sincere advise for you is to be very very careful and cautious while buying any product from IDdesign esp whenever there is sale. they just sell defective goods and if the customer doesnt check the goods properly thats it. they are going to blame you for this.Recently I bought a sofa bed from MoE store and when I collected it, it was wrapped in cover and I did not have the thought to remove the cover and check or any cuts or stitching defects as I trusted IDdesign but after I came back home and when I unwrapped it, I realized that there is a small cut and immediately raised the compliant within 1hour and after few days they called me and told that you signed the paper that you received the goods in good shape and they cannot help me in any way (at least to repair it). I think that it is a big scam and they sell only defective pieces during the sale. this is a big lesson for me. whenever you are buying any item be careful and dont fall to the trap fof nice talks and carefully check the product in and out. the staff will be nice to you only until you buy the goods. once bought they hardly care about the customers.
