Had a bad experience to start with, 2 weeks back has ordered and had asked for 1-Oct delivery, was thinking someone will contact me or msg me, but in vain. Finally called store Oasis Mall to ask status, they gv me delivery guy no, he was stuck in previous delivery and finally he said after multiple calls at 9.45 pm he said it may take another 1 hour. Is this the hour u delivery ??Now not sure when the delivery will happen.Why didnt my delivery happen in morning when the order was placed 2 weeks prior.Is this the kind of service u expect from a renowned brand ?

Initially, I was very happy to buy a sofa from their store as their customer service (Sales) was very forthcoming...but yes it was just up to that point. I got an issue with my recliner and since the last 11 days I am following up with their store, repeatedly I have been just told 1 thinks that your complaint is in under process..nobody has seen the recliner, nobody has spoken t me what is in the process? if this is the state of after-sales its not encouraging..

We are interested in buying Romano 3 seater sofa with 2 single seats in blue colour kept at oasis mall outlet. But unfortunately only 2 seater love seat is only option available. Can u advise if we can order 3+1+1 option?
