Approx. 4 weeks ago I bought a Bosch free standing oven from Malik Used Home Appliances Buyer Dubai for AED 2900. The oven had an issue, so they left me with a temporary replacement (damaged). After chasing them repeatedly they brought back the original oven, but it was still faulty.They have now taken the oven away, have not refunded my money, and have stopped communicating with me. I would strongly recommend anyone think twice before considering buying from these people.The image below is of them removing heat insulation from the back of the faulty oven, they then unearthed it, switched it on and poked around with and electricians screwdriver to try and find what part had the issue. Incredibly unprofessional and dangerous.😠
