I Order a shoe on there online website during the promotion, after 4 days they cancelled my order by saying product is not passed quality check and its out of stock. But after promotion is over same product with same size is selling with normal price and its available.i asked for explanation they didnt reply..

Horrible customer service... especially during the grand sale. Had to wait 16 days for a response about delivery of items. Several times was promised someone will call about delivery, or delivery will be today in the evening. No one shows up...... I guess greed and money is all they are after. Just another company with fake promises

Jashinmal has the worst customer service that i have ever seen.I bought a cooker from jashinmal brand Electrolux before 6 months. During those 6 months they came 5 times to fix the same piece and every time after replacing the part it breaks after two weeks use.When i contacted the manager Mr. S***l.He told that this part cant be fixed and i can just throw that part away and use the cooker without the safety glass on the top.I ASKED HIM why they didnt tell me when i bought the cooker that this piece has manufacturer default. He said the sales man cant tell you what are the bad things about our productsI have been trying to reach a responsible manager in jashinmal since two months with no serious responses.I hop that through media someone in management position will contact me to solve this issue of bad products that they sell for the customers.
