One of the best photography shop for professionals. great range and collection of products . need to accept that their prices are way higher than regular shops. but still i prefer to visit and buy from this store -Dubai Mall Ground Floor, opp. supermarket. i always get assisted by Mr. Gerald /Mr. Niyaz they got great knowledge about products .i will recommend this shop as a complete package for photographer

Big store that sell cameras, accesories, drone, etc. I think this is the most complete one. All things have good quality. The price is expensive, but it because they sell only the original things. There are so many brands for the cameras. The place is clean. The staff are good, and they will help us to find what we want. Like it

Avoid this shop at all cost. Horrible customer service and very poor attitude and service from staff and manager. They sell defective products. Their prices are on the high side too. You are better off shopping at the other electronic and camera shops ( of which there are plenty in Dubai and Dubai Mall).

Two months ago, I have bought a Sony A7III + 24-105 Lens + Zhyun Weebee Lab Studio kit, assured from the sellers that camera kit and gimbal would have worked together. Totally false. I just I discovered the camera doesnt balance properly and the motors of the gimbal are not strong enough for this lens. Furthermore, some of the gimbal rubber components (like the handle/tripods rubber) immediately became greasy and dirty at the touch (as if the rubber was sort of old); some other rubber parts started even to damage. Im not sure what I should do about this. Basically, afterall, it feels its been a waste of money. What I find horrible is that, to make the sale, the staff in the store insisted a lot, to the point of convincing me it was the greatest, best purchase.

I went to grand stores digital Dubai mall to buy softbox/lighting for video shoot. My idea was to buy reasonably priced LED lights for home studio recording and a back drop with stand. What happend in the end is dramatic and unnecessarily spend around 1900 aed because of my own weakness in the decision making process. The sales man Mr. Hamid instead of giving me a proper advice he suggested a combo of lights with soft box which is costing around aed 1200/- and sold it to me. Infact i could have limited my spending within the range of aed600/-. Amazon might be a good option as there is no one to pressure you to take wrong decision and will only go for what you see. As i mentioned it is partly my mistake but as a confused buyer should not fall prey to shop sales man. Beware of this when you go for shopping. Do not overspend. Happy shopping...

Horrible after sales service. If your camera needs any kind of service be prepared to wait for months with no updates other than generic statements.

Update to below review six months ago. Staff still dislike me and remember me as “the guy who didn’t purchase the lens”. Poor attitude. NOT professional.They got all Nikon supply you need. Been there a couple of times. Didnt like the attitude from the manager and staff. I requested to look at a lens that they could take in. Nothing was said about me being forced to buy it. I got the same lens cheaper at their store in Deira. The manager saw me outside his store and felt like it was necessary for him to confront me in Dubai Mall about why I chose their other store. Congrats on making a fool out of yourself!
