We would like to thank Ahmed, Hanan and Saroj of housekeeping for giving us a wonderful and relaxing stay in Paramount hotel. This is easily one of my favorite hotel stay in Dubai. I will surely comeback to have some more of the best experience in this amazing hotel. The lobby is so mesmerizing and the room we stayed in was so soothing and relaxing! We couldn’t us for more. This is a high class service provided by their staff and the hotel itself. More power to all the staff.

4 towers buildings one compact communal area with 2 pools, the hotel service is medicure, it shocking how they cheap out into doing a 5 star output they way they wanna opt to be. The car ramp is so narrow I felt my car was gonna get scratched. The apt are spacious yet something abt it feels so humble not your money worth.

One of the best hospitality service I have been offered by the staff. Very accommodating in terms of early check in and late checkout. Spacious and classy looking room with a nice pool downstairs to have a dip in this weather. Would definitely stay again.

Think twice before moving hereBasically they take your money and offering zero assistance and creating problems out of nothing.I had an issue with manager called Jaria who decided that taking part of my things out is considered as a move out so she basically restricted me to take my personal items and wasted my time. My move out date is in 2 weeks so after the inspection they can bring up all the findings and issued but taking out couple of boxes is not a move out and they basically restrict me based on made up reasons. I think they have no idea of clearly understand the regulations and they make their own conclusions.

Resident here for 2 year. Would give minus stars if I could!! Apparently 5 star living but in actual fact expect less than 1 star service. Whilst the building and apartments are nice the service is absolutely APPALLING!!! Where to start, well most negative comments are spot on but let me list a few (trust me this is a bite size !!)1. Paying 5 star prices for 1 star living2. Management and their teams are rude, have no idea what they are doing and make rules up as they go along. In particular FM manager, Matthew!!!3. Road in car park ha been broken for over 3 months and every time I complain get sent round the houses. Warned them and myself witnessed a brand news range rovers bumper and fuel line being ripped out due to a piece of metal coming up from broken road!! Week later and even after this the road is getting worse and no attempt to fix. ABSOLUTE JOKE!! Wake up Damac!! Complained to Matthew (apparently FM manager for building and get this for a response- ‘ it cost 1M AED to fix and we are fighting with warranty company to repair. To avoid any damage to your car be careful how you drive over it!! Also do you want me to add this to your service charge to repair??!’ No lie that is the level of response from someone who is supposed to be managing this building - that team is well out of their depth, either that or they are just the fall guys for them above!!4. LOAMS = useless!! Will try their best to absolve responsibility to issues and standard response of ‘we have sent complaint to top’! Well if they do it is obvious the people at the top do not care one bit about the residents, safety and resolving issues. Keep lining your pockets guys!! Loams stands for ‘luxury owners association management service’ WOW don’t make me laugh, should replace luxury with mug owners!!! As anyone owning these apartments have been truly mugged off!!5. Valet takes On a good day 20-30 mins6. Swimming pool tiles broken - have broken my toe nail because of it!! Guess the response from management- be careful sir - no attempt to fix for 6 months!! Again another blatant example of have a zero care for individuals safety here7. Fire alarm!! Ouch!! Goes off randomly and mostly middle of the night!! But for some reason management have no clue how to turn off!! I’m talking every room in every apartment with the most ear piecing continuous screaming sound which I’m sure they wouldn’t even use in torture techniques as it’s Thats inhumane!!! But constant for 30 - 40 mins!! Which bright mind thought sending luxury owners to mental asylums from this sound thought ooh better make it loud enough so my Mum in the UK can also hear it!!! Epic epic fail. Again nothing from management in the way of apologies or attempt to rectify for next time because there is always a next time!!8. Service charges!! As I resident I pay my rent on time, included is service charge. I pay rent direct to private owner. EVERY quarter they will block access to car park, amenities and sometime even block your door card saying service charge has not been paid!! How can I pay service charge when it is not my responsibility! Surely take up direct with owner!! Furthermore after 5 quarters and suffering at the hands of the FM Managements incompetence to dealing with this my landlord was refunded service charges because they had over charged him for 3 years. Refund is enough to cover service charges for next 5 years but here’s the beauty cherry on top of the regular cherry - last quarter that just passed they AGAIN BLOCKED MY ACCESS!! And then have the nerve to ask me to contact LOAMs, FM, security owner to resolve!! When they already know they have overcharged many apartments and not to take initiative to check themselves and resolve!! This epitomises FM managements incompetencies!!Damac if you want to send a generic message, as it seems your response to any issue is generic, to get more details then I’m not quite sure how much more details you want!! JOKE of a service.UPDATE: Would help if you put contact details where to send my contact details!! A generic

Me and my friends decided to have a short escape from the stress that is happening nowadays and Damac Paramount Hotel did not disappoint. It was a sudden decision to have a one night stay yet it went very smoothly without any hassle at all. The people were very nice most especially Hanan, Maria and Moataz of vallet. They were extremely accomodating and were very helpful. It made our short stay a super fun and happy stay. We were astonished by the entire hotel. From the lobby, to the room to the pool looks very world class. I cannot wait to tell more of to my friends and encourage them to stay in this hotel. One for the books. Thank you Paramount Hotel.

I highly recommend staying in Damac Paramount Hotel if you are looking fpr exquisite, enjoyable and very relaxing getaway. I stayed for a night with some of my friends and it was so worth it. The people who assisted us were very nice and easy to talk to. Everythj g from checking in to the breakfast the next mor ing went smoothly without us having any worry or anything. We would like to specifically thank Maria Luisa, Elpdie, Hanan, Ahmed and Moataz for giving us a memora le short getaway. We would definitely comeback again and will surely recommend it to my friends and family. Tha k you to the whple team of Paramaount Hotel for the experience.

Very poor hotel ,, bad service,, and the elevator it take like 20 min to arrive because the service using same elevator , I addvice the local people don’t stay in this hotel .. the swimming pool very cold water and also THE HOTEL ADMISTRATION DO NOT FOLLOW THE COVID 19 ROLLS.NOT ADDVICE AT ALL

Not happy about our stay.Very poor and slow service from the staff. Unprofessional treatment.They force me for self parking in a different bldg!! And I saw the same for other people staying in the hotel. They kept my car outside near to street and found full of dirt because they are cleaning hotel glasses. I wait for the trolly more than an hour. No one from stuff could fix these issues during our stay even hotel manager which reflect a serious problem in the administration level

What I heard about the hotel a lot, but seriously i found it worst than any other hotels-Receptionist : zero out of ten , no communication skills no transparency at all.-reservation staff: There is no credibility in dealing. I asked for complementary arrangements 3 times before I arrived and no action has been takenFinally, this will go directly to dubai consumer protection

I would never recommend renting here.First it was the consistant fire alarms, it got so bad the police were called one night after the alarm went off twice in one night, second time being 4am.Next it was our A/C being cut off for 3 MONTHS due to some bizarre reason that 2 apartments on our floor hadnt paid their bill. Management were useless.We have called twice about the dirty water pouring from our taps.Then, large blocks of cement fell onto our balcony (we are top floor). Which could have killed somebody if sitting outside. We were told this would be investigated and cleaned. Nearly 3 months later, nothing has been done. We are afraid of using the balcony.And now, Im sitting writing this at 4am as cigarette smoke is pouring through our A/C and filling up our bedroom for the third consecutive night.I have never ever been subject to anything like this before.

I have an annual contract and only moved into Tower D since October 2020. I have moved from the U.K. for work purposes and was sold on how mesmerising the building looked. However, with today’s experience, I am absolutely appalled by how Damac swindle their customers. I visited the Gym this morning (Tower D) and noticed my card stopped working when I came back. I went to the Lobby and had to wait 2 hours for my card to be validated only to be told I have to pay for a new one! I was told I had ‘damaged’ the card! Yes, of course I did because I wanted to be locked out of my own apartment, didn’t I?! My husband had to leave work early to allow entry to have only found that his card had stopped working too! They demanded 220 Dirhams from us straight away and said, that is the only way we can enter as we had damaged our cards! We were utterly upset and disheartened that we put our trust with this business to look after expats like us who are new to Dubai. Whilst we were in the lobby another gentleman came down with the same problem and was told he had to pay up or he wouldn’t be allowed in his apartment. I was told by a lovely security guard (met in the lifts) that this is normal for Damac to scam their customers. He has seen this multiple times with foreigners. Absolutely disgusting! My husband and I were considering upgrading to a 2/3 bedroom apartment here but after today’s events NEVER want to spend a Dirham more on this awful company. In total we were locked out for 5 hours before we were allowed back in. No sympathy off management at all!

Disaster never rent there services are poor and to long , the reception is always busy with guys and girls waiting to chat to each other’s I was feeling like we are in speed dating when am waiting for 45 min my car . Swimming pool same as the reception it’s meeting point , am not sure they check the entrance, kids swimming in the pool for adult 🙄 I don’t get it when you have pool for kids. Once I left my brush a front of the door when I was cleaning I never find it, security say they don’t know cool , plus noises almost everyday with cigarette smell in my floor but no one cares and no one clean. Bad experience

Today i was there in tower D to check an apartment for rent , all was amazing and beautiful, but unfortunately they have poor management + valet parking let me wait for 45 mins for my car and they told me they lost the car and key , then i went to basement in this hot weather to look for my car by myself , impossible to think about this place again 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 very bad impression from the first visit

Super amazing and awesome hotel! New clean and comfortable! Highly suggest! Great staff. There is a little kitchenette. Amazing teacups and plates by villeroyboch. Great views of the Dubai and nice pool. There a shuttle to Dubai Mall every hour. It a little difficult to find by car. They offer free valet car park. And so so helpful.

Amazing experience! Lovely staff, very helpful and kind, made our stay pleasant. Would definitely come back. Rooms are clean, breakfast is tasty. Service at the top! Even better than in many 5 star hotels in Dubai! You get all the facilities in the room. From dishwasher to toaster. There are no buildings around, which makes the place quite and nice. The interior has a lot of interesting details!

The hotel amenities are great! There’s a full sized kitchen with kitchenware, a tub, they have an hourly shuttle to Dubai mall and a great view. But the service is bad enough for a 3 star rating. Front desk doesn’t answer2/5 times. Housekeeping is worse.

For someone who travels to Dubai often, this is the spot! This hotel was amazing. The room was phenomenal. The concept and cleanliness of the reception area was on the mark. I cannot believe how promptly every need has been met. The manager Tamer, and guest services team were extremely cordial, friendly and without question, went above and beyond any hotel service expected even at this caliber hotel. This is definitely next Dubai stay hotel destination.

Very bad management. Got food poisoning and I was promised by the f and b manager to investigate and tell me the results which never happened. Fire alarm was on at the middle of the night several times it was fake thank god but everytime they didnt know what to do. I woke up the otherday as the ropes for the glass cleaners was hitting my windows so hard I thought there was earthquake. The management is very bad and unprofessional.

This is last time that I will rent apartment in damac.I would like to share my worst experience of my life ;I live in damac paramount hotel apartment .We have a card system to enter our house. Sometime card is blocked. You must go to reception to activate your card key.When I reach the reception they simply said that they will not activate. Because their system was not working. I wait and try to explained them.they didnt listen I have my all documents with them but they couldn’t find in their system which is never worked well. It’s their mistake, I am living in this building since 1 year. How come they don’t have any of my documents.During our discussion I had my asthma attack. I am asthma since I am kid.I have to use asthma inhaler otherwise attack can cause big problem on my health.In front of all damac paramount reception I had asthma attack 2 times. I was almost dieing.I told them don’t even let me enter my home , but at least bring my medicine from inside. It tooks 1 hour all this discussion and I had attack again there. They didn’t let me even take my medicine from my own home. They even didn’t help me !They left me there with my attack alone.My neighbors and people who saw there they called ambulance.But even they didn’t let the ambulance enter the building.End the end my friend which is also live in the same building who saw me there he forced them to open door. He took me a medicine and Thanks to god now I am okey. (They open the door for him but not for me ! Bcoz he is a man!! And I m a woman ! )But if you are thinking to buy or rent apartment in this building please think twice! No human sense on operation team, they don’t care about you and your life so they will not care about your service as well. #damac

The hotel was not fully open when we stayed in January 2019 (pool and spa were not finished), but we enjoyed it all the same. There was a shuttle to another Damac hotel were the pool could be used (a five minute trip) as well as shuttles to the Dubai mall. Our suite was very nice and spacious and the kitchens were well equipped. Beds were comfortable with good linens. The staff was incredible and very helpful. Also very kind to our children. The breakfast buffet is very good as well.

Be careful if you are buying a Damac property and dont pay anything to them until you are 100% sure because they dont refund the token nor the downpayment and they dont tell you that. Check the valuation first!!!

The appartment of two bed rooms in tower A, 17th floor with a view on the pool was very pleasant, convenient and comfortable.The hospitality of the staff and management was one of the added value to the great experience we had. The recipients greeted us with Roses and a candle gift for a goodbye, which we found as a nice gesture from the management. The hotel is totally new and we wish the staff and management all the best.

Does the owner or building management at all go through the customers feedback here? I was planning to visit the property for annual rental but after reading the comments Im certainly not thinking about it. Its real shame to read all negative feedback about a giant like DAMAC. Problems always exist, but you should take care of it in better way! Thanks

The RESIDENCE SIDE valet parking have damaged my car 3 times!!!Front bumper scratched twice and now today the front left wheel smashed !!!!The facility management is not responding , their landlines ring always off, the main landline of the residence or hotel are not answering it is a SHAME TO TREAT PEOPLES LIKE THIS!I am extremely upset right now and have not been able to reach anyone, I was nice the 2 first times they damaged my car but now I HAD ENOUGH OF THIS CARELESSNESS !!!!!This is unacceptable to leave you car clean and get it damaged by careless peoples who do not understand that other peoples property should be treated with respect.I am going to take this to the higher management and to the police if I have to as no one seems to care!!!!

Summary:A five star family friendly place with an advice to have your own rental car for the location of the place. You will def enjoy your stay here and in the future if they keep it at the same price and service.Pros:1) The quite environment is amazing, not even once i woke up due to sounds which i had experienced in previous hotels.2) The staff cooperation and the fast responses to any request made was very professional.3) The valet parking service is quite nice, i hope you keep it as a trade mark for the hotel going forward. 4) The bed was comfortable and clean and the facilities in the apartment is quite nice and much needed.5) A very fast check in and out system6) The free late check out at 4 pm is something i appreciated very very much and i hope you continue providing such services to travellers.7) The nespresso machine was a nice touch.8) A very large balcony makes you feel happy.Cons:1) The room service menu was poor, it needs remake to fit such a great place as well as the quality of the food. Also, the timings of the room service was 7 am to 10:30 pm was very inconvenient because there are times were i wanted to have a breakfast around 6 am to catch up an early appointment and was not able to.2) The swimming pool was great, but it was unclean and the steam room was very smelly.

Lots of construction around the building, some roads not complete and without signage. The hotel apartment is nice when complete. Pool and kids area not open. Nothing in walking distance. Have to taxi or drive to/from hotel.

I have booked one bedroom apartment and two bedrooms apartment it come with 2.5 bathrooms, dishwasher ,kitchen and washing machine with dryer. We didnt enjoy the pool coz it was under construction. The do have good management and helpful receptionist the called me day before the check in to make sure everything good.Oh i forget the also have shuttle bus to the dubai mall, kata beach...etc.

Building is great looking but crm office not reachable most occasion and not call me back as promised. Still waiting for call some clarification .

Rental Tennant; Buildings are unfinished - roads surrounding are unfinished - only in two weeks and already leaks, toilet flow issues, problems with AC, Fridge has stopped working, gym area unfinished, parking barriers do not work. Major facade clean needed due to concrete stuck to the windows. Facilities managemnet and DLP teams are not at all useful; just pass the work back onto eachother and never fix anything. Friendly staff but not helpful in scheme of things. Be wary before you rent. Hello Damac the online help system again is for show and not practical at all - you can only schedule appoitmnets between 9 and 4:45 sunday - thursday (when everyones working!?). wishing things improve and fast.

I was working here since the construction was going on. It is one of the skyscrapers.They are 4 equal towers located at al khail road.This gives a beauty to the road itself.

The only thing bad about the hotel is the ramp to get to the lobby, this is because I have a fear of heights, but one receptionist helped me by letting me park my car on the ground instead of the huge ramp.
